I ordered eggs Benedict through skip the dishes. As I was eating I bit something hard and pointy. I pulled a staple out of my mouth! Imagine if I swallowed that or if a child had ingested that?! This staple was not on top of the food. It was imbedded in it like it was cooked inside the eggs. I let skip know and they were good about refunding the credits. Called Cora immediately after to let the restaurant manager know. She appreciated me telling her saying she will let staff know but then hung up pretty quickly after that. As someone who's worked in the industry that is not enough for settling something that could have had dangerous consequences. I would expect more than a thank you for something so serious. I used to enjoy this Cora location but am disappointed with this experience and how the situation was handled. The manager had an opportunity to rectify this situation and didn't. "Thank you" simply doesn't cut it.

Had the most pleasant and best service ever at this location. They gentleman that served us was very nice and really helpful. Recommended the spinach mushroom eggs Benedict. Omg delicious. If you don't turn in at the correct entrance when coming from Yellowhead you'll enter parking lot hell trying to get there. If you miss it, just turn around and come back. You cannot get there from any entrance north of the first one.

We’ve been coming to this Cora’s for years and today has been the worst experience ever. We spent over an hour waiting for our food with a toddler, watching people who came in after us getting their food served. Being shoved in a corner and forgotten about for this long is unacceptable no matter how busy or overstuffed you are. All it would take is stopping by every once in a while and acknowledging customers with a small child! Yet somehow miraculously the moment we asked for the food to go, it was done within minutes. So what? Was it sitting on the counter waiting? Or was it prepared that quickly? Again, having customers with small children waiting for over an hour has no excuse or explanation. Horrible service and terrible attitude from the serving staff!

If you want to have a fully loaded breakfast Cora's is always a go-to place. On our last visit, we switched seats due to the table area being dirty. After getting our spot the food was enjoyed. The Chocolate Chip Pancake with Fruits for Kids The featured Audacious Ben and Dictine (Vegan) This was delicious and I was the first to try it at this location. It's a Kale Waffle, with vegetables, ham and poached egg with spicy hollandaise sauce. It's the perfect blend of sweet and salty. A very disappointing experience x2 at this location. The first time they forgot the hollandaise for our eggs Benedict with our delivery order, however they called and brought it to the house separately correcting the mistake. This day however they did not. I contacted the manager at this location to make them aware that yet again they forgot the hollandaise sauce x2 and our fruit. They assured me it was I the bag.. the bag that was stapled shut that I opened myself, that contained none of the items listed above. They only kept assuming me that it was in the bag. Not great customer service skills on behalf of the manager. Disappointed for the second time in a row. Will not be a returning customer. Usually I only leave positive reviews but this needed to be captured. Not impressed.

Our server, Julious was phenomenal. Great with my two toddlers, very friendly & competent service. He accommodated our preferences for our meals superbly. The host & other staff were also very friendly. The restaurant is the exact same it’s been for years. Could use a bit of renovations here & there. My children seemed to love their meals— especially the fruit. I ordered the strawberry banana pancakes. I was disappointed. Definitely doesn’t compare to other breakfast places. Wasn’t anything special that couldn’t be made at home. (& pretty pricy.) The food is just not how I remember it being. But the staff is amazing. Treat them well!

Good food, but you could tell the A team had the day off. The fruit wasn't as well displayed as it is on the weekends and there didn't feel to be as much attention paid to the overall look of the plate. The weekends those plates would never have gone out looking that way. Felt bad for the girl working as there were rude customers who were rude about the amount of time it took for the single waitress to answer the skip the dishes order. The noise was apparently bothering the other customers. She was only one person and she was training.

We LOVE going here! This is by far the best breakfast store, in my opinion. We love being served by Leo. He is the best!

Great food, great service! I always want to take pictures of my food for a review but forget until I’m done eating my meal, favourite thing at this place for me is the potatoes The only con is some of the fruit can be dry or over ripe (not all the fruit! Just some pineapple and cantaloupe we got today...) most of the time it’s fairly fresh. And delicious. Especially on waffles! Good job you guys, keep up the great work

I love this Cora’s! I’ve been to a few of the others but this one is my favourite and it’s close to my Father in Law’s home. We bring him out every couple weeks and we love it as it’s a little smaller and cozy. Love the staff and food!!

This location (Skyview) has gone downhill yet again. When the original was here, before the fire, it too started out excellent and became terrible. October 6th 2023 - tried 3 time in the last two weeks to have breakfast here to give them another try. Sign on door say open 6am to 3pm. Every time I tried was after 6am and no one was there. Have they closed their doors for good? With service like this we can only hope.

Had breakfast with friends. The menu had a lot of good choices. Are waite wasvry knowledgeable with the menu. Service was attentive. My tea cup was never empty. Food was served within a reasonable time. Will be back

The portion was decent size but the food needed to be drowned in hot sauce to give it some flavor. I asked for some accommodations and they were unable to meet most of them. They were able to substitute tomatoes for potatoes and toast. I would be hard pressed to think this is the best breakfast in Edmonton. I think I would try somewhere else, before coming back here.

Perfect meal. Spinach and eggs I had a re-usable cup from a different establishment and the Cora's staff would not fill the cup with their coffee because of the logo on the re-usable cup. And yet they brought me water when I didn't ask for it. Thanks for the offer of free coffee, but you missed the concept. C'mon Cora's, get away from that way of thinking!

Went in this morning. Poor service right from the start. Waited to be seated about 5 minutes. Food came cold, unseasoned potatoes, chicken was super dry. Whole tomato on my sandwich which wasn’t necessary. Definitely won’t be back. All around horrible especially for the price.

Went for breakfast with my wife Linda and daughter. The waitress dumped coffee and oj over the table, Linda and Rachel. She did apologize, stuff happens but we got charged 78 dollars for the privilege of going home to change, spending an hour to clean inside of Linda's purse, and drink lukewarm coffee. Does this place have a manager?

Dirty floors with visible garbage everywhere. It's like the waitress didn't care because it was blatantly obvious. Took forever to order, forever to get food. The restaurant was maybe half full, if that. Food came warm-ish. No refils on coffees or water. Go work somewhere else.

What a fantastic place to eat! Lots of great food choices. Amazing staff and overall good atmosphere. Our server was awesome and even though the restaurant was busy we still felt attended to and were super happy with the service! Friendly and professional! Their food is pretty good overall. They make a good scramble egg and an amazing hollandaise sauce. If your wondering what lemon lime soda is, it’s Sprite. Also their drink sizes way too small, as they only have one size.

We tried this location a few years ago and we’re pretty sure we would never come back. Fast forward a few years and it still is not a good place. There is 4 tables being occupied in the whole restaurant and she can’t even come back to fill the coffee up. Our waitress cate was not very nice at all
