We are nothing but grateful for Creative Garden Point Cook. We knew it was the right place for our 12mo daughter right after we first toured the center. It has such a fun, friendly and welcoming vibe, and that is all thanks to each and every educator working there. As a first time mum I was just too anxious to leave my daughter in someone else’s care away from home, but the educators have won us over! They’ve nurtured our daughter like their own and have supported her through such a difficult and emotional transition with love and kindness. They really made her feel at home, by following her pace and allowing her all the time she needed to transition gradually. As parents we couldn’t have asked for more! We’ve seen such a massive transformation in our daughter over the last 6 months since starting there. She continues to amaze us with how much she is learning there, and how far she has come. Our daughter absolutely loves every educator at the center and is so excited to see them everyday, this is a testament to the fact that she is getting all the love and care she needs. So, a big big thank you to everyone at Creative Garden Point Cook for everything you do. We are so glad we chose this center and would highly recommend to anyone looking for the best care for their children.

My kids went to this centre for 6 months - the centre quarantined 2 of my kids with a ‘suspected virus’ even though they had no temperature and I had to pick them up immediately. The next day a Dr. diagnosed one with a common cold and the other with heat rash but I still had to take 4 days off work until I received full medical clearance - these symptoms without a temperature are mild and the kids being quarantined and sent home was completely over the top. Recently I was 2 weeks behind in payments due to financial hardship, becoming a single parent and trying to go back to work - i explained I could pay the balance the following Thursday which they were face to face ok with. The next day which was a wednesday I received an email from michelle, the centre manager which explained if I didn’t make a payment by that Friday, 2 days later they would cease care of my kids so as we were under fin hardship and unable to pay that’s what happened. Really disappointing as they were well aware of the hardship my kids and I were going through. If you are a single parent or after a centre that cares about your family and are understanding I’d recommend you look elsewhere - I hear greenwood down the road is really good.

We moved from Newport to Point Cook six months ago and we very happy when we found Creative Garden early learning from day one. The enrollment process was very easy and the team I called to speak to were always friendly and answered ALL questions I had prior to my daughter starting. Day one I was scared how she would fit in starting a new childcare but when I arrived Luke the bunny was there and helped on her first day to feel comfortable and one of the staff also gave her first day cuddles to help as well, this put my heart at ease. The staff, absolutely are wonderful I know they care for all the children as they would their own and I trust and know my daughter is safe. The menu is like a restaurant and also the community shelf I thought was just a thoughtful and generous idea. I have never seen this at the other two childcares my daughter has gone to. I truly believe that it's important in these times that we all look after each other and I really value a childcare that looks after their community. I recommend this childcare to everyone

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for Creative Garden. From the moment we walked through the door, we knew that this was a special place. The caregivers have shown my son nothing but love, kindness, and support. As a mother, it's difficult to leave your child in someone else's care, but the staff at this center have gone above and beyond to ease my worries and provide the best possible care for my son. They truly treat him like their own, and it's evident in the way he talks about his day when we pick him up. I feel so fortunate to have found a childcare center that cares so deeply for their children. My son has grown so much since he started attending, and I know that's because of the wonderful care he receives. The staff are incredible, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you do for my son and all of the children in your care.

Love this centre. My little girl is a covid baby so she has got separation anxiety it has been difficult for her to adapt to daycare. The educators helped her to overcome her fears day by day step by step, allowing her to take the time that she needs, being there constantly to reassure her and cuddle her. All of the staff is extremely caring from the centre manager to the cleaner they are very friendly and accomodating, always happy to help and they always greet you with a nice smile. I love the activities they do, they always make sure the children engage in something different that stimulates their growth and creativity. Love the app too, they update us everytime bubba has a nappy change or she eats and they upload photos of her playing. I was lucky to find the best childcare centre in Point Cook if not in Melbourne.

This is the first day care, and only one, that my son has ever attended. He has been there since he was 13 months old and since his first day, all his needs have been met. As a first time mom, I was very apreehensive in putting him in a day care due to all the terrible stories that I have heard about day care centres overall. However, since his orientation I felt that Creative Garden would be a different story. If you are looking for a place that is welcoming, with friendly and trustable staff, with people that hear you and care for your child, this is the place! It takes a while for children to settle in a new environment, that's s fact. However, it's priceless to see how happy he is there today and the bond that he has with his educators.

My son struggled in his early years due to developmental delays. We enrolled him aged 2 (2017) in CG where he thrived. There were some really tough times but CG became his second home and the educators were amazing, providing him nothing but love, patience and understanding. Believe me he can/could be real handful! My boy "graduated" in Dec 2019 prior to which his educators advised us he was in the front row singing and dancing with a planet (Saturn). Well he nailed his routine in a very loud full room full of enthusiastic parents. He still faces challenges in his life but would not have developed to the socially engaged, confident young man he now is without the Educators, Cook, and Management team at CG Point Cook.

This centre is amazing. My 18 month old has been attending for 3 months now and i cant thank them enough for the great care they take of my daughter. The Centre Manager Michelle is so helpful and carries herself very professionally. The educators that my daughter has been with so far - Sara, Erryn, Ashleigh, Shruti, Sarah, Hayley and Chelsea are so warm, friendly and really care about the children. My daughter eats foods there I cannot get her to eat at home- well done to all the educators for encouraging her to try new things and learn so much :)

After visiting multiple child care centers in the Point Cook area my partner and I found that Creative Garden had won us over. The centre is warm, inviting, and has a fun feel to it. The educators and staff are amazing at what they do and have such nurturing natures which is what we loved most overall. We have noticed since our daughter has been going there she is thriving! She is become independent, confident, social and loves learning. The food is always eaten by her as well which is great because she can be a bit fussy!

I starting sending my son at the age of 7 months and Creative garden is like a second home to us. My son is so settled and happy to go every morning that gave me the option to continue my career. I am always thankful to the team for creating such a happy environment for babies and giving them homely feelings. The staff is really professional and takes care of our special needs and choices. Creative Garden you are our 2nd HOME. Thank you for all the support

Best childcare center. From Tasha and all the lovely ladies there as well as Josh, they take thorough care. My son Paxton loves going there. One of the great initiatives they have come up with is the French cooking and language lessons with the Chef, Flo. The lovely staff are always friendly as well as always being up for a quick chat. Would highly recommend taking a tour if you were thinking about it. You won’t be left disappointed .

Our little lady has been at Creative Garden since she was 9 months old. From our first visit to look around the facility, we felt totally comfortable and all the staff were so lovely and welcoming. Over the 18 months we’ve known the team, we’ve completely trusted them to care for our little poppet and highly recommend this daycare centre to anybody looking for somewhere to look after their little human.

Can't thank all the staff enough for their professional friendly service my son had separation anxiety due to being a covid baby! The staff made him feel so comfortable and built strong bonds with him making the transition back to full time work so much easier. Thank you again for making your center feel so inviting and supporting my son through his development.

My son attended this centre from the nursery all the way up to kinder and is now off to school. I cannot fault the care my son received. He was not the easiest child but all of the educators were so patient and calm with him, they treated him like family and i will be forever greatful to to the team at creative garden Point cook for loving him so much!

I could not recommend a better childcare center than creative garden! My son loved going and the staff made me feel so comfortable looking after him, amazing communication and an extremely warm happy environment! The staff were so invested in my son and would always go out of their way to keep me updated and work with any needs I ever had with my son!

This service has attentive educators who sincerely care about the children. I have felt so supported in my parenting role over the past 5 years and my child enjoys going to the center. The food served is first class & management are one of a kind always willing to help in anyway. Fabulous centre and will continue to recommend!

Both my boys attend this wonderful centre and have so much fun every time they are there! They enjoy the delicious food and exciting activities that their beautiful educators set up for them. Michelle has created such a welcoming and accommodating environment that I feel secure about leaving my children in.

All 4 of my children have attended this centre over the last 7 years and I have always been so happy with the warm, caring environment that the staff and management have created. My children always come home happy, nurtured and having learnt something new. I can't recommend Creative Garden enough!

Friendly staff who always greet you with a smile every morning when we drop our daughter. Our daughter came from Overseas She was accomodated well and aided to settle well and overcome the language barrier. She has developed beyond our expectation in just under 1 year of enrolment for pre kinder.

My son has been going to this centre since he was 6 months. He has loved it! Every member of the team are approachable and go above and beyond to make sure each child and parent feel welcomed, safe and loved. I can not fault them or thank them enough for all of their support!

The staff are so friendly and really care about the children. My daughter comes home tired from play every day and some afternoons she just doesn't want to leave. Very happy that I found them when we moved to the area.

I love this place, the Staff is very dedicated, the outdoor area is big and with a variety of toys and experiences. The menu is great. They are always organising different activities for the kids to enjoy and learn.
