I moved out of state, so my policy was canceled but 10 days before mercury refunded, the cancellation of amount of over $500 I closed that checking account and I went back-and-forth back-and-forth with this agency who basically washed their hands of me saying they were helpless. I sent them all documentation showing them that I had not received any credits because my account was closed, and that my account was closed and I wrote them again. they acted as if the email that they were responding to did not contain all of the above information and they said oh you’re problem is solved. They returned the premium to the debit card attached to your account.. i’m not sure if they are just trying to look good or if they think that I am going to go oh OK yeah I didn’t attach any of those documents and go to all that trouble just to have you turn around and write me to tell me that they had refunded the money in October to a closed account. Based on if anything goes wrong, I absolutely do not recommend this There are plenty of mercury agents out there and you really need your agent since you can’t deal directly with the insurance company, which in this case is mercury, and these guys just wash their hands of me. I left a review on yelp and I don’t know about you folks but there are times when I go back to see if a review that I wrote that wasn’t positive was still there and it was gone so I will let you know. They also referred me to a broker in California, who turned out to be a complete and total washout. He called me back once, and then, after several attempts because he came so highly referred by this agency I finally gave up and I feel like I wish I had given up with this agency before I got myself into this kind of situation with them things happen, but you own it and you do the best you can to fix it. They have not done that, and they must think that I am incredibly unintelligent to keep writing me these kind of emails.

Emily was very responsive and did an amazing job finding a policy that cut our payments by half. What I was paying for 1 vehicle, she got my husband and I into a policy for my vehicle plus 2 more vehicles that was less expensive as it was for my 1 vehicle. I even had to double check with her to make sure that price was correct. I tell everyone I know about her! Emily's dedication, commitment, and response time was more than I could have ever hoped for! We recently bought a mobile home and were out seeking homeowners insurance. While working with them I had a last minute out of state move and they answered all my questions, quickly cancelled policies, even fixed the cancellation date when I originally got it wrong. Everything went so smoothly. Unfortunately I couldn’t keep them as my insurance agency due to the move, but I highly recommend.
