Terrible service at reception and exceptionally stringent policies on cancellations with no regards for patients lives or work hours. I had two appointments I had to cancel because I got sick I called the day before because I didn’t want them to get sick from me ( shame on me for caring about other people sick). They said it’s one day before not two days before so it’s not considered a cancellation rather a no show. I had an appointment booked for today and I went on time to my appointment and they said it’s considered a no show because I didn’t confirm when they called me and I couldn’t answer because I was in a meeting. I tried calling back after my meeting and was left on hold for a long time. The receptionists on the phone and in person are super condescending and act as if you don’t have a life besides their stringent scheduling rules. Taking my business elsewhere because of how utterly frustrating an unaccomodating they are.

First time here and had such a wonderful experience! The staff were all so friendly and personable; I felt like I was with friends. Not only that, but they were so professional and skilled. Nicole who did my cleaning was amazing! Usually cleanings are very painful for me, where my gums feel like they're being attacked. I didn't have pain once from Nicole, and my teeth never felt better! Jessica, who did my x-rays, was so sweet, making sure I was comfortable the whole time we were doing x-rays, especially knowing some of them are uncomfortable. They also have this cool ultrasound type device that maps out your mouth so you can see a full 3D look of your mouth. Dr. Chow went over the results from the x-rays and examination letting me know what the health of my mouth was in a way that made sense. On the x-rays she indicated what she was looking for, what it meant, and what I could do. Love it here and will absolutely be back!

I honestly cannot express my gratitude enough to Crescent Heights Dental Clinic for their outstanding service and support during a time of great uncertainty. After being unexpectedly let go from my job, with my dental benefits set to expire that very day, I frantically searched for a dental clinic that could accommodate me. Crescent Heights Dental Clinic not only took me in at the very last minute but also went above and beyond to ensure I received the best care possible. What struck me the most was their compassion and dedication, even though I hadn't been a patient at their clinic yet! Despite the time constraints, they managed to gather all my X-rays from my previous dental office, and they also fitted me for a night guard, addressing my long-standing issue of teeth grinding. This personalized care and attention made a world of difference on a difficult day. I cannot recommend Crescent Heights Dental Clinic enough!

I came in for my wisdom teeth removal very nervous because I had never been under “laughing gas” before and is very scared of what would come since I was unaware and going alone. The nurse ( I think or else anesthesiologist ) was extremely nice made me feel so much better and relaxed. She was very good at giving me details of what would be to come as well as answering all of my many questions. The doctor was also extremely nice and caring, anytime I made a slight noise ( I was actually laughing at the show ) he would ask if I was okay and if I was being hurt. The doctors, nurses and, recipients as well as the lady who helped inform me weeks ahead of my appointment are all genuinely nice and extremely supportive. Wonderful experience hehe :)

I recently had a procedure performed by Neerishma, a Dental Assistant/Hygienist at Crescent Heights Dental clinic. She has assisted with my Dentist previously. Neerishma remembered my physical restrictions & had set-up the procedure room perfectly for my arrival. Perfectly!! She provided a very thorough explanation of the procedure. What to expected during the appointment, later in the day, and even what to expect in the days to follow. I was so comfortable, at peace with my surroundings & with the dental procedure itself that I lost track of my time in the chair. I would strongly recommend receiving dental care from Crescent Heights Dental Clinic. Their care for the patient is evident.

I don’t write reviews ever but if you’re getting your wisdom teeth out here you’re safe with Dr. Newbert and his team. They were incredibly kind and professional about addressing my concerns, and they did the procedure quickly and carefully and walked me through the whole thing. Nothing was painful and it was over much sooner then I thought (about 2.5hrs). They made sure to call my ride for me so it was there when I was finished and they followed up with me the next day to make sure I was doing well (which I was, the meds helped a ton, minimal swelling, no more bleeding). This was my first experience at this dental office and a great one.

I had my wisdom teeth removed yesterday by Dr. Newbert and Neerishma. Everything about this experience was positive. Cannot say enough about how professional they were and how they put my mind at ease. Dr. Newbert is an absolute pro at local anaesthesia and removing teeth with the least possible discomfort and damage. I had some discomfort the evening after the procedure but on day 2 I am effectively pain free without any medication. My family and I have been coming here for the last 3 years and have had nothing but exceptional experiences. Front staff are always so pleasant and helpful. Keep up the great work!!

I've been going here for many years now. The dentist's, hygenicists and support team's are all very positive and "human". They are genuinely invested in their patients. The level of care and compassion they show is obvious every visit. They remember personal details about you and have your preferences nailed down with no need to repeat your wishes each visit. I never have to question the professionalism or skills/talent that they employ. I trust that they are giving me the best treatment that is available at the time. I would highly recommend this great team to anyone looking for a positive dental experience!

I went to get cavities filled and was struck by how considerate and dedicated the dentist and the dental assistant were during my time with them. They made a point of ensuring I was comfortable throughout the procedure, even offering me a blanket (which I’ve never had happen at the dentist before - it was lovely and so comfortable!). I felt I was in very capable and caring hands. The fillings were done with consideration for my tooth structure, even though one of them was much more difficult for the dentist because he chose a process that prioritized my tooth structure over his ease of access. Thank you!!

A few days ago Olena (my mom) came to CHDC for the 1st time. She had a really bad situation with her tooth, fortunately her dentist was Dr.Michael Newbert. He is a wonderful person and doctor who provides quality dentistry. Olena doesn’t speak English, but that didn’t cause a problem in her communication with the doctor. All staff members were very professional, friendly, attentive and responsive to her personal needs. So thankful for their job, definitely will highly recommend!

Being new to Calgary, I was on the search for a new dentist, doctor, etc. I decided to look around my neighbourhood and noticed the incredible reviews for Crescent Heights Dental Clinic. I decided to give it a shot and I certainly wasn’t disappointed. The staff is incredibly accommodating, their evening hour appointments are fantastic for those with Monday to Friday day jobs, and Dr. Charles was friendly and thorough. I‘m very impressed and look forward to my next visit.

I've now started going to Crescent Heights Dental after several people referred me to them, and I see why! I have other medical issues which require some extra precautions during dental visits. Dr. Braganza sat down with me before my first appointment to go through my needs, making me feel very comfortable that she understood and would ensure that I was taken care of. I would recommend Crescent Heights Dental -- just as it was recommended to me :)

This dental clinic has awesome staff but the only thing I would change is having a consistent Dentist and Hygienist. I've had three dentist tell me three different treatments for what I need so it's hard to know if I am getting the correct advice. I don't find all the hygienist are consistent with how my teeth are cleaned either, some are through and others are done in very little amount of time. That's the only thing I would change.

My kids love going to Crescent Heights Dental Clinic for their cleanings and check ups! Everyone in the office is so friendly and makes an effort to ensure that my kids are comfortable and happy. Hygienists are so careful and gentle with their little mouths. The Dentists ask questions and are genuinely interested in what my kids say! And of course, the kids love the loot bag and toy/prize drawers! Thank you!

I have been going to Crescent Heights Dental for over a decade, and have had consistently good experiences with my hygienist(s). Dr. Newbert has recently taken over my care, and I have been very impressed how he takes the time to give his honest assessment, to ensure that I fully understand his recommendations, and to answer any questions. Super friendly people and as a result of this, they have a very busy office. However, they go a great job of seeing every client through to a proper conclusion. I was there for a consultation, and they got me right in on time and didn't rush anything. They patiently answered all of my questions. The front support group are very efficient and helpful as well. Everyone there works hard.

CHD is an excellent dental clinic providing consistently competent, patient oriented service. They are always on time. I get to choose my favorite hygienist and that means "Aileen". I know everyone at this clinic is great at what they do but, to me, she's special. No one goes to the dentist for fun or pleasure but having a bit of a personal relationship with someone there helps.

I wish this review feedback was all positive and with a hand shake. When I went to this dental office I went with open mindedness. 1st When I arrive ontime you still wait for long to get in. I remember waiting for a check up for 37mins sitting in a chair not sure when I would be checked On the positive side the practitioners seem to be polite.

I was pretty close to switching clinics after coming here for a few years, but changed my mind after having some recent great experiences with Dr Newbert. I recently went in for a dental cleaning and the dental hygienist was very attentive and did not lecture me. She identified a filling that had fallen out and one that needs repair. I'll have that work completed at my next appointment in April. Overall I was very satisfied with the service I received.

I have been seeing the same hygienist (Aline) at CHDC for many (many) years now. I have found all the dentists to be excellent - right now I am seeing Dr. Charles, who is so gentle and kind. Parking, although limited, is never a problem, and I appreciate the fact that they direct bill my insurer.

Moved to this dentist office last year, been in twice now. Kind, helpful and knowledgable folks at the front reception for insurance matters. Likewise the dentists and hygienists have been amazing to work with. Very polite and thorough. Would recommend giving this place a try.

This is the best dentist I’ve been too! I recently had a baby and they were so accommodating! I was able to fit the stroller in the room with me and when my baby was fussy the staff were quick to help out. I was able to have a stress free cleaning
