1st their service is bad. Me and my mother when to there building, told them we were outside the building. But when we reached at door at 4th floor they wouldn't let us in. Then i asked shazaib about my product's delivery COST* he said that he would give me cost after he gets quote for China. But even after 3 day of consistent ask on whatsapp i never recieved the quote price. I wont recommend anyone this place. Edit 1 (reply): you are saying i wrote this reply because of frustration of not recieving qoute immediately. Let me again correct you again i waited atleast 3 days so i could get a quote for a SOLAR HYBRID INVERTER AXPERT MAX II. Shazaib (with glasses) i believe him to be owner atleast, i messaged him multiple time that 'if he gets quote from china please let me know about it' but he never replied to me question. 2) Also you said I came to visit your building after closing while that is a blatant lie because i came around 4:10 pm. And (It is said in your profile that you are available 24/7 but) leaving that behind i called at the given number and that person said us that we can come visit your office. 3) Finally you are accusing me of defaming you with my frustration and you said i reviewed 1 star to many places in my total 40 reviews because it is my habit yet if anyone counts the bad reviews (that I have ever posted) I only have given only 10 paces 1 star rating, and if you had opened any of those 1 star Review hotel you would have seen that they(my bad reviewed places) closed permanently after sometime i posted my feedback. Meaning that their customer service was bad or there the food was sub-par there that people didnt even like those places. 4) Lastly. To all who see this if you believe all I said was of frustration then you can just read other 1 star reviews of COSTA logistics. And in most of them you will see something related to "problem regarding quotation RFQ" which further proves my point. That you guys are not recommend. And I just remembered my mother asked that if you could do delivery to our home and Shazaib refused us. He said that we would have to get our package from your office ourselves. Level of slacking off your company does if astonishing. To OWNER: you can ask Shazaib about Solar Inverter that i talked to him about. I believe it was 15 September 2023. We exchange message on whatsapp.

PLEASE DON'T USE THEM. I did the mistake of using them for international move of my furniture to Australia. They told me at the time of booking that they will bring container on the same day they do packing, and will seal it in front of me. On the day, they went about saying container is not available today and they need a few days to bring from Karachi - ended up taking one week, making all the goods wet from rain in the mean time. And then packed the furniture while it was still wet - our mistake, we were not standing on their head! Pathetic packing done for the goods as well. There were footprints on the furniture showing workers were walking over it when packing. When we received the furniture after two months, it had been broken, dented and bent due to moisture in side. Lost it all. Obviously they never accepted their mistake or paid anything back. PLEASE DON'T USE THEM. (Edited to add the country of my move)

I telephoned this company on two separate occasions on two separate days to get a quote for the cost of sending cargo from Pakistan to the UK. On both occasions the same member of staff told me what the charges would be and the the same amount was quoted each time. I therefore made arrangements to attend the company's offices in Lahore to drop off my cargo and book it for the UK. I informed the member of staff that I would be on my way. About 5 minutes after I called a different member of staff telephoned me back and stated that as I was sending cargo to the UK, the cost had gone up. He quoted me charges almost 100% higher than the first member of staff told me! I can only speculate as to this very sudden and completely unexpected increase in their charges but it would directly relate to the integrity and honesty of the staff at this company.

Horrible experience trying to get a quotation. The person manning the whatsapp account was all over the place when I tried to get a quotation. I asked them what it would cost to relocate pets domestically, from Lahore to Skardu. Their offices are in Lahore, their WhatsApp catalogue states 15000 under pet relocation, and the rep quoted me 25000, stating that the price listed on their whatsapp was from Islamabad (???). When asked about the logic, their rep starting getting smart with me instead of actually guiding me through the process and documentation required. When told that I would be reporting this to management, they responded lightly saying go ahead. So either the entire management sounds rotten, or there's very little accountability in their organization, either way, I wouldn't trust them with my cargo, let alone a living pet.

I just spoke With Costa sales official to move my Dihatsu coure where they demand 19K carriage which appropriate. I am hoping for the best As I promised to share my experience, It was really fantastic experience I had, they delivered my car from Karachi to Lahore within the timeline (3days), I was continuously following up about location, driver, delivery etc and found them very cooperative & responsive over wattsapp/call. They delivered car and luggage as it was handed over upon booking at karachi without any damage. Thanks to the Costa team

Dishonest and unprofessional, DO NOT USE! I used them to send some cargo back to the US, and was told that the delivery was door-to-door. Once my container had almost reached, I am told that I need clear the shipment from the port in the US myself. Not only did the clearance of goods at the port cost more than what I had paid them to ship it here, it took a whole day of me having to go to the port and figure out what the hell to do to get the shipment cleared. Additionally, when I tried to call the owner/Person of Contact, he refused to answer my calls. Straight up fraud, I would highly recommend going with a bigger, more well known shipping company if you're planning to ship your goods to the US.

Worst company to do business with. Used their services to ship my stuff from Pakistan to Canada. I went to their office and did packing in 4 cartons. Spent 2 hours doing so. Later on, they took everything out and repacked by squeezing everything in 3 boxes. When I received my goods, more than half of the items were unusable. Shoes were squeezed and collars of the shirts were pretty screwed because they took everything out from their boxes. Do not do business with them. They just believe in doing 1 time business. Extremely disappointed!

Horrible. Mismanaged, worst packing , no marking of boxes, damage and breakages , never handed over the list of items and there number which resulted in lots of extra time aid effort to open all boxes and find parts to reassemble furniture and find relevant things. It’s been a week and we r still looking for stuff as don’t know which box contains what item . At the end just threw stuff in container to meet tunings . 0/5 starts
