Last year they did my return and although I was satisfied the turn around was over a month. Recently asked Adam (Principle) a relatively simple question for any tax professional which I found the answer to later with a few clicks on the ATO website, after a few emails back forth I received an invoice for $137.5. The following correspondence from Adam was rather condescending which makes for an easy decision to be no longer using them.
