Pet parents BEWARE. While there are very few places/options to lay our dear fur babies to rest in Las Vegas, this facility should be avoided entirely or closely monitored to prevent mistakes while your pet is in their care. My Archie boy passed away almost a month ago and while the loss was traumatic enough, the cremation mistake they made broke our hearts even more. We had a chapel viewing SCHEDULED and CONFIRMED in person with their front office staff before he was to be cremated, received a tour of the chapel from Laura, and made arrangements to ensure the viewing would be personal and beautiful which is what he deserved. We gathered his favorite toys to display, invited loved ones to meet us at the cemetery, and were looking forward to give one more kiss and peaceful goodbye. Cut to the day of the viewing and I receive a phone call from Laura at Craig Road Pet Cemetery one and a half hours BEFORE our scheduled chapel viewing stating that a “mistake” was made and my Archie was ready for pickup; meaning he had already been cremated TWO DAYS PRIOR. There would be no viewing. No last embrace. No closure. We went down to the cemetery immediately only to be met with my Archie in an urn and repeated “I’m sorrys” for an irreversible “mistake”. Laura had to be called from somewhere offsite to meet with us in person and stated a “clerical error” prevented the cremators from knowing that we had a viewing scheduled despite the appointment STILL written on their whiteboard in the hallway next to the front desk. Their failure to type our appointment into a computer took away our closure, broke our hearts even more, and left us feeling uneasy; if they can’t organize a simple appointment date, how do I even know I came home with my Archie? Mistakes happen, I understand that; but in this line of work, things like this just CANNOT happen. My purpose for this review is that hopefully my experience has taught them to be more careful, more considerate, and more organized so that this does not happen to another family or pet ever again.

I have no idea how this Cemetery is even close to two stars let alone 4. What a horrible experience and service we were given by Laura which is their supposed manager for this Cemetery. She sounds and acts like she is concerned for your pet but she is nothing like this. She is a wolf in sheep's clothing. We buried our pet dog On December 10, and the process took until May for completion. We provided a picture of our dog at the time of her death and had to email it to them TWO MORE TIMES. After we buried our pet we kept going back to look at the head stone and every time we went back her picture was still missing on the stone. Laura said the process takes about four months to complete due to COVID, but failed to tell us this in the beginning. She said multiple times she would call us back in two weeks and/or when it was done but the call NEVER came. Two months later with no phone calls or emails we decided to visit our Sugar and not only did they not call us back to let us know it was finished but they had put another dogs picture on our dogs Head Stone! We called back and got yet another "sorry" that they would fix it. We were told to call back in three weeks and when we did, wouldn't you know, Laura was on vacation and for four weeks (Nice vacation). Again no phone call was made to let us know about the progress. Weeks turned into months with no one calling back and giving us a status check so we decided to go out to the Cemetery to visit again and still her whole head stone was gone - they'd removed it at least. Finally, after several weeks we went back and her picture was there and complete. No phone call again letting us know that the job was finished. What a horrible display of compassion and empathy. If this were a human being, Laura would be unemployed. I encourage anyone who wants to start a new pet cemetery to move forward and put this place out of business. TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION!!!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The first time, we took our beloved, Guinea Pig Alex (2015). Laura, whom I spoke to seem very sweet and she took our Alex to be cremated and he was wrapped in my daughter's blanket. After the cremation (3 days) , we picked up Alex's cremains along with the blanket. This time, our beloved Son Snowball had passed away tragically and my husband said we should take our son Snowball to be cremated there since the first experience was good since they seem caring for animals. We took our son and he was wrapped in a blanket and towel; the blanket is purple with smily faces with the tongue sticking out. The towel is pink. Anyways, Laura never said anything not did the lady with boy like hair cut (heavy smoker); they didn't give back our blanket and towel that our baby was wrapped in and when I called the lady with boy like hair cut said they don't save such things and I was never told this and they never said anything when we're there. We've paid nearly$300 to have our baby cremated and for this to happen.. Breaks my heart. The scent of our baby was on that blanket and towel. And after I asked what did they do with the blanket and towel; her reply was we donated.. Seriously?? This place is awful and I am uncertain that the cremains was really my son.. That place is shady and they had young boys IN THEIR 20'S in the back cremaing and for all I know they could of toss my poor baby along other beloved innocent animals to the side or in the trash mistreat them and their demise bodies..just to make a quick buck ripping off families that Are grieving for our loss.. SHAME ON THESE PEOPLE. LAURA SHAME ON YOU AND ALL YOUR STAFF.. My heart is shattered into pieces because of this..

A month ago we had to make the very difficult decision to help our beloved 12-year old Chow Chow "Marley Man" cross the Rainbow Bridge. He was such a loving and loyal fur baby...but in a lot of pain. We wanted to relieve Marley of any "undo stress"...so I called Dr. Blanch Pierce from “Waggin Wheels Mobile Clinic” to come to our home where Marley felt safe and comfortable. Dr. Pierce came that very same day...so we didn't have to wait and prolong his illness and pain. Dr. Pierce was so loving, kind and compassionate and talked to Marley before the procedure began. She gave him a shot of a powerful anesthesia....which "knocked him out" so he really didn't even know what was going on. My husband and I sat by him during the procedure. It was very quick and painless for Marley...but for us, the flood gates opened. After it was all over, we took Marley's lifeless body to the Craig Road Pet Cemetery where he was cremated. What a compassionate, loving and kind group of people there. The staff was ultra professional and I would highly recommend them for your final goodbye to your precious fur baby... Although it was terribly difficult to lose our "protector" and our beloved "fur baby" we know he is out of pain and in a much better place. Thank you so very much Dr. Blanch Pierce and the staff at Craig Road Pet Cemetery for helping us get through this very heartbreaking journey. #wagginwheelsmobileclinic #craigroadpetcemetary

Absolutely shameful. My Smokey died very suddenly. That dog was my son. 1st complaint: upon scheduling with them, the lady did not have a sympathetic tone to my situation. She spoke to me as if I were booking a hotel. Just too casual. 2nd compliant: I paid for private cremation so that I could take my baby home the same day. I did not get to take him home the same day. Apparently “it” wasn’t “boxed” yet. 3rd complaint: The very next day, “it” still wasn’t “boxed” yet bc he wasn’t in the furnace at the right temp so they need to redo it.. 4th compliant: after calling again I was told that “it still isn’t boxed yet” so my husband called and they confessed that they thought they lost his paw print, when in fact we already had it. That was the true reason why they gave me the ridiculous excuses they did. 5th complaint: when I was finally able to get my baby boy back, I Looked at the urn and had to literally hold back the urge to go in there and hurt someone.. The icing on the cake. They did not even put him in the urn I specifically asked for.. for all I knew, that was not my baby boy in that Urn. I had to wait for them to remove the ashes and put it into another urn. You all should be ashamed at the way you conduct your business for people who are at their absolute lowest.

I had to put my dog of 14 years to sleep on October 2nd. He was sent to Craig Road Pet Cemetery for cremation. My boy was a chocolate brown 9 pound apple head chihuahua. When I picked his remains up from the vet, the receipt inside the Craig Road bag reflected an owner name of "Martinez" and a pet's name of " Leilah" who was a b/tan Corgi. The memorial keepsake has a paw print which is ten times the size of my boy's paw and a tuft of hair that is tan/blonde. I called Laurie Pijanowski at Craig Road and informed her that they gave me the wrong dog. She was defensive, rude, callous, accusatory, and uncooperative. She told me that she took a 9 pound chihuahua out of their "cooler" and printed his paw which was the same size as the keepsake I have, which is just disgusting. Craig Road refused to take any responsibility for the egregious mistake they make and said if I wanted money back to return the remains. What? These people are sick and twisted. I don't know where by boy is or what/who is in the urn I have. It's not enough that I lost my baby boy of 14 years, but Craig Road has robbed me of his remains or any tangible remembrance from his passing. They are despicable.

third year in a row unsatisfied 100% i believe in my heart they gave me the wrong animal. I believe they gave me a dog. is anyone missing they're dog? (the impressions of the paw is a dog's paw not a cat or whom ever did the impressions was angry and took it out on my cat.) I had my sweet cat cremated. It was gifted to me from someone I'd like to not mention. I didn't have a choice. I would have gone with a different company. I'd give a ZERO but google doesn't allow this. Terribly unsatisfied. The 2nd (time.) year. they never returned my call (i called 3 times.) I finally called a 4th time AFTER MY CAT WAS CREMATED.) THEY SIMPLY Said we are short staffed we couldn't have called you after your cat was cremated. RUDE RUDE, it was a woman, no idea of her name. dont care. Shame on her. Why are they still in business? you can't get a do over with this type of situation. Please remove the word "GOD" from your poem, not everyone is religious. stop forcing your religion on others Thanks for reading. I'm done. emotionally drained.

My dog passed away 3 months ago. I am only now bringing myself to write this. I will write fairly, pro and con. PRO: They are very cheap, cost wise, for the services they do offer. They make a few different trinkets that do not turn out too bad. If your veterinarian works with Craig Road Pet Cemetery, you will usually get a decent price for packages. CONS: Craig Road Pet Cemetery, will, and has, lost pieces of pets, not completed the cremation process professionally, and have not processed pet remains as instructed. My opinion. The company has no compassion not do they have any accountability. The owner was stated to me to be a Military Veteran. If he is he sure doesn't act like it. No matter what he will not come out and speak to a customer when his staff has made mistakes. TLDR; If you want your pet processed correctly using this company you had better schedule for a personal viewing of EVERYTHING YOU ASK THEM TO DO or a mistake can, but hopefully not happen to you and your deceased family member.

It’s so unfortunate that you have to come to a place like this. Trust me, I know. Our pets are children. And in the case that they pass away. THIS is the place to go. Long story short, my father’s very best friend passed and i needed something special for her. When I walked in, face full of tears, I was comforted by the VERY sweet and wonderful ladies at the front desk. They were helpful, showed compassion, and were Sympathetic for our family. The process was fast. Especially in comparison to a vet that takes weeks. We just wanted our baby girl home with us. Even if it were in the form of her ashes. They gave us a plaque with her paw print and piece of hair. The urn we purchased was beautiful. I just really love this place. I hope I don’t have to come back for years, but if and when my pet passes... I will be going here again. They are the best! Thank you Craig Road Pet Cemetery. So much! Thank for caring for our baby girl. RIP Little Girl.

I've been using CRPC's cremation services since 1997. The staff has always been kind and compassionate, (even when I was on an emotional rollercoaster) and my pet's remains handled with care and respect. Over the years, while waiting to pick up one of my own, I've witnessed many pet owners take their grief out on the employees here. Never once did the staff react rudely! These people know this is not a pleasant time for pet owners, but it's not their fault that your urn isn't the same color you thought it would be. There are times when you have to trust a company to do what they say they will. I've never had reason to question CRPC's integrity. They have always been professional and respectful (even when I would not have been!) I recently lost my Rottie to cancer. It was costly and sad. I was pleasantly surprised to find that, after 25 years, they still take the time to make clients a momento of their pet. I recommend them all the time.

This review is not based on the crematorium nor the staff that preside over the cemetery. It is based on our personal walk thru of the grounds and a chance meeting with another bereaved. The cemetery sits on almost 5 acres and has been in business for over 40 years. Housing the remains of over 7k pets. Even those of famous celebraties such as Redd Foxx, Snoop Dog, & Liberace to name a few. There is even a elephant buried on the grounds. Everything is very cleaned and maintained. The grounds house a mausoleum. While we were there we had the fortunate encounter to visit with a patron who had her fur children buried there. She was prepared with chair and book to sit and spend time with her beloveds. Explaining to us the importance of this cemetery to her while the hours accommodate many different schedules. I would recommend - I cant give pricing as each plot ranges from size, and headstone ect depending on what you desire and need.

As of 11/17/2021 I’m waiting on a resolve to a major issue with regard to a custom-made headstone that was to be placed on my sweet kitty’s plot. At this point, I am not being called back regarding this matter and I’m in a lot of distress. I’ve been very patient— I just don’t appreciate the newfound lack of communication. I started this process in about August 2021. Will update if things are remedied. I was told this is the week it would be handled — fingers crossed it wasn’t an empty promise. 11/18/2021 update: They are being incredibly kind and understanding. There's an issue with the headstone company they were contracting with -- for anyone dealing with a similar issue. They are working to resolve it. I am going to give this a few more weeks because the customer service in response to my distress has been very, very kind. I appreciate their transparency.

My fur baby Binx crossed the Rainbow Bridge suddenly and unexpectedly early last Monday; needless to say I was an absolute hot mess. Friends suggested getting her cremated, which I thought was appropriate since my Mom had her first cat cremated years ago. A friend suggested this place and it happened to be close to me. I brought in my Binx that morning without any kind of appointment. The woman who helped me that morning made me feel like Binx was in the right hands and made the process smooth. The time frame getting her back was quicker than I expected and was able to bring my Binx home that Thursday. The keepsake, clay paw print and urn I picked out are perfect and remind me of her daily. I'm glad I had a good experience and would recommend others to go here when the time comes to say goodbye to a beloved fuzzy family member.

We brought our family cat here to be cremated. My husband went to pick up his remains and he received the paw print keepsake but they informed him that "the remains" had already been picked up by us and signed for. Why would they provide the remains and keepsake separately? He repeatedly explained to them that we DID NOT pick up his remains. WHY would we lie about picking up our cat's remains???!!! That's morbid. They lost him, or gave him to someone else. I understand things happen, but I just can't believe that not only did we have to go through the pain and sadness of losing our cat once, but TWICE!! Craig Road, instead of being sympathetic to the situation, just argued with my husband and refused to refund our money. Hopefully whomever is in possession of Big Boy's remains has given him a special resting place.

In July I had to make the painful but right decision to put down my dogs , 2 month old puppy. She was sick and took a bad turn. At the vets office I had to call my bf and find out what he wanted to do. He bonded with her and wanted to be able to keep her with him. So we decided to do a private cremation. I've never done a private cremation before but it's not very expensive and all the extra touches that they added. It was amazing. The process went smoothly. They picked up Hope from the vets office and returned her back there so I could pick her ashes latter in the week. We received a clay paw print and a matted picture of a ink paw print and her fur. We also received a small wooden box with her ashes. Thank you for helping us preserve her memory even though she was only with us for a short time.

Compassionate care at your time of need and will even go to the vet's office to pick up the pet. They do burials for lots of different animals; for small pets, like cats, they will do a double burial, which helps keep costs down if you have multiple pets. They also have individual and communal cremation. When we did the individual cremation or the burial, we got a keepsake with a lock of hair. They also have a chapel for the service, which is nice to say the final goodbyes and pet the animal one last time. Another nice thing is they have kept the pet in cold storage for us when we were working on our decision between burial and cremation and also waiting to schedule the funeral. My family has been here multiple times and plan on using them in the future when the time comes.

We sent our African Grey Parrot to be creamated to this place through Flamingo Pet Clinic. Our bird had a unique red flight feather that we requested as well as his red tail feathers. They put the ref tail feathers in the memorial card but did not return the red flight feather. When I called to ask about the red wing feather they tried to lie to me and tell me one of the tail feathers is the wing feather. There is an obvious quill thickness difference between the two. When I brought up to the manager that her tech was not being truthful she said she was sorry but nothing could be done. Beware of these people who don’t realize or care that there is an emotional reason these requests are made. So not only did we loose a loved family pet we also lost what made him unique.

I first visited the cemetery in the mid-nineties when I had one of my animals cremated there. Then I viewed the graves of many of Jose Feliciano's cats but was unable to find those Graves today and the staff said they couldn't find them on the computer. I did get to see a lot of the lvmpd canines Graves and got to pay my respects to Nicky who so bravely served Las Vegas and passed away March 31st 2016. It amazes me how many police canines lost their lives in the line of duty. I also saw the grave of Kane a dog that belong to rapper Snoop Dogg. The cemetery seems very peaceful but it would be nice to see the gravestones trimmed a little better especially around the canines that served us with their lives in the police departments.

My fur baby survived cancer once but her little body couldn't fight again the second time around. Her little body was so fragile and when you need to schedule that final vet visit the last thing you are thinking about is who will respect this little girl and understand the memories...who will care? The vet says who they work with so you go with them. Through your tears you sign whatever papers they put in front of you. Then you get the dreaded call, your fur babies ashes are ready for pick up. Things like I don't have an urn, I'm not ready and why did this happen go through your mind. Then you get the surprise...Craig Road Pet Cemetery I will forever be grateful. Thank you is just not enough for what you gave me.

What a bunch of jerks! Had a death on a Saturday, our favorite pet. Called them and scheduled a time to bring in the pet and pay for a cremation. All the kids were a basket case because of the loss so we were 10 mins late, and no one was there. We call the guy (Justin), and he lies that he waited for us for a long time. I ask "where are you", he replies "I'm at the strip already." What a liar!! He says "I can come back in half an hour." I ask "from the strip?" He replies "no, I have to go somewhere, so at least an hour." The kids are distraught while this is going on and our deceased pet is lying in the car. WHAT AN OUTRIGHT LIAR!!!!! Needless to say we left in disgust and went to another pet cemetery.

The package was presented at our Vets Office so everyone is passing the buck about who dropped the ball but the end result was disappointing. Our fur-baby’s name was wrong on the cremation box, they claimed my husband name wasn’t on the paperwork from the Vets Office, which is hard to believe because my husband and I were there together every step of the way and his name was on the credit card that paid the bills. They new his name then, right? All I asked for was for them to mail me a corrected sticker for the cremation box with the correct information on it to be mailed to me. Their response was pretty much “case closed”, can’t help you”. So sad and disappointed

I lost my little Mocha baby back on February 10, 2020 unexpectedly. I wasn't sure what to do so I contacted my veterinarian's office. They had me bring her to them and they sent her to Craig Road Pet Cemetery for cremation. I received her ashes back this past week and I have to say I was impressed and overwhelmed by the beautiful arrangement they delivered. They delivered much more than I expected. I will be forever grateful to them. God forbid you ever need these services, but if and when the time comes I can recommend them with confidence. Thank you for the best possible experience at such a difficult time. God bless Craig Road Pet Cemetery.

Only calls you to collect your payment, but doesn’t bother to call you to let you know your beloved pets ashes are ready to be picked up. Lady called me last Thursday (12/10) to collect my payment and that they’ll be in contact with me by next Wednesday (12/16) so I can go get my dogs ashes. Never received a call. So I just called to ask and she said they’ve been ready and that they’re always ready 3 days after receiving payment. Which also isn’t true. Wednesday is more than 3 days. Our cat passed away June 1st and it took a lot longer than they said to receive her ashes, AND they called us when they were ready. Very inconsistent.

Recently we were traveling with our baby boy Elmo whom took a turn for the worse and we had to make the hardest decision we have ever had to make. I was in contact with the vet clinic in Las Vegas and they forwarded us to the Craig Pet Cemetery whom I spoke with Laura who was very compassionate and sincere I honestly believe this was Elmo's destination. He was always special to us and was our little king and by being in contact with Laura he truly was treated like a King. I only wish if all that treasure and respect their fur babies are able to experience this ending to their lives. Words cannot express the gratitude we feel.

  • Lyn Fuentes

I had a great experience. I don’t remember her name I think it’s Laura. She was very helpful during our time of grief and very understanding. Only thing I don’t like is the lady with the short boy hair. She has a nasty attitude. I don’t know why she even works at a place where people will be grieving and having negative emotions because they just lost their loved one. My pitbull has a better attitude than her. Besides her horrible customer service we had a good experience burying our baby. Everyone else was nice and welcoming.

  • Lara Runkle

I just want to say they are compassionate, respectful, friendly and definitely go above and beyond. I have had 3 pets cremated through them all came back with beautiful mementos and keep sakes. I had my dog cross the rainbow bridge with a new vet that used a different crematorium. I was devastated. I didn’t get the keepsakes that I had expected and they took longer to get her back. I went and spoke to Laura who took the time to address my concerns and worked with her team to create a lasting keepsake. Highly recommend them.

  • Kimberly Bettencourt

I can not tell you how impressed I was when I got my pets remains back , I moved to Las Vegas from California and have always got all my pets ashes in a tin can and cost me $200.00 dollars ( California), but this company had a cedar lock box and his name as well on it a poem where I can put a picture , I would recommend them ,they did and amazing job, I can not believe anyone could give them less then 5 stars and the price was so reasonable I am so happy with it if any of my dogs pass I would never use anyone but them.

  • Judith Regan

How disappointing it was when I picked up my Owens ashes. Owen was placed in a cheap plastic container that looks like it is from the dollar store. I was never offered a box. It is ugly and my Owen deserves more. I am very disappointed. The keep sake was nice for the most part which is why I gave them a 2 star. I was kinda shocked when I saw that they cut my Owens hair, but I understand how some would like that. I suggest that you get a better variety of boxes and give people a choice. I would have paid more.

  • Jen Ransom

I got my sweet boy kitty Ace back today, and they did such a great job with his package. My daughter and I were both pleased and touched by the obvious care that went into the preparation of his remains. I had also spoke with Laura and another very kind lady whose name I didn't catch earlier in the week, and they were so understanding and patient with me as I cried on the phone with them because I wanted to make sure I'd put down the correct package. I'm so thankful they showed our baby the love he deserved.

Unfortunately, I had to euthanize my dog recently, and cremation was arranged by my Vet with Craig Road Pet Cemetery. Yesterday I received my dog's remains and am so impressed with the quality of their memorial packaging. In addition to receiving Jake's ashes in a lovely wooden box with lock, key, and engraved name plate, they also included a framable matting with Jake's hair clipping, paw print, and lovely poem. In the sad event one needs pet cremation services, I highly recommend Craig Road Pet Cemetery.

I am so grateful to Nancy who helped make everything happen with utmost grace and compassion ❤️ I took my Kobi home and it was a beautiful peaceful time at the lovely Chapel. My Mom and I celebrated his life and had closure with our handsome and beloved Kobi Thank you also to Luke who took good care of Kobi. We appreciate everything and everyone who dedicates their time and patience to help ease the most difficult time of grief. God bless.

I can’t thank them enough for such beautiful and special keepsake of my sweet boy Hazard. I remember talking to Loretta over the phone the day he passed to discuss packages and she was just so sweet. When I received his remains and keepsakes today from the animal hospital, they were even better than I had imagined it would be. They really go above and beyond. It only took a day and half to receive my baby back and I am so happy he is home with us.

  • Michael Dollar

I recently was referred to this company through our vet. They were also recommended by multiple other sources. It seems this company does not live up to the expectations. We used them for the cremation of our pet. They lost, did not complete, or just did not care about the items from the private cremation package for our pet. With all due respect but this company simply cares about its bottom line and not it’s customers’ and their pets.

  • Kathy Smith

It's been one month since my beloved best buddy was cremated here. The love and respect of this place is beyond words. This was not my first experience with these wonderful people. My 2 dogs are laid to rest in the rose garden there and my parrot was cremated there too. All painful experiences but handled with the kindest of care. Thank you for being there when I needed someone to understand. They made a hard experience a little easier.

  • Nancy Salazar

Heads up, people!! I have used this crematorium for the past 20 years, at least, but they have changed hands and have gone corporate. They no longer do the 8x10 frames with poems that include a paw print from your pet, and fur from your pet, with a slot to put a photo, major bummer. They used to do resin mementos, not anymore. Lastly, the prices have gone from $145 to $336! Buyer beware, or at least advised. Very sad

  • Theresa Stall

We laid to rest our 8yr old Great Dane a week ago. What we got back from Craig Road Animal Cemetery was well beyond what we asked for. They made Maverick’s cremation very personal. We got a paw print and patch of fur along with a beautiful wood urn. I know our dear pet was treated kindly and with respect while in their care. Thank you Craig Road Animal Cemetery. Words cannot express our gratitude in this time of sadness.

  • Catherine Gaffney

Just picked up my precious Fino and am still astounded by all the thought and care that went into her cremation! They took her paw print, clipped some of her hair, and put it into a mat that I could frame with a picture of her. Her ashes are in a lovely box with lock and key and name plate. Also included was a beautiful card. Thank you so much Craig Road Pet Cemetery for taking such good care of my sweet little girl!!

  • Richard B.

They did such a wonderful job and did a small detail that comforted me so much. My dog was multi-colored(red & black) and someone had the love to make sure they made a clipping of both. That really gave me so much respect for whomever handled my dog. I felt my dog was treated respectfully with love and an empathetic heart. Thank you all for the wonderful and amazing job.

  • Alyssa Adams

Seriously the best place to help you through such a hard time! They helped me when my cat of 18 years passed away and I was a heart broken mess! Then, they helped me again tonight MINUTES before they closed they let me come in and drop off my bunny who passed, I had no money to pay for her and they still accepted her to be in a group cremation. Amazing people !

  • Jon Malailua

this place is incredicble when it comes to a dead loved companion they made my wife and me very happy about the package they have made him in they made it feel like they cared about his body which doesnt happen very often these days so we are not sure who in the company made it so special but we are sincerely thankful and brought many happy tears thank you

  • Robin Luff

I was torn up about having to put my 16 year old cat down last year but the people at Craig Road were incredibly respectful, kind, and compassionate, as well as working with the veterinary office where she was put to sleep to have her transported, cremated, and put in a lovely box. I highly recommend them for any pet mortuary needs you have.

They took very good care of my baby and provided the chapel and private viewing of the cremation. I am pleased with the service provided and I would recommend everyone to come here. The cremation was done at 9 am and I was able to pick up the remains after 3pm the same day. At pickup they provided me the urn, paw print and a lock of hair.

I raise pet rats and they have always been very loving and caring. They even play with my liver ones when I sometimes have one with me, they unfortunately know me by sight though now,but it's easier because they know all my information as soon as I pull into their parking lot. I would highly recommend them for any pet services they offer.

I’d like to thank everyone at Craig Road Pet Cemetery for such a beautiful tribute of our little Pinky. We love her tiny little heart urn and memory page with paw print and fur. It’s all just very special! Gail, Dennis, Justin and Bev and the rest of the staff... you are truly amazing! Thanks again for your kindness!! Love you guys ❤️❤️❤️

They received my sweet Murphy on the morning of 30 Nov. 2017. I called to make a special request. Not only did they fulfill my wishes, but they returned my sweet boy to me less than 24 hrs. later. The presentation was precious. Although I can never have my sweet Bear back the way he left, I know he was well taken care of.

They have no compassion! They mixed up my family pets dog with another dogs ashes. I got phone call saying our pets ashes are ready when we already picked them up! All they have to say is people make mistakes! It's rude and careless! These pets are like family if not more. I recommend going to west coast pet cremation!

Cremation of our bearded dragon. You get a paper with paw print and two other spots for your own pictures. Goes in a regular frame. We got a mini urn for our girl. Came to just under $100 for everything done and certificate of cremation. Very nice people. Unfortunately not open on weekends and closes early.

01/05/2022 ... Laura, and all the other people who work at The Craig Rd. Pet Cemetary are very caring Care-takers here at this Pet Cemetary, and I'm grateful for them being here for me in my time of need. Sincerely, Susan Wade, and my departed Baby--Max …

I just received my sweet girl’s remains from Grand Montecito Animal Hospita today. Thank you...over and over again for taking such great care of my best friend. I find comfort in knowing I have her back home with me. Her remains, her paw print, her lock of hair will always remain deep and near my heart.

I am very pleased with the speed and care Craig road animal cremation took to get my family’s cat back to me. It was reasonably priced and the packaging is very professional. It took 5 days to get her back and it was $138 for the cremation, clay paw and lock of hair keep sake (for a 7 lb cat).

CRPC really did such a beautiful job with our Pele. It was so thoughtful and just warmed my heart. I was so upset because I didn't have any of his fur or anything that was him. They took care of everything. I'm so grateful. Thank you for your compassion and kindness. The Ziembas

  • MariMateos Mateos

I picked up our sweet boy Levi today and just balled my eyes out. After seeing the momentos they included it gave me a sense of peace. I was not expecting to receive what I did. Thank You for the beautiful prayer and his paw prints and everything else that was included.

  • Shannan Muire

The employees were very nice. I thought the prices were reasonable. The grounds are also very beautiful. So many people have loved and lost their precious, little family members. My husband and I left the place feeling closure.

  • Linda Lashever

They were so kind. They brought my cat and let me alone crying at the beautiful chapel. They had my cat in a beautiful basket with a pretty blanket over him. I'll never forget it. I still think if my cat after all these years

  • Julia Montoya

The care of the employees is wonderful I have had 10 pets that we're cremated here at Craig Rd pet cemetery, and it's really more reasonable to bring them yourself than leaving at the vets office to handle your pets remains,

  • Patty G Tapia

They've just about tripled their prices - beyond wrong! (-actually give a "0" star rating but ironically, its not an option to give less than a '1")
