Wow wow what an amazing friendly patient trustworthy guy Rod is! I am the happiest person to have met you having read the reviews online regarding your service. You went above and beyond the service I was coming for. All I needed was just for my car to be clean but Rod ensured I got everything done and he explained and took his time to show me after telling him I needed an exterior and inside wash. He is so honest and will ensure you are happy with your service. I also wanted my car to be checked by a mechanic and Rod went beyond his normal work to introduce me to another amazing mechanic and he even walked me there to introduce us and explain the issues I had with my car. I am just amazed at this level of customer service, commitment and reliability if you are not taking your car here then you are missing out! my car has not had such a thorough wash before and you even noticed that I didn't have a spare tyre! I also had my baby with me and Rod did some little baby sitting for me as well and thank you too for even getting me some hot water to warm babies milk you are amazing and am really impressed that you go above and beyond your work to help customers. I was looking around and exploring some good car detailers and cleaners. It was always a disappointment after reading google reviews. Finally, I found Creative Car Care with awesome reviews and drove in the very next day. I met Rod who was such a gentleman and natural. He provided me his honest advise that my car did not require any clean and detailing except a few scratches which he fixed it and after looked as my car never had any scratches. Rod is really a nice man who is honest and I would call him “ Subject Matter Expert” when it comes to car detailing. He will take time to listen to you and clarify all your doubts. Having moved house many times, my car was covered with scratches and in need of interior trim repairs before I could sell the car. It was such a niche skill and I was looking for a specialist for some time. I stumbled across Rod’s shop online and called without much hope. To my surprise Rod suggested a guy he knows who can do the job. I drove all the way from Central Coast for getting it fixed, and the outcome was fantastic. Not only all the scratches are fixed to near perfection by Robert, Rod also looked out for me and made sure I took a balance between fix and price enough for it to have a good sale. He even gave me a lift back from the shopping centre (30 mins walk away) where I waited for the fix to finish knowing that I was not familiar with the area. Such genuine and easy going. The job was done professionally. Highly recommended.

Had my wash at other places before only to be disappointed at the result. The place was a little hard to find. Just need to drive slow and immediately turn left just before the sign. It's a small shop, but the owner there is extremely friendly. Had a quick pleasant chat at the start for about 5 minutes. Unlike other places you wait and they just tell you to leave. Told me it would take an hour. Gave me a call and just that. I couldn't believe how clean the car was. It was like brand new. We had dog hair everywhere. No trace of anything inside even in between the most difficult places. Bugs everywhere before now gone like they were never there. And the smell just inside just beautiful. Had another chat with the guy for another 5 minutes and told him I would be definitely be coming back.

I am a driving instructor and recently purchased a second hand Ford manual car or lessons. I had white spots on my car from over spray during a paint job and a couple of other scratches and imperfections on the body. Rod buffed the car and got rid of it all. Amazing job and it was nice and shiny. My ride impressed many of my friends. He is passionate about his work and knowledgeable. I can see he doesn't cut corners and his workmanship is top quality. Full marks for the excellent job on my daughter's Nissan Micra. So nice to come across people who take time to talk to you and explain what they will do. Incredible service, brought a Kia Carnival that was in a terrible state needed a complete interior detail incl. seats and carpets with a very short deadline and Creativecar delivered on schedule and with the vehicle back in pristine condition and at a reasonable cost. This business is exceptional. I took my filthy car here and I feel like it's now brand new after picking it up. My children spilt milk Stomped chips into the carpet on the floor. Rod has worked on my BMW, ASX & Jeep for some time. The finish & attention to detail is outstanding. I've tried others that didn't take car of my cars (numerous broken parts) Who & are not really detailers. After Rod works his magic my cars look like they have rolled out of the showroom. Had some calcium build up on my car due to a drip in my garage. The team here was able to identify the problem and remove the build up all in the same day. They even provided some advice on how to keep the car from getting minor blemishes, especially on the rare tailgate of my wagon.

We gave 26 years old car for internal detailing last week and completely happy with the results. All carpets, windows, seats, plastic details etc are clean, even really old and taugh stains are gone (cloth seats), and what was really important - bad odour is gone. Highly recommend
