All one star, I have come here a few times before for a coffee or tea to go and also a lovely pit stop for toilet use for a child when I shop. Low and behold this time I attend they turned my daughter away from using the toilet who was about to wet themselves even though I know there is a toilet apparently they are under new management it’s not those lovely people from before. SubHaan Allāh for the life of me I do not understand people turning any human away form using a toilet it’s a basic human right and conserving how we only have take out shops or clothes shops the establishment that do have toilets should allow especially if the person wants to buy something out me off collecting a hot drink from there.

I had a heartwarming experience at Cravings. At 6 in the morning, realising I had forgotten to get my daughter a sandwich for her school trip, this was the only shop open. When I explained the situation to the owner, he displayed exceptional kindness. Not only did he provide a delicious tuna sandwich, but he also surprised me with a complimentary drink, chocolate, and snack for my 8 year old daughter. The thoughtful and friendly service made our early morning truly special. My daughter was very happy. Thank you once again.

Had their full English today (£9), and it was great. Tasted fresh, and the portions were very generous, you definitely get your moneys worth. The tea was as good as the ‘Chai’ spots in the area and it comes with the breakfast which is an added benefit. The brother who greeted me, who I presume to be the owner, was extremely polite and welcoming. Open from early too (8am) unlike most other breakfast places which seem to only open near too lunch ironically.

A nice place for lunch, with decent portions and very good service. The main waitress is so friendly it almost makes you feel like you're at a friend's house! The food is freshly prepared and yummy, but not gourmet; this is probably not their goal anyway. They've got really good deals during the week as well. I've eaten there 5 times already and recommend the pasta dishes (massive!), jacket potatoes, paninis... The salads are nice but on the small side. Overall, good for a friendly outing but perhaps not an evening meal.

Surprisingly English food for the area it's in, burgers, chicken, pasta and amazing looking deserts. Reasonably priced and large portions. Far more than I could eat in one sitting, didn't have room for a desert too. Staff are friendly, but I wouldn't describe it as table service once you have ordered, pretty much you do the rest after that. Large range of deserts and freshly made cake if that's your thing.

Absolute rude and pathetic staff. Ordered food for lunch colleagues said 20 mins arrived to collect and told to wait another 15 mins! I’m actual fact the food wasn’t even being prepped. Been visiting this place since the last 5 years new owners need to Own some manners before owing any sort of business. Will not be using this place ever again.#fools

Had a Cajun panini meal from here which was pretty tasty. Portion size wasn’t great for £6+ but the food was quite nice and spicy Mayo was also tasty. Ample seating available, they accept card too which was a good bonus and the place was pretty clean. Nice Lad who served me was helpful and polite. I would return again for sure and support businesses like this. Thanks

We visited the cafe shop today with my friend and her children. The young lady who served us, were a smiling, kind and polite. She made a very tasty ice latte for me. The ice cream and the chicken with chips was also tasty and fresh. Clean and nice atmosphere.... Would highly recommend this cafe shop.

We ordered Full English breakfast and it was on point nice simple without any fuss. We asked to swap English tea for Karak for £1 extra which was good. Thanks defo recommend and will visit again

This place used to have so many dessert options and their customer service was excellent. However they just aren't the same anymore, they are Hella slow and their food doesn't taste as good as before. They have changed a lot, its quite disappointing honestly there are better way better places people. This one isn't it! More

Nice small cafe, Halal, been coming here for years, the milkshakes are absolutely divine. All hot cooked food is freshly made and of good quality. No designated parking, will need to park on the street, it is free for an hour. Worth a visit.

Seen good reviews for breakfast. Came at 2pm terrible lunchtime service. Staff barely understood my order, no one there to serve me when I wanted to order. Manager walks around in a coat and serves people and make coffee.

The best take away. Great food, superb service and presentation, highly recommend. Food was delivered hot, in foil trays. Definitely ordering again. Thank you for amazing breakfast, it may our day.

Nice tea but a shame that the door doesn’t close fully as can get cold in winter. Could not sit in the back due to no power sockets.
