Park
"This place is criminally underused"
"Very nice relaxation spot"
"This is a beautiful garden amidst the noise of costain"
"Costain is always a busy area at any time of the day"
"Awesome area, has Bus terminals to board Bus to your various destinations"
This place is criminally underused. Attended an event there about two weeks ago and was surprised at the potential it had or could have as a functioning park. Although its location is tricky, and its ringed by busstops, noise and an area most will regard as unsafe when night falls, but with proper security, it could be a real gem. For people to hang out, have picnics, play board games in, small concerts and so on...
Very nice relaxation spot. This place is always bubbling every day of the week but it goes some notches higher during the weekends and public holidays. A fun lovers Haven of some sort. They have good beers but mostly the Nigerian breweries brands, spacious parking lots and all kinds of delicacies to go with the good beers....it can easily be accessible and most importantly the Prices here are so affordable.
This is a beautiful garden amidst the noise of costain. Seated in the roundabout and sharing the place with a relaxation center where alcohol and beers are the main drinks. Its kind of paradox. The garden is left uncovered though there are few small huts serving as shelter against the weather. But I believe it could be better. And sometimes the grass are left unattended to! No seat too!
Costain is always a busy area at any time of the day. Its close to the national arts theatre too....from here you can get a connecting bus to the island but as per the park and gardens I'll say apart from the flexing joint under the bridge here I don't really think the gardens is functioning
Awesome area, has Bus terminals to board Bus to your various destinations. The place is always lightening up by Street light to curbs crimes and aids security, at night. It connects to Oyingbo, Apapa, Ijora, Ojuelegba, Marina and soon to mention few.
Costain West Africa was established in 1948 as a civil engineering and building company with substantial shareholdings held by John Holt Plc. It was founded as a subsidiary of Richard Costain. Great park for relaxation and rest.
Not really dislike but the place needs a lot of improvement, they have no place for children nor made it for relaxation. But when it come to having an out door party, drink yourself under a loud music, that is a place to be
There's a lot of loud music here. If you're walking this place isn't where you want to walk to; motor can jam you as you're trying to cross to the park. A lot of people are usually here between 7pm and 10pm Friday night.
There is a bar in one section of the park which is open most evenings and also afternoons on weekends. Otherwise the park is mostly unkempt and a stroll here is not advisable as one is prone to been mugged.
Lovely night life, especially this holiday season. Live music with lots to eat for cheap. Quite airy so you dont have to worry about sweating unless you're having Peppersoup or their spicy grilled fish.
Its like a divide between the mainland and island area of Lagos state. Its is central to everyone from every location. You can also easily access bus from this area to other part of Lagos
Notorious for constant traffic jam but has multiple connecting buses to different areas in Lagos. It's in center of Lagos. Construction to enhance traffic is ongoing. Brace yourself.
Very busy, noisy, a refreshing place after your day activities. It has a bar, a car park and a public toilet. A nice place to hangout with whoever you wanna meet with.
Nice ambiance and music .. too loud at times though and parking is a problem too if you come too late .. but other than that you have a lot of option from the menu
It's a link between the mainland and the island. Very close to costain is the national theatre located around iganmu. It's an amazing place to visit.
Costain is usually prone to traffic jams even during weekends, right now there is construction going on, which makes the traffic situation even worse
Assuming the Park & Gardens is the decorated round about, the often crazy traffic at that point stifles any inclination to notice any beauty around.
Lovely place to get together with friends in Lagos mainland. Good music, assorted foods and beverages at competitive rates. Fantastic at weekends.
A proper Naija hangout. Drinks and food plenty. Parking space well organized. Under bridge turned recreational arena. A traffic escape place.
Every busy area with alot of commercial activities and public buses going to every where around area, its interesting environment though.
A local good looking beer parlour with a lot of space and clientele in the middle of a major road intersection, very busy and noisy.
Good place for relaxation but always having shortages of glasses reason. Please they should not send us away because of glasses
They are fixing the roads here ooo. Everywhere looks jagajaga now but I can assure you when they are done, it will be great
Fantastic open air relaxation point. Good music. Food is fabulous at very reasonable price. Point & Kill from 1200 Naira
A fun garden, good local delicacies, spacious car park, ball games, they need to do more on children gaming. …
The location is not suitable to hang out because of the noisy environment. However it does have a pleasant view.
It is centrally located, allowing easy access to bus stops from which one can access most parts of Lagos State.
It's a nice fun place to be.. Security is adequate though parking space might be a challenge on the weekends
It was a great venue for the Jameson event. I had so much fun with. Jameson made a great use of the space.
Secure the place, I was almost attacked by criminals here on my way home months ago. Chai pls govt.
Good place to just chill and wait for traffic to reduce then you can drive home in peace... …
Very busy traffic going towards Apongbon/CMS....most vehicles are taking the other lane (one way)
It's okay because it's a central place to get busses which are heading to different locations
Among the working class, this is a lovely place to refresh a after a long day of activities
A place where you can cool off in the evening and it also gives you a true Lagos experience
It's a good place. It's an accessible place which enables you to get a bus to any location
Inexplicable greenery and gardening here. It makes the Costain bus stop people's favorite.
Some years back is to be good area but now we have bad boys there that's not people's bag
Not as bad as many other bus stops, you can get buses to lots of other places from here
Very busy park. Comes alive at night. Great place to feel Lagos like the wild wild west
It's an open space for folks who like to just chill...it's usually fun in the evenings
Nice, but no point in really going there except to take a picture of the stature art.
Nice place to hangout with club and bar under the bridge. There is good car park area
The traffic condition recently being experienced in Costain is enough to drive u mad
Just a normal place Buh seriously getting public buses there at times could b hard
Excellent for evening/ weekend gets. However not a good family/kids' hangout spot
Is nice and very easy to find your way to anywhere you want to go from there
Local relaxation spot for all.Music, drinks, dance and food is sold here.
The mix is a little too razz for me. Also very open and porous security.
It is a beautiful park to walk by. There is public toilet in the park.
Beautiful Arial view of the round about when you stand on the bridge.
Good hangout for night time but could get crowd and seats get scarce
A good relaxation spot despite how busy an noisy the environment is.
Major connection hub to board vehicles going to other parts of Lagos
A very open space to relax, fresh breeze and nice view of nature...
There are working on the road for now which causes a lot of holdups
The place is good and you can enjoy yourself under the bridge....
Cool evening spot for relaxation. Has a nice bar and live band
Nice garden that you might want to go hangout on date or fun.
It's newly built, it's beautiful but still under construction
Decent place but doesn't serve as much as a park honestly.
Cool...but heavily loaded with traffic on Friday's evening
Nice hang out spot especially in times of football mundia
It's has been busy because of the BRT park they are doing
Always crowded on weekends...not a bad place to have fun
Very exiting place for hangout especially in the evening
Lovely place, though security needs to be improved upon
It's a cool place to chill and hang out. Always lively
Nicely Built but no adequate traffic systems in place.
Nice for relaxation, nice fish, Nkwobi and cold drinks
Important junction with government facilities in place
Not right place for a park, Govt should know better.
A beautiful park that holds high regard for culture.
À great open air relaxation joint in heart of Lagos
Hold you gadgets very well when you are around here
Great spot to chill and meet the yellow app users.
Eat till you drop...some may find this place noisy
The traffic around that bus stop is scary at times
It is one of the best place to catch fun in Lagos
Link between lagos mainland and island.be careful
Good for after work hangout and football viewing
Need to be careful around here, full of hoodlums
Needs to be clean everyday for a good atmosphere
It's a bustop but under construction presently.
Enjoy the best of local delicacy called nkwobi
Looking outside but doesn't know much about it
A place for boarding bus rapid transit station
Really nice place...espeacially for a picture
It's a lovely arena connecting Lagos mainland
Lovely spots to hangout and relax after work
A fun center but located under a busy bridge
Completely destroyed as at 19th January 2019
Not bad place, its fun in the evening time
Beautiful place to relax and nice scenery.
Lovely park but access could be difficult
The garden is mostly suitable for adults.
I use it for bolt thanks for your support
A need for improvement. We can do better
No problem at all in this area.Thank you
