I have stayed at this Courtyard Marriott several times I’m the past year or so. This past stay will be my last. The first room I checked in to had a deadbolt that would not work at all. I was able to switch rooms with no issue, thankfully. While switching, I was informed many of their rooms are not locking currently. As a frequent solo female traveler, that is a very big safety issue to me. I’m glad I was able to get a room that was able to lock. After checking into the new room, I noticed the faucet for the bathtub was dripping. This continued my whole stay and became very irritating at night. In addition, this hotel has recently installed thermostats with motion sensors. In other words, if you are not moving about in the room for, say, an hour, it will bump up the temp to the highest setting, and after another hour or so it will completely shut off. So, if you’re looking for a cool place to sleep in the Texas heat, this is not it. At all. The lack of consistency in temperature and, well, A/C at all made for three sleepless nights. I did stop at the front to ask about this and was told there was nothing they could do. Other issues included no reception throughout the hotel, no continental breakfast, no microwave, wifi being unstable (probably because everyone was on it due to there being no reception), broken ice machines, and the toilet not flushing. Luckily, I know my way around a toilet and was able to fix that. I do want to shout out Oneda who was very kind while I was checking in and quick to help me with my lock issue.

My entire family descended upon this fabulous hotel for my step sister's elaborate two day long wedding festivities. I will be blunt. My family is high maintenance and extremely difficult to please. My step mother saw her daughter's room with a balcony and requested to be given the same thing. My step mother has a demand for open air at all times. I was floored when Oneda, the front desk goddess was able to actually change her room dispose the hotel being crazy close to capacity - how did she do it ? Magic ? The manager Chris was down to earth and personable, the entire staff was kind and welcoming and the leadership at this location is suburb. The elaborate wedding was breathtaking beautiful and our family really out this hotel through its paces. We all used the gym a lot, we swam in the gorgeous pool and we all ran around the surrounding wetland trails. What a location ! Everything is so close. Costco is just a few minutes away along with tons of food locations and Starbucks. Why leave though ? The bistro breakfast was delicious - my difficult family raves about the breakfast bistros. I am in awe about how well this hotel performed with such a variety of requests and personalities. They seamlessly helped us while also gracefully helping many airline crews that came and went. Bravo team !

Location is terrific! Great Views from Balconies (if it wasn’t 110 degrees out it would have been enjoyable). TV allowed us to use our Netflix~ that was a + Hotel needs upgrades. No Central HVAC. OLD motel-like individual room units that you cannot control. Wall AC control is pre set. Room was humid all night and although we lowered the temp it never cooled off. Mini Fridge was warm on arrival and was set on a Timer which had to be reset every 2 hours! Bathroom sink was clogged. Bathroom door would not close or lock. We had ONE roll of TP. 5 minutes after I took a Melatonin the Hotel Fire Alarm system went OFF! At 11:30 pm the entire Hotel was evacuated. I had to sit in my Car for 30 minutes until the FD arrived to clear the Bldg. Didn’t sleep well all night worrying about another evacuation. Bummer of a visit. Don’t stay in Room 415. I was hoping for more from a Marriott.

Let me first start off by saying Chef Terry was readily available when needed! He was so extremely patient with my family and I. Lauren the hotel coordinator was so pleasant to work with as well! I had a 50th party here, and upon arrival I had a bouquet of flowers waiting in our room! Hands down to the best team to work with! I cannot express enough the hospitality that we received! When you stop by give a shout out to Chef Terry! I received so many texts and calls regarding the food! Everyone raved about how good it was! Looking to book an event book with Lauren! To the guy who was called in to assist at the front desk on September 30th, 2023, my apologies with the incident in the lobby with my cousin who had a little too much to drink lol! To make a long story short we found ourselves in a situation where on a Friday night at 9pm we needed a room for the night and this hotel was the only one close that had rooms available. They charged us $210 for it which I mean ok but for that kind of money I expect WAY more than they offered. The ice machine on our floor was broken the shower made an incredibly loud noise when I turned it on and woke my Wife up at 5:30 in the morning. I don't know what was going on with the elevator but let's just say it wasn't exactly a smooth ride lol a woman in there with us freaked out and actually let out a little scream. Also the bed was like sleeping on a granite slab. I gave 2 stars for the room because it was very quiet but in my humble opinion $210 for less than 12 hours I should walk out of there going wow that was really cool. I wouldn't pay more than $80 for this room trust me you will be disappointed.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, we actually didn’t even stay the night there because of how horrible it was. We couldn’t use the pool because there was a huge group of people down there drinking, and poring beer into the pool, screaming and being very rude, my sister who was under age was out at the balcony and they were screaming at her to come down to the pool and hangout with them. They were at the pool past closing time and the staff did absolutely nothing, but we were in our room playing VERY low music and got a noise complaint and the stuff was very rude about it. It was a terrible experience, not to mention we found two bugs in our bed, and the elevators smelt awful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff is so kind and friendly. The Maintenance Team of Mr. Jeff Wilson and Roderick are amazing! They couldn't immediately fix our A/C issue with the room, so before moving us, they checked 2 rooms and cycled the A/C to make sure it was working and then accommodated our moving rooms. So helpful and caring of our experience with their property. Grounds are very clean, even down to a gentleman walking the entry area removing spider webs on a regular basis. Little details like that go a long way to making a memorable stay. Tons of dining options in the area, so lack of dining amenities at the property was moot. Highly recommend this property for your Ft.Worth travel needs.

Our family had the pleasure of hosting Thanksgiving at the Courtyard Marriott Alliance Town Center in Fort Worth, and we couldn't be more grateful for the amazing experience. We rented the banquet room several months in advance through Jillian, and she was professional, quick to respond, and easy to work with. On the day of the event, the staff was attentive, helpful, and made sure that everything was set up the way we envisioned. The rooms were clean and the grounds were beautiful. The check in process was great and the front desk staff were great. We checked in around 4 pm on a Friday. We went out to the truck yard and several local bar/restaurant places. We returned around midnight and we’re not able to get in our room. The desk clerk put us in another room but our stuff was locked in the original room. Around 9 am the next morning the door was finally unlocked. It seemed like they had previous issues with this room number 408. We were comped the room and given bonus bon voy points. For a fairly new hotel maintenance definitely dropped the ball on this one. I appreciate the staff trying to make the situation more bearable.

Pretty average hotel. The rooms are like most older Courtyards. No microwave in the rooms, TVs are small and the parking does get packed during an event or over the weekend. Stayed here for a little over 2 weeks and the front desk is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel wifi is horribly slow and the hotel breakfast hours need to be extended. TV in my room was working properly but it would be a big improvement if it was bigger. Dislike the walking shower with it being open. But, one positive is the close proximity to shopping, entertainment and restaurants.

I DO NOT recommend this hotel. The staff is nice. There's laundry, pool, weight room, business room. There is however, no continental breakfast. No microwave in the room. The fridge is big enough for a couple cans of coke. The furniture is torn and dingy. The sofa looks like the one your pothead teenager keeps in the garage to hang out with his friends. House keeping forgets to resupply the room with towels and toilet paper and will not vacuum. And the Starbucks/restaurant downstairs has unconventional business hours.

10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! I have managed for hotels for over 10 years and never write reviews! However, I can honestly say I have never seen a more disgusting property! Not only is the staff unprofessional and disrespectful but the management staff, including the GM, are never there! Great location! This hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. I would give this hotel a better rating but their pool is closed in the heat of the summer. One of the reasons I chose this location was the nice pool so to find out after check in that their pool was closed because of no 911 call service was disappointing. I was looking forward to the pool to refresh after a long day of work. They had no info if it would be open anytime soon either.

Every time every time you call the front desk whoever they have working at the front desk is rude and disrespectful hanging up the phone with out even picking it up and they want you to drop 200.00 min for a one night stay but the service by the reception desk you get better customer service from a hotel that is in the inner city projects than you would here those who are on the front desk as of July 12th 2023 at 2 pm needs to be fired and replaced ladies Enos should never be tolerated at a establishment of this caliber

Great location! We were there for a Nascar race and this was so convenient! Very modern! Comfy bed! Clean!! The Desk Clerk was super friendly and so personable! I can't remember his name (he had great hair though!). We will definitely stay here again when we go to race in this area. The only downside was the interstate construction (not the hotel's fault!) The exit was closed and we had to circle back around.

My organization uses their conference rooms for meetings and events. The staff is always welcoming and supportive of all our needs. Great space that does not conflict with their guests. Surrounding restaurants allow us to use their lots for parking as not to inhibit parking for the Courtyard’s public overnight guests. Convenient location directly off I-35W for ease of access. I would definitely recommend for businesses for meetings and events. They also have a lounge area convenient for one on one meetings.

Would not reccomend this hotel. They do not honor the Marriott Bonvoy benefits even though they're part of that chain. No points, stay credit, or breaksfast offering with platinum elite status. The front desk lady was very rude about that. The breakfast offerings are pay ala cart and not very appetizing or healthy. Lastly, the fitness center is small and doesn't have much in the way of weight lifting besudes the standsrd small selection of dumb bells.

Great experience! Stayed one night here. Rooms are new, modern & very clean. Staff very nice & professional. Wish we would've stayed both nights of the weekend here. Very close to many dining choices and many shopping choices. Only two minor complaints.....No ventilation in bathroom. So, after shower, it took awhile for mirror to clear up. And, thermostat will not go lower than 65 degrees & we like it extremely cold, especially when we sleep. Will definitely stay again when in.Fort Worth area, though.

Jillian on the events team was fantastic. Our box was delivered late and she went the extra mile to deliver it to us (outside of the hotel) after our event was over. The front desk staff was pretty nice. A couple less than impressive things: 1. The hotel didn't seem overly booked and they put me in a room with a flood light beaming into the window all night long. 2. The bartender was unfriendly, unwelcoming and unhelpful.

This Hotel is in a good spot, close to Panera, Chipotle, and a short walk to Kroger. There's a fairly new park with some small walking trails next door. Staff try hard but minus 1 star as they were not providing breakfast and the shower pressure is only 5/10. Update for March 2022, staff really impressed me tonight as I left a bag in my room with some belongings a month ago and the front desk had it for me today when I arrived. Good work!

The hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly. Very spacious rooms. The location was great, just a mile or two from where I needed to be for an event. Ranked 4 star, because we were under the Impression breakfast was complimentary (not sure where we read this) and because we had some confusion with the payment. Otherwise, great experience.

This hotel is in a perfect spot at Alliance. Any and everything you could possibly need is close by-restaurants, shopping, movies, etc. The hotel itself seems brand new and is very modern. Rooms were clean and furnished nicely. We never had any issues with noise. The outdoor area has a nice pool and a seating area with a large gas fire pit.

Clean room, friendly staff but the walls were very thin so the family that had multiple rooms in my hall and kept going in and out kept me awake for hours. The heater fan was extremely loud. I did tell them about the heater so hopefully it will be fixed for the next guest. With this said, I would still stay here again for the cleanliness.

Absolutely perfect. The staff was amazing getting my room ready when I showed up early. The room was large and well supplied. Best nights sleep I've had away from home.

Hotel was in an extremely convenient location, across the street from restaurants and my must have daily Starbucks. Additionally it wasn’t out of the way, it was right off the highway so very easy to find. There are some really nice waking trails right outside the hotel. The staff was extremely courteous and the room was very nice.

Stayed for two nights with my two kids (5 1/2 and 4 yrs old). Sofa-bed was the size of a twin, I was expecting at least a full size. Room was a good size for the three of us. Everything was clean. Had breakfast one morning, ordered oatmeal and pancakes are both are good. I would stay again, but will get two beds next time

Great hotel with clean, comfy beds. The pool looks inviting and there are plenty amenities. The shower is lackluster - the open design leaves you with a chilly behind. And breakfast, not complementary, is fine but pricey. Everyone we interacted with has been kind and more than helpful. Overall, it's a great place to stay.

This large hotel gave us a great group rate for a wedding weekend. The property is spacious and has great public areas inside and out for groups to gather for casual conversation. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were well appointed with comfy beds, nice sofas, walk-in showers, and had very homey feel.

The overall facility is nice but in this competitive environment where people are competing for my dollar, I felt unappreciated. I am a Gold member but didn’t feel like it made any difference. Simple pleasures such as a coffee station for 24 hour coffee shows, we care and are here for you….. not at this location.

Our room had a balcony on the second floor that overlooked the pool. There was a mini fridge as well as a COLD A/C (which we loved). Pool was super nice and had plenty of seating as well as an infinity edge.

My spouse and I came for a honeymoon getaway and Mary and the gentle man that worked late shift 3.24.23 were amazing!!! They definitely took care of us and we would highly recommend this place

We actually had our wedding here and stayed the same night. When we went to check in our room wasn’t available, however they did find another available for us. When I went in the glass door to the balcony was opened, and the room smelled like smoke. We are non smokers so it was disappointing.

Definitely recommend for individuals, couples or families. Safe location with many places for food and entertainment close by. Staff was so friendly and made sure to greet us each time we left or entered the lobby. Smells clean, so you know it is consistently kept clean. Great place to stay.

We were staying here for our daughters wedding with a large group of our family. There was an ice storm and the airport was closed so many of us had to stay an extra day or two. Somehow they found room for all of us. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcomed.

Booked a room for our daughter's 10th birthday. She invited a few friends and they swam at the pool, ate pizza, played games & watched a movie in the room. The hotel is so nice and the room was clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider booking again!

Hotel was so clean and modern. The staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. And we loved the balcony and view of the beautiful pool area. Location was amazing. Everything was so close by, my family and I will definitely be back to stay at this hotel again.

My stay was decent. There was rip in the sofa in my room which is fine but it definitely through off my outlook at the hotel. Also the breakfast area was still closed due to COVID and there was no bagged breakfast available so that was a bummer. The staff was great and very helpful!

Beautiful property. Very outgoing front desk staff. Not a fan of the half glass wall showers though. Room was clean, quiet and well laid out. Furniture looked new. Lots of parking with big stalls. Well lit. Easy to see sign from the freeway. Tons of places to eat nearby.

I can't say enough of good things about this place! The staff goes out of their way to assist in any way they can with a smile and makes you feel like a VIP. The beds were amazingly comfortable, Rooms were great with nice art, and the pool area is fantastic and relaxing!

It was an overall good stay. Staff was great and the rooms were clean (except the tv remote was nasty). We missed having the complimentary breakfast. The breakfast that was offered for purchase was very expensive and poor quality. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a very nice stay overall, with two concerns. 1) Our toilet didn't work quite right and it did not get fixed. 2) That there was a little bistro that served coffee and breakfast was nice. That it stopped serving at 9:30 am Sunday morning was not so nice.

A fantastic experience! Everyone was so helpful and kind . The people working the bistro are amazing. They even remember the coffee I ordered previously! I would LOVE to stay here again. Clean, happy environment. Definitely worth the 5 stars!

The hotel is new and clean. There are a couple of issues that management may not be aware of. On a Saturday afternoon between 4 and 5 pm, there was standing water in the parking lots and by the front entrance as well as Sunday morning 9am.

We stopped to see about getting a room later. The housekeeping manager Roger showed us rooms and was absolutely wonderful. We look forward to seeing him move up the management chain. He was personable and made us feel like valued guests!
