So fun and interesting artist Great music and musicians. Worth the money. I wish we had more time to go through and listen to more of the music. The displays were awesome. Eric Church had a huge display. The Flying Burritos had awesome costumes which Elton John borrowed. Taylor Swift had a great booth and song writing classes. HeeHaw display with all the characters. Elvis gold plated Cadillac and Web Pierce awesome Cadillac with all the guns , horses, and saddles. Shania Twain display was cool to see her outfit , boots ,and Cowgirl hat. Hank Williams and Hank Williams Jr. Displays bring back alot of memories. George Strait need I say any more. Barbara Mandrel and the Mandrel Sisters has a great variety show playing so many different instruments and great Singing. Singers old and new were so awesome. I can't say anything but you need to go see the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum.

Nashville is all about country and blues music, and this museum is a great way to explore a lot of the history and upbringing of the country music scene. There are 3 floors to the museum and each one is layed out well so that it is easy to navigate and plenty of room. I'm not a big country music fan, but I very much enjoyed browsing through the museum learning about the history and see many of the artifacts that made country music what it is today. Highly recommend booking the first visit of the morning so you can get in before the museum gets crowded. We also booked the museum tickets with the Hatch Show Print and RCA Studio B combo package. It can get a little pricey to do this depending on how many people are in your party (about $75 for the 3 together), but it was very worth it.

We had a great time looking at all of the exhibits. It was interesting to read about some of the memorabilia. It was busy the day we went, but I do believe that the downpour contributed to that. We spent about 2 hours walking around and looking at everything and then afterward walked around to all of the shops as well. If you're visiting Nashville, this should be on your list of stops! And don't forget to walk across the street to the Walk of Fame stars. Then, turn around to look at the Hall of Fame Museum. Up top, you'll see the windows that are made to look like piano keys!

A must-see for tourists and locals alike! I visited with a friend the weekend Taylor Swift played her Eras Tour in town so we wanted to see the special Taylor Swift exhibit. It was packed, as to be expected, but the exhibit along with the regular items on display were all super interesting and well laid out! We really enjoyed our visit. Highly recommend reserving your ticket in advance so you can plan your day around your visit here and on a regular day (no special exhibits) I’d allow 1-2 hours here.

• If you actually go through and ready everything and enjoy the museum and interact with the exhibits you can easily spend a few hours here I noticed some people just looking and leaving when there is SO much to do here!! •Some of my favorites were Martina McBride and Dolly Parton. •Most of this museum is obviously going to be older country artists some have never heard of but they do have some displays of the more known singers of today (Taylor Swift, Tim McGraw&Faith Hill, Eric Church, etc)

We mostly went to see the Taylor swift items but enjoyed the experience. There's 3 floors (and elevators). There's a lot of walking if you want to see everything and plenty of artists and sections laid out. It helps to have a bit of history/music background since I didn't recognize half of the artists. It was fun seeing items of the artists and learning more about their careers. I think it's a one and done experience since there's a lot to cover but it was fun to see it for the experience

This wasn’t the greatest experience. It was so overcrowded that is was overwhelming. They should really limit the amount of people that come in at a time. We could barely stop and read the displays. They offer a talking tour for a way higher price. You definitely almost need the talking tour to get your full moneys worth. We did not feel we got our moneys worth at all unfortunately. I was so exited for the Taylor Swift education center but it left much to be desired sadly.

This was my 2nd visit, a first with other people in the party. I enjoyed that exhibits had changed since I had originally been there, which had only been 5 months prior. Having exhibits that change on a regular basis will keep people wanting to continue to visit. I saw things through fresh eyes, as this visit my child was with me. Country Music Hall of Fame is FULL of interactive things to do for children (and adults). The music petting zoo was a highlight!

OK. Layout was very odd, as it began with an exhibit of Taylor Swift??!! Dafaq? Also, disliked the 'LA-Country connection', a real bizarre reach. It felt like the Hall is attempting to get as far away from its deep roots firmly planted by Jimmy Rogers to Hank Sr. to George Jones to Alan Jackson. They are building a lone bridge to the 'new bro-sound' and $$ rules. Seeing the Hall, is proof the classic-country music sound is dead and bro-country is alive and well.

It was alright, nothing blew me away. If I were a huge country fan, it probably would have been really cool. The whole 3rd floor is the beginnings of country.. the second floor being the more modern era. There were a lot of artists, in my opinion, that have made bigger contributions to country, yet they were not found anywhere in the museum (or it was one item). It was a lot smaller than I had expected as well. Highlight of this stop was Bajo Taco.

Be prepared to walk, a lot. And watch your time. We weren't able to get through the whole museum because we arrived too late in the day. It's really beautiful. I recommend getting the audio device to take with you. You really only need one if you are with someone cause you can share. There is so much information everywhere & I learned a lot. Parking is across the street in the lower parking garage. Purchase your tickets ahead of time if you can.

Great experience. Learned a lot. Would have loved to spend more time watching the videos offered throughout the top level tour that shared clips over the years. Fun to see Elvis Presley’s custom car with an ice maker and car phone and gold plated amenities. Definitely recommend. Plan on spending 2-3 hours if you want to watch all the videos. If not a video person it won’t take you long as it isn’t a massive exhibit in terms of museums.

Not at all a country music fan (except bluegrass) but I thought this was a great museum. I learned quite a bit, they have some absolutely amazing artifacts, especially musical instruments, great exhibits, some hands on stuff. Really, really enjoyed it and I probably will explore country music outside of bluegrass because of this visit. If you like guitars, they have a fantastic collection to drool over, especially Martin and Gibson.

The museum is everything you would expect and more. Everything from custom guitars to hand written lyrics, stage costumes, Nudie suits, and entertaining historic videos and pictures. Can't forget the Taylor Swift Education Center. We went through the place in 1.5 hours but could have spent more time in some sections. Put this on your to-do list if you visit Nashville.

I could’ve gone here every day if I could. There is so much to see and learn about. They have countless artifacts spanning throughout the history of country music, interactive exhibits, past/ present stars, and more. Truly anyone who played a pivotal role in the evolution of country music is showcased here. The hall of fame was something to see, and the walls of records is something you can really only appreciate in person. This tour is well worth the money. I will definitely come back!

  • B A

This place is absolutely amazing. If you are into country music, or just music or history in general, then do yourselves a favor and go and check out the Country music hall of fame. They have so so many incredible exhibits and musicians that are featured in this huge and expansive building. So many incredible artifacts that are on display. The sheer history in this building is absolutely fantastic.

My family and I loved learning the history of each Hall of Fame musician and songwriters! Our kids discovered that there was proof that a lot of the music they listen to now was and is richly influenced by so many in the Country Music industry and not just something we told them to expand their music choices. There is also some fun interactive games and a recording studio that you can save and email to yourself that the whole family will have fun with.

  • Srikumar Ramani

If you are a music lover, this place is a must see! A museum with 3 levels, the Country music hall of Fame provides a great insight into how country music developed through time from early 1900s till now. I would say this place has something for older adults and young adults / teens. Smaller kids might not enjoy this as much!

If you're a music fan of any genre, the Country Music Hall of Fame is a must-see. Lots of history and stories. We also did the RCA Studio B tour. So cool to be in the studio where iconic songs were recorded, ie from Elvis, Dolly and many more. Sitting at the same piano Elvis played was very surreal. Highly recommend!!!

Incredible. A must visit for any music lover, visiting Nashville. The special song writers session in the auditorium was especially exceptional. (Cost extra $$ but so worth it) The pictures posted are a hand made banjo, Elvis‘s limo, and a wall of platinum and gold albums covering an entire wall three stories high.

A Must-Do when in Nashville. Give plenty of time to see and read about everything. While there were lots of people, the place is huge so people were able to spread out. They have some rotational exhibits. Eric Church was being profiled while I was there. It was well done. The displays throughout will not disappoint.

Tickets are timed admission, which is very nice so they can control how many people get inside so it isn't so crowded. If you need the elevator, there is a separate line for it. All the staff was very nice and friendly. Nice visit and so much history to take in. Definitely check it out if you are in Nashville.

A well done tribute to the heavy hosts of country. Corporate sponsorship influences some displays, as shown by the lengthly wall tribute to a younger, famous artist +/- . Great collection of memorabilia. Can be enjoyed in a couple hours, without the audio system (maybe longer with?).

Nice collection of all things country music. Worth a visit if you like history. Exhibits were good. Audio devices are worth it as it was crowded and allowed me to stand away from exhibits while others bunched around to read the info in the exhibit. I enjoyed the video and audio items the most. The interactive portions were a creative touch.

If you are a country music fan, this is to place to visit to see the history of all the old stars over the years. Their background and evolution during their career. The building has multiple floor full of historical information about their past stars. While it is interesting to visit, i found the entrance fee too high for what is offered.

Came here on anniversary trip with my wife. I'm not the biggest fan of country music. My wife loves her country music. I got to say this place is one of the coolest places I've ever been to. Learned so much bout the history of country music. It took my wife and I two plus hours to walk through it. Simply loves the experience!!

Lots of really cool things in this museum but the design of the exhibits do not flow very well. I must have picked a really bad day and time to go because it was absolutely packed. I could barely move. I would schedule 1.5 - 2 hours to go through the museum. It is something I am glad I saw but it was a one time visit for me.

Recently updated exhibits spread out smartly to accommodate large numbers without feeling overwhelmed. Recommend the audio tour for more information that's different from what you can read on the exhibits! Fully accessible regardless of mobility. Small theatres so you can sit and rest at intervals throughout (3). Enjoy!

Beautiful museum with a lot of old country exhibits worth the visit. I do feel there should be a significant portion for the country stars of 80s and 90s. That was missed. Dont get me wrong there are some things but it could be more.

I mean it was cool. But it wasn’t blow your socks off cool. Very clean and easy to visit. But it just seemed way too polished for the nature of country music. If you want to see a bunch of outfits and boots and guitars and plaques, this is the place for you. Good place for air conditioning on hot days.
