Disgraceful service. Extremely rude and patronising manager on duty on Boxing Day 2020, she could not work cotton on gift voucher and accused us of using up and had no credit on the card. When we were naturally offended and upset that that was false as the gift card was in its original sleave and unopened and was a gift for Christmas, she accused us of being rude and refused to help. We have never been treated so poorly by a customer service person in our life. When we asked for her name to know with whom we were dealing with, she replied, “for privacy reasons I am not giving you my name.” What a disgrace and disappointment that she would not even identify herself. Would not recommend shopping in this cotton on store. Completely horrible experience, don’t ever purchase gift cards at cotton on as a present and definitely do not stop at this store.

Would love to give a special shout out to Hillary and Lisa for their assistance on Saturday the 7th of May ! I’ve made a purchase for a fair few shirts and a belt and had Lisa helped me - answering any questions I had regarding the colour , size and neckline of the shirts. She was very nice and her help was greatly appreciated! Hillary was very lively and radiated a friendly aura - a rare find in Bankstown with all the area heads Additionally; the store was well maintained and had a wide range of quality clothing and accessories at affordable prices . 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Had a great experience getting a beach towel. Spoke to a nice lady over the phone who confirmed the towel i wanted was still available and she put it aside for me. When I came in, the lovely Aaron greeted me and processed the towel. There were in-store and online price differences but Aaron gave us the online price once he confirmed the price. Legend. Would shop again.

Rude staff,pathetic.stinky & dusty rooms, always compel to buy their bags if u don’t then u have to grab stuff all the way into hands ,, no one serves infact have to sneak for a lady to open up their fitting rooms ..

Waited to be serviced on Monday for 5 minutes one staff behind register servicing customers the other standing folding clothes. Was not impressed.
