When I called to find out what had happened to my online request for a quote for Professional Indemnity Insurance 2 days earlier, the "Business Development Manager" (fancy name for the person dealing with such requests) said "oh, it's probably in my inbox". Prepared & emailed me a quote with the policy statement & an "endorsements" page that excluded me from certain items. I read the documents and replied the same day with some questions about my potential coverage. The person took a whole week to reply, allegedly because my email was in his junk folder. His response was absurdly incompetent: sentences that didn't make sense, incomprehension of basic risks in my line of work (business & management consulting) and a staggering misreading of one key item in the policy – he said I would be covered, when it was obvious I would not be. Thankfully, I'd already found a better insurer with a better policy at 25% less for the premium. If the performance of Coverforce's salesperson is any guide, this insurer is worth neither the premium nor the risk.

Firstly, I was recommended from a business associate that I should be using Sam Singh from Coverforce for all insurance needs - which I think personally carrys a lot of weight within itself.
