Today I shopped at Cotton On at Marion SA. As I entered the store I was immediately spoken to by a lovely young girl and I told her what I wanted. The only jumper left in the colour I wanted turned out to be the wrong size. She hunted through piles of jumpers and boxes and then showed me something similar. However, that wasn’t what I was after. She looked on line for another Cotton On shop that may have the jumper and found one at Glenelg. She phoned them and they held it for me. She was so lovely, happy (a smile on her face all the time) and went above and beyond to be helpful. Cotton On is very lucky to have her working for them. I got what I wanted and that was all due to the lovely Hannah R. Congratulations Hannah, you are the very best sales assistant - thank you.

This store is full of amazing workers that go out of your way to help you. Out all the cotton ons I’ve been to this is by far the best. The only thing I will mention is the music it’s very repetitive some music is just full of beats. I can tell it doesn’t motivate the workers or customers there was one time I came in and they had 90s and early 2000s music and I could tell that the mood in the store was totally different I could even see customers enjoying the good music myself included. I would like to see more good and popular music thanks cotton on

As a father I am continuously disappointed by salespeople who choose to greet my 4 year old daughter with phrases such as "hello princess" and "don't you look pretty?". I was very impressed with the staff member from Cotton On Marion who served us the other day. They spoke to my daughter as an equal, involved her in the sales transaction and refrained from commenting on her looks or her attire. My daughter left the store with a big smile and spoke to me many times about how much fun she had helping.

I have to say I didn't have a very good experience today. A sales assistant was serving someone who had a query and it was taking quite some time. I was next in line with 3 other behind me. This one girl who worked there, walked passed the cash register area 4 times without even helping or acknowledging that the other person might need some help. I have never written a bad review before but this just got to me. I wish I got her name because not everyone at the store deserves the same brush!

There was not as much variety available in the women's section as I expected with the size of the store. Sale racks were easy to locate next to the registers & i couldn't find many XS items but there were plenty of L-XL. Staff were friendly & approachable & even though the store was busy it didn't feel crowded & was easy to navigate & locate things in the shop.

Good sized store with a great selection of clothing, shoes and accessories for reasonable prices. The marion store has a kids section in the back too though the variety of baby clothes could be better the quality and range of clothes for older kids is good. Staff are friendly and helpful. The store can be difficult to navigate with a pram tho.

you guys are a horrible store. I walked in and your staffs started to watch me and follow me around the whole store and started talking over a mic to each other and laughing in a big group and talking about me. I would really appreciate if u got better staff Such as I don’t like being harassed by ur judgmental rude disrespectful staff.

Love the prices, range is repetitive though. My biggest complaint with most cotton on stores i go to though is the cleanliness! Omg! The dust build up and disorganisation plus clothes dragging on floors or just all over the floor!. Is makes me as a customer wary of buying due to the care that is taken in the products.

Nice positive experience. My Step Daughter and I were there so she could spend her Christmas money. There was a sale on so she got good value for money. They were busy, but the line moved quickly at the register. The gentle man who served us was quick, but very friendly. We did not feel rushed at all he did great.

The size of the women's department compared to the men's is a joke, they have better deals and price's then men do. And it looks like it's the same stuff from 2 years ago for men, i have better luck just going to KMART or a surf shop for what i want

Staff nice. Bought a couple of add on purchases. Reasonable stock even for a mature lady, but probably best for younger. Bought some nice shirts for hubby. Found 1 was damaged and it was exchanged next week no issues.

Cotton on is coming out with new styles such as Shoe wear and outfit all sorts from top to bottom as well as in and out of the body. Come have a look as you don't want to miss what's should be known in the first place

Really good service. The prices are reasonable. The women's sizing needs improving because it ends in 14 & not bigger for women with larger hips. Please have larger sizing in your range like jeans & track pants.

My favorite Place. A lot of shirt bands as a The ramones, red hot chilly peppers and more. They promote and sell products from sheperds seals and other environmental organization. Thats is pretty cool.

All staff amazing even though such a busy environment. Shocked every visit by their genuine kindness and willingness to go out of their way to help. Special shout out to a Maddie. Legendary. Ta all!

Slightly high on price and staff not very approachable. You have to go looking for them even if they see you need help a d they are not busy. Need to have a bit more customer service friendliness.

Cool store. They never had stores with cool fashion at cool prices when i was young. Still this place is great. My wife and kids love it. I also like the businesses focus for humanitarian causes

Great staff always friendly and willing to help. Stock changes quickly in this store so always something new to look forward to even if you've only been in there a few days ago.

Mega store with women's men's and kids wear. They always have a good sales selection. As well as Rubi footwear. You can easily get a whole outfit for the whole family. Easy

Had a return this visit. Unused still tagged. Item was to big. The customer service lady was so pleasant and friendly. She smiled and gave the refund. Such a delight!

I love Cotton On and their clothes, their large variety always helps me find outfits I like. I wish they would cater towards larger girls as well, though.

A megastore, here you’ll find anything and everything in fashion for the whole family young teens and adults . The accessories are a great in this store.

Well laid out store especially now the big shelf in the middle is gone, it's more open. Big range, allot of stock, kids, body and men's all in one

Service leaves a lot to be desired. When there's a 5 person line up, one person serving and other staff members wandering around aimlessly....

Am often disappointed with the lack of customer service and attention to detail. Every time I buy clothes the security tags are left on.

They have a very small men's section hidden in the back. If you find it you should be able to find great value for basic clothing items.

Super crowded. Love the kids section, it just a struggle to get the pram through the front of the shop to get to the kids section

We've average. Caters to the younger generation and disregards the older generation in their advertising. Nothing new there.

My wife and daughters say that the staff are friendly and to bad prices. The outfit are great and the store is very clean.

Got the children some oddies from here they love them and best part was only paid 35 each due to old stock so I was happy

Bought my grand daughter a pair of summer pyjamas. They feel soft and she loves them. Glad I went there again.

Not a great deal of clothes for older children that aren't quite into adult sizes yet.

No complaints for price but I have to say there is hardly any men's clothes option.

The kids clothes are actually long enough in arms an legs if you have tall kids.
