This place is criminally underused. Attended an event there about two weeks ago and was surprised at the potential it had or could have as a functioning park. Although its location is tricky, and its ringed by busstops, noise and an area most will regard as unsafe when night falls, but with proper security, it could be a real gem. For people to hang out, have picnics, play board games in, small concerts and so on...

  • Chiddie Akurunwah

Very nice relaxation spot. This place is always bubbling every day of the week but it goes some notches higher during the weekends and public holidays. A fun lovers Haven of some sort. They have good beers but mostly the Nigerian breweries brands, spacious parking lots and all kinds of delicacies to go with the good beers....it can easily be accessible and most importantly the Prices here are so affordable.

  • Olu Thomas Alabi

This is a beautiful garden amidst the noise of costain. Seated in the roundabout and sharing the place with a relaxation center where alcohol and beers are the main drinks. Its kind of paradox. The garden is left uncovered though there are few small huts serving as shelter against the weather. But I believe it could be better. And sometimes the grass are left unattended to! No seat too!

  • Ohiani Clement Enesi (OhianiSpeaks)

Costain is always a busy area at any time of the day. Its close to the national arts theatre too....from here you can get a connecting bus to the island but as per the park and gardens I'll say apart from the flexing joint under the bridge here I don't really think the gardens is functioning

  • Rowaiye Temitope

Awesome area, has Bus terminals to board Bus to your various destinations. The place is always lightening up by Street light to curbs crimes and aids security, at night. It connects to Oyingbo, Apapa, Ijora, Ojuelegba, Marina and soon to mention few.

  • Toluwase Ogunsola

Costain West Africa was established in 1948 as a civil engineering and building company with substantial shareholdings held by John Holt Plc. It was founded as a subsidiary of Richard Costain. Great park for relaxation and rest.

  • Korede Tolonisede

Not really dislike but the place needs a lot of improvement, they have no place for children nor made it for relaxation. But when it come to having an out door party, drink yourself under a loud music, that is a place to be

  • Nauteeq Bello

There's a lot of loud music here. If you're walking this place isn't where you want to walk to; motor can jam you as you're trying to cross to the park. A lot of people are usually here between 7pm and 10pm Friday night.

  • Debra Soremi

There is a bar in one section of the park which is open most evenings and also afternoons on weekends. Otherwise the park is mostly unkempt and a stroll here is not advisable as one is prone to been mugged.

  • Adeola Afolabi

Lovely night life, especially this holiday season. Live music with lots to eat for cheap. Quite airy so you dont have to worry about sweating unless you're having Peppersoup or their spicy grilled fish.

  • Jude ngozi franca

Its like a divide between the mainland and island area of Lagos state. Its is central to everyone from every location. You can also easily access bus from this area to other part of Lagos

  • Joy Akunafia

Notorious for constant traffic jam but has multiple connecting buses to different areas in Lagos. It's in center of Lagos. Construction to enhance traffic is ongoing. Brace yourself.

  • Emmanuel Odafe Ejiyere

Very busy, noisy, a refreshing place after your day activities. It has a bar, a car park and a public toilet. A nice place to hangout with whoever you wanna meet with.

  • Theophilus Enubuzor

Nice ambiance and music .. too loud at times though and parking is a problem too if you come too late .. but other than that you have a lot of option from the menu

  • Adedokun Oluwatobi

It's a link between the mainland and the island. Very close to costain is the national theatre located around iganmu. It's an amazing place to visit.

  • Eseosa Igbinosa

Costain is usually prone to traffic jams even during weekends, right now there is construction going on, which makes the traffic situation even worse

  • Godwin Jibueze

Assuming the Park & Gardens is the decorated round about, the often crazy traffic at that point stifles any inclination to notice any beauty around.

  • Sunday Akinpelu

Lovely place to get together with friends in Lagos mainland. Good music, assorted foods and beverages at competitive rates. Fantastic at weekends.

A proper Naija hangout. Drinks and food plenty. Parking space well organized. Under bridge turned recreational arena. A traffic escape place.
