The response was shockingly nonchalant… “o yeah that’s just a very common Dallas mall problem.. it’s no big deal”. We immediately walked out.

I went to the NorthPark around 11am to return some clothes assuming Cotton On would open at 10.... NOPE... currently they open at 12pm! Otherwise besides waiting for their store to open, friendly and quick service.
