RED FLAG… PLEASE READ ALL ONE STAR REVIEWS ABOUT THIS DOCTOR, THEY ARE ALL TRUE. I’VE LEARNED THE HARD WAY!! Olga Antipova is Unprofessional, careless, uncommunicative and disrespectful. She doesn’t deserve the title “Doctor” She’s far from it. My advice to anyone who reads this review is to stay away from this dental clinic. 1. Olga Antipova is inexperienced, impatient, unempathetic, and dishonesty. 2. She is the receptionist and the doctor at the same time; she’d leave in the middle of the treatment to answer phone calls, and to check-in patients. completely unprofessional. 3. No communication whatsoever, she just took X-rays, and began the work without even telling what she’s going to do. I was under the impression that she’s just going to check my teeth but that wasn’t the case. 4. She over charged my insurance, and currently there is an investigation into this matter. 5. She causes pain, and would never return phone calls even if these calls were emergency. 6. Went in for cleaning only, and a regular checkup I came out with incomplete work, and sever pain which lasted for couple weeks until I’ve found a different dentist who actually has real experience to fix the damage she’d caused. 7. For 29 years, I’ve had fillings and nothing was wrong until Olga Antipova thought it’s time to remove those good fillings and not refill them properly. Upon seeing a different dentist, I was told that those fillings were not done properly. 8. She does not care if you’re numbed or not, she will begin the torture as soon as she injects you. Just because she is in a rush, she has no consideration for her patients. You will be making the biggest mistake in your life, like I did, and be left in pain for weeks before this doctor considers returning your text messages or calls to book you for another appointment to reverse/treat the damage she’s done. I’ve been in pain for 2 weeks despite many calls and text messages expressing my pain. No responses whatsoever until 2 weeks later. 2 weeks of agonizing pain, and this doctor did not even care. I never read the one star reviews until after the damage was done, but I know better now, and I confirm everything everyone have mentioned in those one star reviews. I urge anyone who thinks about visiting this office to think twice before getting any treatments here. Trust me, you will regret your visit...

I do not believe this individual has experience nor the foresight for care that is in the best interest of patients. The set up is more like a cattle run to get as many patients in as possible. The customer service is terrible at the front desk. Calls are not returned which lead to a worst prognosis. Error in practice and putting off treatment went from a root canal possibility that was put off in order to see if it healed on its own. Upon seeing two other oral surgeons I was told the was a significant crack that was missed in the tooth. It then became infected and I needed to have the tooth extracted. There seemed to be a lack of empathy for the care of patients and foresight in doing first a less invasive procedure to then the worst possible scenario of a tooth extraction which I refused to let her do and found another dentist that I trust. I was given false statements from which I immediately lost trust and faith slightly in her expertise, but more so in her ethics. I’m in the medical field and have multiple science degrees. These statements may have certainly gone unnoticed to the untrained ear but the inconsistencies when so very disappointing. I wish I would had read the ratings before going back. To say the least I am so very disappointed that individualized care was, in my opinion not employed by this provider but rather something else akin to an archaic mentality. I hope she can learn further from her experiences and provide better care in the future because, medicine is indeed called a “practice” for a reason. In conclusion, I believe there is a severe breakdown of communication that should be improved with future patients. Along with the culture and feel of the interaction with the from desk individual and the general gut feeling that something just didn’t feel right about the philosophical approach of this practice.

I'll echo several other reviews below that emphasize dishonesty, poor customer service, and quality of work and will add elder abuse to that. My mother went in for partial dentures. After two months of visits and having paid for all services in full, she ended up with broken promises, useless product, and more importantly being stressed and hurt from how the staff including the doctor treated her. This is not an ordinary dental office... it's unclear who the doctor is and who runs the place. Dr. Olga Antipova and helper Natasha seem to share the authority. My mother mostly dealt with Natasha who repeatedly claimed to be the best in the city while negatively endorsing other dental offices with very specific examples. Neither Dr. Antipova or Natasha would listen to my mother's concerns, dismissing her complains of discomfort. I view this as a repeated act, or lack of appropriate action, where there is an expectation of trust, which causes harm or distress to an elderly person, although this is not the way to treat anyone. They dared my mother to file a complaint, which I will be helping her with, hoping the American Dental Association will help, else the court.

Ultimately, I won’t be going back because I refuse to work with the receptionist, and I wasn’t confident in the work provided. I had a routine cleaning and X-rays followed by fillings from cosmo dental. The cleaning itself was fine, however, setting up the appointment and interacting the receptionist was bad, no mask, very weirdly defensive. There was little to no communication when they began to numb me, the dentist began working but I wasn’t numb and we had to numb me again. I had to ask how many I even had, how concerning they looked etc. I was warned my fillings might be sensitive, which no dentist has ever prefaced with, and sure enough they were very sensitive for weeks but eventually everything settled.Then a few months later my wisdom teeth started coming through so I called to ask if the doctor could look at them since we didn’t talk about this in my visit. The receptionist gave me a long winded answer that ended they didn’t take those kinds of X-rays, I had to just come in and see, had no intention of explaining a second time, again rude and since I already felt concerned I decide it wasn’t worth it.

This one’s for the folks with medical. I went to Cosmo Dental for wisdom teeth extractions. They didn’t require a consultation, just that I send them a copy of my pano x-ray. They submitted for approval of procedure which took approximately two weeks for me. Once I had approval I was scheduled to go in the following week. Day of procedure I was given local anesthetic because of my specific situation and literally took maybe 5 minutes to get my teeth out?? I was stunned at how efficiently it all went down. Dr. Olga and her assistant are clearly very skilled and friendly. Honestly shocked by how non-stressful and not scary this whole thing was (I was a little nervous). Highly recommend this place! Also the receptionist is not rude, she’s doing her job y’all. Communication with her was always timely and I got the answers I needed. My only thing is I wish they took a moment with me for pre and post care just to let me know what to expect, what was being prescribed, what my diet would be, etc.

I was in so much pain from my wisdom teeth for a long time. Made phone calls all over my city but most the offices aren’t open right now because the pandemic. For the ones that are open the dentist or oral surgeons didn’t take my insurance. An well the places that would take my insurance had stipulations like you have to have 3 or more teeth that need to be pulled. mind you my city is 3.5 hrs away from SF but because I was in pain an desperate I called other cities around me that took my insurance SF cosmo dental was the first one I found that welcomed me, made an appointment so quick that same week even, to come in and get x-rays. And well I went, not only got x-rays but she right there on the spot was ready to pull my two wisdom teeth! I was so happy. They were great! Did a very good job, efficient, so quick, I was in and out in an hour tops. Thank you Dr. Olga Antipova And Everyone else at the office. I am so grateful.

Olga is in all measures a fabulous dentist and her brother and partner is an equally marvelous oral surgeon! Prior to the pandemic, I developed periodontal pockets. Had she not arrested the profession, the resultant tissue damage and bone loss would have severely compromised the affected teeth to the point of losing them in a matter of a few years. Olga thoroughly explained all the condition and treatment options, including the laser surgery, the least invasive treatment should her regimen of periodontal maintenance be insufficient to arrest the progression. She continued with quarterly periodontal maintenance and monitoring the pocket depth. She has expertly managed the condition, avoiding both laser surgery and future tooth loss. Her brother extracted the impacted wisdom teeth of my son masterfully, and with minimal discomfort. I am extremely grateful to have them for our dental team.

I've never had better work done more efficiently. I'm so lucky I found them- initially I didn't have a choice and I chose them because I had to- and because the reviews were genuine and anything negative I read was from people who seemed to want to be coddled to much. I prefer talent and efficiency and not only has she done work that I seriously doubt a lot of dentists could have performed with the same results, they have been amazingly patient with me- I've had to reschedule, all kinds of stuff, and not ONCE have they been snotty about it. And I would have had it coming- this office works their a**es off and time is money. Thanks to Cosmo Dental for being the best dentist I've ever had- and I truly mean that. Especially now that my smile means more to me than every- Dr. Olga saved me thousands of dollars with her talent and vision

Dr. Olga Antipov's office looks clean. But the level of dental care is at its lowest. Manual skills and theoretical knowledge of Dr. Olga Antipova require additional training. You can trust me. I have 6 years of experience as an RDA with various dentists. Doctor Olga Antipova performed 3 procedures for me and all ended with a bad result. She removed the front tooth for 20 minutes and seriously damaged the gum. The adding of the artificial tooth to the denture also ended badly. The tooth looks ugly. After handing over the prosthesis, many large scratches were found on the metal part. After that, my tongue fell ill. In addition, Dr. Olga Antipova is rude to the patients. There are almost no patients in the office of Dr. Olga Antipova. It's mean something. Avoid visiting this office. Viktor.

Wish I could give them no star. I scheduled a cleaning months in advance. No reminder for appointment and the receptionist was exceptionally rude even when I called to confirm my appointment. When I got to the clinic, they told me they don't do cleaning and they don't have hygienist for half a year. They only do X-ray and diagnostic meaning cavity check. The receptionist argued w/ me that she explained that which in fact none was provided on the phone. What was the point of scheduling the appointment if the clinic doesn't even have a hygienist? Meaning they are aiming for only high cost dental work. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone for their awful service, experience and the professionalism. Be warn!

I went here for cleaning and checkup. Dr. Olga Antipov was not patient enough to talk about my concerns and explain it properly to me. She was very rushed to leave. Staff weren’t wearing proper masks and I shared my review on Yelp and received a very rude private message from the clinic saying that “this is not a spa to pamper someone’s emotional needs!!” What kind of Doctor gets frustrated to answer patient’s questions? What a horrible experience and what a terrible dentist. Should have paid more attention to the reviews before going there. Save yourself some trouble and go somewhere else!!

Dr. Olga Antipova is by far THE best dentist I have ever been to. I have used her services on numerous occasions and she has performed several different procedures on me including: fillings, crown work, basic cleaning and most recently an extraction. I have NEVER felt any pain under her care. Her office is clean and possesses all the most current, state-of-the-art equipment. Dr. Antipova and her assistant have a way of making you feel safe and comfortable in their very capable hands. They are extremely professional and competent at their job. I, highly, recommend Cosmo Dental to everyone.

Inexperienced dentist. She’s not aware (or maybe she is) of her negligence of the horrible work she’s doing. Torture begins before complete kick in of anesthesia. Expect to go through sever pain during and post procedures, and painkillers for weeks until a experienced professional dentist repairs the damage. Suggestion for this dentist is to go work under the supervision of experienced dentist for a few years and learn. I expect this clinic to be shutdown soon by officials for malpractice or by owner for realizing she’s not capable of such responsibilities. Good luck!

I have been going to this office for a year now and had different procedures done. I can say my experience was only a positive one. I do not understand why people give negative reviews to this place. The services here of the top quality. I have placed several crowns here that are better than my natural teeth. Stuff is very helpful, they allow you to have a payment plan so you can get your smile back in no time. It's a very clean office which is important specifically at covid 19 times. I recommend everyone to come and check it out. Your teeth will be outstanding

The best ever doctor! Dr. Olga Antipova is a professional I really appreciate to meet and get services from her. She is fast, and honest about everything, I've been her client for 4 years now and highly recommend her practice. I bring my teenage daughter there and we never had any troubles with service or recommendations from the doctor. I am really very surprised of the bad bad reviews here. Seems they are so coddled as the English Queen :). I didn't see any disrespect from the staff, they are always friendly and communicative.

I’m a patient of Dr. Olga for many years. She has done a lot of work in my mouth. Just recently I got two implants and crowns over them by her and the experience was exceptional. I had a lot of experience with other dentists and I have what to compare it with. This office was a life and teeth saver for me. The team is super professional and I never had any pain during any procedure. I also wanna give thanks to Dr. Alex for the surgery that went smoothly and painless. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs dental work.

Cosmo Dental is outstanding and phenomenal. Their talented professionals returned me my smile by performing complex dental surgeries. Their receptionist/admin helped me find solutions to my dental problems, she submitted all my insurance claims and helped me get the best rate. She doesn't really know what she is doing (I had to have 5 appointments to have the pain leave after she filled a tooth but filled too much so I couldn't eat any more). They never answer you emails and calling them is a pain (they never answer and their message memory is always full) She doesn't treat patients correctly so that they don't have to come back 5 times to recieve the treatment correctly.

Dr Olga and entire staff are fantastic, and be been the patient for 4+ years and have always being pleased . The office run very professionally from estimate to routine check ups from cleaning to emergency consults . I really like to automative reminder system. Olga is very gentle and have a true concern for your comfort . If I could give her a 6 star I would! Highly recommend

I told them I needed 2 specific fillings when I scheduled the appointment. Got there and they only did cleaning and said come back in a few weeks for the fillings, so I did. When I got there two weeks later they only did one of the fillings because of a ‘busy schedule’ and said come back again for the other. The care so much about their time but have no respect for others’.

Dr. Olga Antipova at Cosmo Dental helped me when I needed an extraction that was very difficult to remove. She saw me on short notice and was able to gently perform the extraction without any difficulty very quickly and it was completeely painless. I called to set up an appointment and the receptionist was being rude and dismissive over the phone. If they treat new patients like that I can only imagine how they treat you once you’re sitting in the chair. A negative first impression so I dodged a bullet and went else where.

For the 3rd time I am going to outstanding dental clinic Cosmo dental. The service was great, I had 2 root canals in one day and didn't feel any pain since. Customer service was great too, especially reception ghost Christina who helped me with paperwork and advise.

Dr. Olga Antipova is excellent. I broke a bicuspid. She extracted it and put in an implant in 40 minutes. It was painless and no soreness or bruising the next day. She is strong, professional, and gentle.
