"They have a lot of Western wear to choose from"
"Great selection, American made boots"
"This is one of the best western wear clothing stores I’ve seen"
"The store is huge, smells amazing but it is toasty in there and the staff seems annoyed when you ask them for help"
I donated over 1000 of brand new cowboy poetry books thought they would be happy I brought them in. Never saw the owner took them but didn’t people didn’t seem to care lol I just thought better than taking them to goodwill. Gave my phone number thought they would least say thank you for them or something ♂️ …
They have a lot of Western wear to choose from. We bought outfits for our two grandchildren for Christmas and on one pair of boots the top was pealing off after the first time he wore it. I took it back and they exchanged it for a new better pair no questions asked. The manager was very polite and helpful.
Great selection, American made boots. However I'll give them a 3 star solely because they do not support veterans, as I was told they do not offer a veteran discount. I was a little disappointed in all American business not having a discount for veterans, even a store like the vans store support veterans.
This is one of the best western wear clothing stores I’ve seen. They have a huge selection of everything western/cowboy related. They also have great work boots. Which is the main reason I go here. The staff is very helpful and the location is easy to get to. I will be coming here for many years to come.
The store is huge, smells amazing but it is toasty in there and the staff seems annoyed when you ask them for help. I mean, same, but there are signs everywhere to not open boxes and to ask for help. I felt compelled to apologize for bothering them lol. Probably won't ever go back
Excellent boots at the best prices. I purchased at least 30 pairs of boots there over the last 30 years. Accommodating service and the one time there was a problem with my boots not living up to expectations they paid to have them fixed at a shoe repair shop.
Family owned for years is why I support this store. Been coming here for over 30 years. I love the boots, shirts, jeans and hats that they carry. They even have attire for kids. I love the patriotic boots they’ve been carrying. They are my favorite.
Very disappointed in our experience with cowtown boots. Received a pair of Justin boots for Christmas wore them maybe 6 times. Glue on the sole coming off. I'm in process of tracking down proof of purchase from person who purchased them for
Husband has been going here for 10 years, normally it’s a good shopping experience. May not be the easiest to find someone but it’s a big store and we’ve always found someone or what we needed. All the employees use to be super helpful and
Got our bootSSS, cowboy hats, belt and practically the whole outfit from this lil gem. The staff is AMAZINGLY NICE and SUPER HELPFUL! Although it's a bit spendy, you can see that you're really getting quality made products that'll last you
I am torn with how to review this place. I got great service from two of the young ladies that worked today, but the customer service and disrespect that the young man showed the customers in from of me was horrifying. When I made mention
I've been going to cowtown boots since I was a kid. Now I'm a a foreman in the trades. I bought a pair of Justin boots last week. I've bought Justin's before and liked them. I put the boots on just before work the next day and started my
Wow! Living in Utah I thought I'd seen it all when it comes to cowboy wear. I was wrong! This was the biggest boot store I'd ever been to. It was cool because they had cheap boots and super expensive ones. It was fun wandering around and
Love the selection of boots here. I was at Boot Barn and they don’t have a quarter the selection of boots. I bought a pair of Tall Top Twisted X boots which had a factory defect barely noticeable for $99. These normally would have costed
They never have my size in pants and that's okay. I just go to the counter and order what I need. It takes four to five days and they call me up. The staff is has always been friendly and helpful. Been shopping at this store for fifteen
Awesome experience. My BF needed to buy his first pair of boots for his sisters wedding. Problem is he has a size 14 W foot. We tried to find a pair at “another boot store” in town and the “service” and selection were lacking, big time.
Walk in to buy three pairs of boots head to the boot area and have a hard time trying to find what I’m looking for and not one employee in site. Head to front and see three of them standing around doing nothing. I say it’s amazing that
Dana was amazing. She helped me and a friend find the boots that we needed and that worked for us. We spent about 45 minutes with her alone. She offered great customer service which is so hard to find these days. Stephanie was also
They have a wide selection of boots and really friendly staff. After checking out a male employee offered to walk us to our car because some unsafe people waiting outside the door. This was greatly appreciated by my sister and me!
45mins so far. Mail man even bailed. No return or start time? Guess working in air conditioning is so hard you work up an appetite and must lock doors. Good luck with that. Paycheck sponges. Not getting my actual earned money.
Great buying experience and great follow up service. Buying: Lexi was very helpful and friendly. I told her my shoe/boot shopping issues and she directed me to 2 styles that would work. 1st time EVER that I only
Came to Cowtown Boots to get a pair of boots for myself and left with a free pair of boots for my two-year-old they are adorable Daniel front desk was awesome. Very attentive definitely coming back …
Today I bought my first cowboy hat. I was helped by a young gentleman to show me the different hats and styles. He was very courteous in helping me choose a good looking hat for my wedding today.
Always have my wranglers boot cuts for 28$ compared to the 34$ or 39$ everyone else has. Family owned operations and they keep it simple. I appreciate that more then boot barns atmosphere.
Was on vacation in AZ when we passed this store & stopped in to look around. Great selection of western themed items like shirts, pants, boots, etc. Wish we had a location near WA.
Everytime I come in here I end up spending a few hundred dollars. There is so much to choose from. The staff is very helpful. The store is clean and organized. I love this place!
Love this store. They have everything you can possibly want at fair prices. We bought boots for myself and had a great salesman, Gary who was more than helpful.
Great selection of boots, wonderful prices and an AMAZING STAFF! They insisted I bring Gunner in to shop with me and he had the time of his life!!!
Tanner Brown was excellent and so helpful everytime I come in with my husband. Really the whole store is very professional.
I need to get back to see what other services they can help me with. I am happy to have found this store.
10/10, this place is amazing. Selection, staff, and pricing are all great! Thank you cowtown!!
Big store with lots of product. Good prices compared to my home state of Texas.
There was no AC! Made it very hard to try to stay and check out their inventory.
Great selection. Amazing choices all around. Prices are just ok.
The boots looked a little warn and they are a little pricey.
Nice selection of western shirts and friendly personnel!
It's not a bad place to shop for Western clothes...
