"I got the pick 2 luncheon salad and baked potato"
"The tables were less than half full and still took an hour for my meal"
"Poor service"
"The waitstaff were so friendly and efficient"
"The worst I have ever had at Cracker Barrell"
I got the pick 2 luncheon salad and baked potato. I did ask my waitress to hold tomatoes, however, My salad consisted of a bowl of lettuce, 3 cucumber slices, a bite of bacon and cheese and croutons. This needs to be improved!! Potato was ok, but dry. I did receive bread and the waitress service was good More
The tables were less than half full and still took an hour for my meal. The waitress was nice but had no answers for the absurd amount of time it took for my meal. Once I did finally get my meal the hashbrown casserole was so dry it looked like fry hashbrowns and was completely inedible. More
Poor service. We saw only 2 waiters in the dining room. The food was over cooked and tasted like it had been cooked for quite a while. Disappointing. Extremely long wait for food. We had to ask for our drink order 15 min AFTER we ordered drinks. Multiple dirty tables throughout our meal. More
The waitstaff were so friendly and efficient. They got us everything we needed with little waiting. They made my friend's visit back to the state perfect with an Arnold Palmer (her favorite drink) to go as well! My country fried steak was just a touch dry but everything else was great. More
The worst I have ever had at Cracker Barrell. Sausage was like jersey. Bacon was overcooked and smelled tainted. The cream gravy was the consistency of thick pudding. Biscuits were cold and hard... Not a.good experience at all.. And I know now that they are kind of hit and miss. More
Great food and prices. Our food was delicious. Only complaint was that the food took a long time and the waiter disappeared for long periods of time. Another customer had to go hunt someone down in the kitchen to find someone to get his check. More
I haven’t been in Cracker Barrel in a while. Wow!! Great menu with lots of new tasty food (especially the beignets and the lattes) Very yummy!! I will definitely return soon!! Also love shopping in the store. Lots of nice clothes and gifts!! More
We order delivery from here pretty regularly. There is frequently an item missing from our order each time. This last time I called because an order of our pancakes was missing. The first lady I spoke with immediately got defensive and told
I ordered a hamburger steak smothered. I assumed according to the picture there would be sauteed or grilled onions and gravy for an addtl. charge of $1.00. I received a tiny slice of uncooked onion and a small bowl of gravy and was charged
I hadn't been to a Cracker Barrel in quite a while. The pluses were we were seated immediately and the waitress was extremely friendly and helpful. The reason I rate it low was the long wait to get our food (with 1 in our party not getting
When I have work in Music Valley, sometimes I like to pop into Cracker Barrel right when they open to grab a quick and simple breakfast. Sometimes I just want coffee and water, but usually if I pop in I'll grab a small meal. I really don't
Well, this is proves that some places can begin to improve. I stopped at Cracker Barrel on music Valley drive which is notorious for being very slow or no service at all. Today I'm proud to say I did not mind waiting. My server, Caitlyn ,
Did a curbside on 1/25/2024 and after checking in and waiting 20 minutes, I went inside to check on the order only to find a line at the hostess station and at the cashier. Apparently understaffed, I waited another 15 minutes only to find
1/2 the restaurant was closed due to short-staffing and the staff members that were there were trained on multiple jobs while I'm sure this saved the store money in the long run. It drastically hurt customer service and the Cracker Barrel
Worst service we've had in several years. Worst food from Cracker Barrell we've had. French fries looked and tasted like they were fried twice or three times. The server came to our table 3 times. First time to take our order, second time
Food tonight was pretty good, not to sure how long the casserole sat before they put it in the bowl but it had to been awhile. Other than that not horrible. Definitely short staffed at this location and it does show from the time you walk
This place was pretty good. It’s our last day in Tennessee and we couldn’t leave with out having breakfast here. I went in hunger and left ready for a nap haha. The food was good and super filling and the service was great too. The store
Rocky, our server, was very polite and responsive to our dining needs. The food was great at prices that were reasonable. Trying to find a parking spot was minimally challenging. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Thank you! More
We enjoyed a great lunch at the Cracker Barrel. Food is always hot and delicious. Staff are very friendly. I also enjoy looking around the general store, both before and after our dining. It's always a fun experience coming here! More
We were seated quickly upon arrival. Our food was cooked well and tasted great. We were missing items that we never ended up receiving, however. Our server, Cindy, was a mess. She appeared to be under the influence. She made several
Food was good, portion size average. Everyone in our party ordered breakfast. It was half hour wait for brunch during the week, even though there were many empty tables. Poor servers were running everywhere, it was obvious they were
This Cracker Barrel always disappoints. I had no gravy in my fried turkey and no cocktail sauce for the shrimp. Every time I order from this location there’s always something important missing More
They saw I was black and immediately recommended the fried chicken true story. You know what I ended up ordering? The fried chicken they had me pegged from the start. Love Cracker Barrel
Good ol comfort food. I had the fried chicken, okra & dumplings. Perfect meal to help me feel better from being sick. The server was absolutely fantastic. She was so friendly and pleasant. More
I'm a huge fan of a good CB breakfast. This gets high scores for me if you love grits, pancakes and bacon...yummy. Service is top notch and the gift store is a hit with the whole family.
I understand they were very busy but some of our food was barely warm, such as the potato casserole. Also we had a group of 7 and server told us she could only send 5 orders at a
We eat at Cracker Barrel across many miles throughout the year, and this week's Christmas vacation put us dining at the Cracker Barrel across the street from Opryland Hotel.
A good country home chain. Friendly staff. We were seated quickly and the food was good and hot. Our server was very nice. More
Simple southern casual dining, the food is good and the service is fast. The venue decor adds to the overall experience. More
