I am very disappointed with this organization, my first encounter was pleasant and my sales lady was very helpful. I ordered some items to be delivered in the Caribbean, the first problem was, they weren't delivered on time, when they eventually came, I didn't receive the fridge because they no longer had the one I ordered in stock. My question is why was it sold to me in the states if it's not in the warehouse. Due to a family emergency, I eventually had to travel to the country, when I got there after taking care of the family emergency, I visited the store and explained who I was along with my receipt from the states, I told them that I wanted to take another fridge and I would pay the difference if necessary because I really needed the item. I was told that they had to call the states to make sure that it was okay. I waited over half an hour in the store for someone to call back from the states to say that it was okay for me to do that. Eventually, I told the gentleman that this was ridiculous and I was leaving. He told me that he would get in touch with me in a day or two and took my numbers, after three days, I checked to see what was the status, they were unable to resolve my problem. I got mad and went and purchase a fridge elsewhere and decided I would go and get back my money when I returned to the states. I contacted them in person a week ago, and after waiting two hours, only to be told that they had to contact the store in the Caribbean to verify that I did not receive the fridge. Today, I called back and was told that the supervisor have to email the director before they can tell me anything. This company is so ridiculous, when they were taking my cash money, there was no issue and now they giving me all this go around when they were the ones at fault. I won't be doing any business with them again and I will discourage anyone that tells me they are going there to do business. I am accustom to either purchasing my stuff here and shipping them myself or I go to Singer and purchase whatever I need when I am in the Caribbean. I had recently purchase a sofa set and someone at the shippers had told me why I don't go to courts, they deliver right to the door and save myself the hassle, and that's the reason why I went. Never Again!

Worse store to buy from my family member purchase a 50'' Samsung Tv last year March from the Church Ave. branch to be collected in Junction St. Elizabeth Jamaica and it stop working on Feb 4 /2023 my brother took it back right away to the store in Jamaica i first spoke with Michelle whom i was transfer to as the the store manager, until this day we have been getting the run around first it was waiting on the technician then waiting on a parts, to waiting on a manager's decision now we are waiting on shipment with no date provided, now after our last conversation the store supervisor is oferring a cheaper brand TCL 40'' Tv which was refused by myself the warranty is runny out on the Tv and i am now convince that they are waiting on this to happen the supervisor Ashley is saying that she is unable to find a replacement Tv in all of Jamaica there is no 50'' Tv even in a different brand and only the 40'' TCL ln all of Jamaica courts store when i stated that i see Tv on the website she said that the website was incorrect that what is listed on there is not available now i know Courts is a reputable company and to know that this level of deception is happening to one of there loyal customer is unacceptable, also i am now finding out from the Junction branch that they cannot see any approval for a replacement Tv in there system. I will be taking this further if not resolve .

Purchase a bedroom set in mid December 2019 for St.Vincent, on December 24th I received a call stating that they only had one in stock and it was damaged. I end up choosing a different one out of two options (none of which I had really liked). The assembly guy didn’t come to put it together til after Xmas. First week of me using it the drawers on the dresser started to fall apart, the end of the bed always leaves your feet with bruises if you walk too close to it, the furniture started to get mold, I complained to them in February (in person)in Brooklyn and was told someone will reach out to me, no one never did, I did again in March, plus numerous calls and in person visit, now I’m told that the mold is environmental issue and it’s too late for them to take it back. From the beginning I was told they were going to send someone to inspect it and I’ll just have to pay the restocking fee (which I was ok with). They delayed going out to check on the items , now trying to give me the run around. Their items are highly overpriced, qualities are no good, customer service is the worst of the worst once they already got your money. I will never recommend anyone to purchase anything from courts....

The worst ever. Purchased a whirlpool 6 burner stove in October 2019 to be delivered in tnt 4 my dad. I went to Trinidad to find the stove is missing a burner. I called on Nov 2and and was given the run around . I stayed in tnt until Thanksgiving nov28th no help at all came back went into courts twice for the week. The allegations they could not get in contact with anyone in tnt . Miraculously they did I was assure I will get the part it will be delivered the sat . A week later nun. Supervisor said keep the stove and come and choose another. Guess what every stove I chosed they dont have in warehouse. Says ask my dad to go and choose .gues what they had nothing in the warehouse . Like really. it has been the most stressful 7 weeks ever . I took my money back.. and a day later courts who nobody cld get in touch with . Came to collect the stov . Plu they charged me 774 with warrant . And the stove is 3500 in tnt . Unreal n beyond. Do not put yaself through this torture

I just finished building a house. So I choose this Store I read the reviews regarding their services some was good and some were bad..so as I'm ready to shop furniture like living room Sofa set an dinning room table set..oh dear I have a dreadful experience I will never forget after the items delivered bck home . I was so disappointed and outrage the the sofa came nicely stuff but unfortunately all the sofa set were left side wow, the dinning set .only 8chairs no table was available ..my little family function was so embarrassing ..when I call the customer services no answer after 2months they finally came to pick up ... so I suggest to all ask lots of questions ..either send your money home or go ..there Courts branches is huge and nice hm... horrible experience / I don't know it i can purchase any thing more

Would never tell anyone to purchase from courts in brooklyn. It's better to go to the island and buy there. Bought appliance and mattress in August and ask for delivery from store in portmore Jamaica. First the sale guy told me they don't have certain fridge when I got there it was a lie. What I paid here it's unbelievable cheaper there. I call the store and the sale guy was supposed to call me back and he didn't , I just want them to pick up these applice from the home, it's a waste of this me with this company, they don't appreciate people at all. I would never and will never recommend this store to anyone, worst customer service I have ever got from a store.

Put down $1000 on a washer and a drying to be delivered to my country.when mind you the delivery wasn’t on time,then when it got there fryer didn’t come..come to find out they didn’t have anymore of that kind in stock..how ever I cancelled that.know the washer that did come was malfunctioning,they sent another one the same.I asked for a refund and and know I’m told I have to wait three weeks or more for my hard earned $1000..you’d better off going to lowes or Home Depot they have wayyy better stuff.

I bought a laptop on hire purchase with insurance. My laptop got broken before I finish paying for it and they didn't fix it for me. The insurance sucks and the manager only care about getting more money out of my pocket. I end up fixing the laptop with my own money and I pay twice the price when I finish paying off my laptop. Their hire purchase is a rip off, and their insurance is a scam to get more money out your pocket...

My whirlpool ice maker fridge has been giving problems from the day it came to my house. It was very hot and they told me all kinds of nonsense. The manager of the queens branch gave me a hard time. To this day two years later it still giving trouble. They were more than happy to tell me the warranty was up, after making several complaints. Dissatisfied!

Love court furniture store very beautiful but most of all the saving are very good ..and the costume services are so great. Trust me great store beautiful people to shop with they're so quick to help you in every are that you need help.with big up my store courts I shop also for my home in Jamaica it just Like 123.. Wow,wow, I love the welcome that got when I walking and the service was excellent, even when I was leaving the store they make me leave with a smile on my face. Oh ! The lady that dealt with me I felt like I know her from somewhere, and that was important because I was comfortable with her.
