Absolute best electrician - we were getting charged an insane amount on our energy bill and couldn’t figure out why and within literally seconds he found the issue which was that our solar installation has been improperly turned on before net metering was setup by the installers, which was charging us for all the energy generated. Saved us literally thousands and solved an incredibly frustrating mystery for us. As a bonus, since he was out here for a minimum of an hour he installed a ceiling chandelier we hadn’t been able to install for months and we solved two massive headaches for one very reasonable hourly price that was way less than all the competitors were charging (a competitor we also got a quote from charged exactly 50% more per hour than he did). So glad I picked this service from all the others on Yelp! They gave me pricing before the visit. Maybe because it was a simple job idk. I can understand if a complex job they would need to come see first but other companies needed more info including pictures and I thought that to be a hassle since like I said it was a simple job. They were able to schedule me only a few days out. I was given a time frame and Roberto arrived promptly, texting me when he was otw, including a picture of who I was expecting. Roberto was professional and courteous, identifying the issue and fixing it without any problems. No monkey business. I've had my share of deceptive practices but I feel confident that Cordon Electric is trustworthy and would contact them again if the need arises.

One of the best contractors we have ever used for anything even after owning a construction business for 22 years. From Charlene in the office to Danny doing the initial estimate and repairs was 5 star. A family owned business with integrity and knowledge of their craft and fairly priced. We had a lot of work done including hanging a fixture in 20’ ceiling over stairs and everything was flawless. They did under cabinet lighting, new light fixtures, new timers, dimmers, switches and general electrical repair. The work was perfect and no damage, scratches, dirt or anything left by them. Very clean and considerate of property. We highly recommend and will definitely use again and refer to others.

I highly recommend Cordan! They replaced all my smoke detectors and installed a whole home surge protector. They were very responsive to both email and text (I had a lot of questions!). And both Charlene and Danny were great to work with!! This is an honest company, that does great work, is priced fairly and are all-around nice people. Great experience from start to finish. We needed a can light over the staircase (22ft ceiling) converted to mount a chandelier. I called the office and got a response right away for an appointment to come look at the work and provide an estimate. Robert was great. He was on time, professional and very personable. The fan installation that we had called him for was done quickly. He also did a quick inspection of the house with us after finding some problems with our wiring and then explained what he'd found (so I can now deal with the builder). We really appreciated him taking his time to do this with us. If we have any other electrical needs he'll be the one we call.

Danny installed the wiring and a light fixture in a bedroom and as usual did a great job. He was able to install a dimmer switch and wire in from the existing light switch without cutting into the drywall. I've used him and the company for years and have other friends that now do as well. From scheduling to labor/repair/installation everyone at the company is super pro and friendly to boot. I'll be using them again for sure!

Danny and Roberto were creative in how they planned the work to minimize the use of outer wall conduit and efficiently plan the subpanel. Their work was neat, accurate and they did everything strictly to code using quality components. They took no short cuts and yet were the best quote we obtained. He installed our solar panels in 2015 and today, trouble-shooted an issue with my older system that was installed back in 2010 before I met Danny.
