Avoid Country Hills VW at all costs! From the moment I took delivery on this car been nothing but headaches. Sent it home with the wheel chocks still in the springs which almost resulted in a serious accident. Constantly chasing them for things they said they have done but haven't. Today's final straw is my sticker says 157,000 for my next service, but my car is currently dead on the road with no oil. When I ask them what my last service was they tell me I didn't actually get my oil changed last visit (WHICH IS THE ONLY REASON I BRING THE CAR BACK TO THEM), but they nicely updated my service interval sticker for another 16,000 kms. Save yourself the hassle, go next door to Country Hills Toyota for exceptional service! CHToyota by far the best dealership on the block, almost always same day service, work is always performed as they say it was and what you paid. Do not give your business to CH VW unless you want a massive multi year headache!! The sheer level of top down incompetence displayed here will make your head spin and cost you a new vehicle anyway!

I had been car shopping seriously for awhile. Been to several dealerships and there were some not great and some neutral and some even good BUT this dealership was EXCEPTIONAL!! Mario was amazing and has such a steady, calm energy, 10/10 recommend dealing with him, he is absolutely the best! I was getting the run around at another dealership so I cold called Country Hills VW and Michael Wozniak the General sales manager, happen to take my call. I told him about the issues I was having with another dealership and he was able to help me get my little red Taos!!! I was very happy with the service he provided and his honesty. I appreciated dealing with Michael directly as he didn’t have to check with anyone regarding pricing etc. Michael kept his word in all of our conversations. When I came to pick up the vehicle I was assisted with pick up and delivery by Utsav Bhattarai he was knowledgeable and friendly and made sure all was in order for me to drive the vehicle away. I have since had a few issues with my car net and I text Utsav and he responded timely and went above and beyond to help me get my car net going again. Mario was lovely. He was very thorough and made the whole process comfortable and easy. He made himself available if I needed anything or if I had questions. I enjoyed working with Rebecca, as well. Despite a last minute change to the contract, she was patient and considerate. She really knows her stuff! My only complaint (I wish I didn’t have one) is the detailing left a few things to be desired. The rear view mirror and the interior frame around the rear door weren’t cleaned, and the interior windshield is quite dirty. It’s particularly noticeable when driving into the sun. (That isn’t the fault of Mario or Rebecca, so I didn’t want to give 4 stars) Overall, everyone was very friendly and accommodating and it was a good experience working with Country Hills VW. I’m getting a lot of compliments on my (new to me) new car.

Worst experience in service department, visited here first time for the oil change and they missed up with car dashboard As speed is not showing on the dashboard, when I asked about it they said we did not do anything but everything was working fine before I brought my car here, moreover after spending 3 hours by the “technician “ they haven’t found how to fix that! I don’t know how their Tech guys don’t know about their own car then who will? They are blaming on me As it was before when they haven’t found any solutions!! It’s been more than 6 year I have been driving that car and never face that issue even i serviced from the local oil change handyman guys but Volkswagen professional tech guys are like “we don’t know sir how to fix it” Never will go there ! Well it starts with service and how you treat people and we dealt with Mario Montero and he is the best sales person I have met in the industry over my 30 years of buying cars. When I pick a car I like I generally email all the dealerships in the province and ask for the best price. I usually go back and forth and get more frustrated as the process evolves because of the game. Rarely I get an honest quote (best price). Oh I had a lovely experience with Imran. My car was stolen and I needed to buy something before the cold really hit. Experience from Juan Gonzalez in Finance Department was very bad, on first day of sale, he had lot of time to discuss, after bought car, no call pickup and his voicemail is full. When I visited there, I asked to have seat and he said no, nd no time to discuss. Mainly he sells First Canadian Credit insurance which he gives incomplete information, doesn’t mention about conditions and wastes ur time. Then at time u need to use that claim, conditions are totally different, he explained me false too in person. Please be safe from wasting your money.

Just want to say that the service department has been consistently exceptional. Jose, who I've dealt with on the majority of my trips here is always friendly and makes each visit a fun trip rather than a necessity. While I didn't chat with Jensen personally, he was quick to respond to emails. I've had several alignments here and they have always resulted in excellence. I recently purchased a beautiful 2023 Volkswagen Tiguan, and I couldn't be happier with my experience at this dealership. The staff was very kind and professional and my sales consultant Vanessa was super knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. I also want to thank Rebecca, Nada, and the rest of the staff at VW for helping and making us feel comfortable during the whole car buying process, I would highly recommend this dealership!

Everything was great until I drove off the lot. I purchased a used 2023 Atlas that had some minor rock damage. It wasn't noticed until delivery day so I accepted the vehicle as is with it written on the Bill of Sale that the damage would be repaired. When I drove off the lot in June, the Sale Consultants said they would contact me to facilitate repair. I emailed in July & August and neither consultant has returned my email as of October 2.

I bought a Golf R from Mario. From my past experience I have seen sales people offering their best service only up until you take the delivery and after that you are on your own. However, I had two small issues with the car (which can happen to any new car) but Mario went extra length to make sure my issues were resolved post delivery without any hassle. I think this is what sets him apart. For that reason I highly recommend him.

Very bright showroom and well designed space. Its big than other dealers. The sales person nice too but seems they are little bit lack of knowledge of EV which they couldn’t answer all my questions. Overall good first visit.
