This really isn’t a very good pharmacy. Apart from having a pitiful amount of choice on the shelves, it’s very dated and grubby. There are lots of staff who all seem busy, but chaotic and loud - more interested in the quality of their cuppa! There are plans on the wall showing improvement plans but I think it will take more than a cosmetic facelift to improve things here. I went in to use one of their services. No-one introduced themselves, asked me my name (to check I was the right person ?) or explained fully what would happen. The ‘consulting room’ is the size of an average toilet. Others were three of us in there. One sullen girl was on her phone all the time. These additional services are being paid to pharmacies from our NHS budget and patients deserve better. There’s clearly no customer-facing training. Poor, very poor.

Really disappointed. Called to say I am experiencing severe withdrawal from my medication yesterday having put my prescription into doctors. Told to call again today to confirm prescription will be ready.as agreed called this morning and told it will be ready to collect from 12. Went and the shutters were down. Want just before 1 and again shutters down. Then returned at 1:40 as they are suppose to close at 2. Again completely shut with no notice. I also have a broken hip so crutching multiple times in this heat was unbearable. I will now have to face rest of weekend with severe symptoms until Monday. Very disappointed and upset. Please avoid. Been using for a while and never been more than just okay. But this was the icing on the cake.

I've been there few days ago collect my medicine and I left my prescription with them a week ago, I asked about my medicine and the lady came back and didn’t say anything. She was so clueless about it and I had to ask her about my prescription. I waited 20 minutes and I asked them again and they were making the medicine right in front of me. HOW RIDICULOUS! I was so annoyed I left my prescription a week ago just to collect it and it wasn’t even ready. At the end the lady says that oh sorry the medicine came today, sorry for the wait. There were 10 people working there and they are not even doing their job properly. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there and I will never go there again.

I get several presciptions filled and delivered by Crescent regularly, renewing online with my GP. When they have to wait for medications to come in, they send me some to tide me over whenever possible. I've been using their services for 15 years, and my family has gone to them for over 30 years. I've always found everyone there to be efficient and professional - even when they're obviously working flat out, I've always felt they were doing their best for me. They've always scheduled time when I requested a consultation. When members of my family went through cancer and old age, we knew we could always rely on Crescent for their medications. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

The old lady sorting the medications is very rude. She thinks I can’t hear what she is saying to me. That i can siy outside if my medication is not there and i was explaining to her that i rang last week that my meds is ready except the sensors someone said is ready then i asked my brother to pick it up for me twice said its not there the. I rang them today this morning and they said it will be ready between 1 - 2 pm but when i asked someone said is not there and i explain again and the old lady said she does want to argue which i am explaining to her what happened. Very rude

Had to deal with this lot for a friend. They are a waste of space. Promise to deliver on a day your medication and dont bother till the next. They Leave you waiting weeks for a prescription. They rude on the phone and even hang up on you if your a unhappy customer. In person they don't seem to have a clue to anything. Avoid at all cost. Especially if you reliant on a medication they have to order... expect them to mess up and leave you waiting and frustrated Avoid at all costs!!!!

My Medicine has been prepared on Wednesday evening for pickup, instead of Monday afternoon. As it is dispensed, should be ready for pickup, when I got there. But unfortunately there has been a Manufacturing problem. So, staff ordered it on a Monday afternoon. I have checked on their Wednesday morning working hours, but still not ready for pickup. So, the Staff have recorded my mobile phone, to send me a text message, when it is ready for pick up.

I was prescribed antibiotics by a doctor and I was given someone's else medication, an antihistamine. I went back to pharmacy and my correct medication was there. The attendant did not apologize, she just asked if I pay for the medication! I know people make mistakes but they are dealing with drugs to cure our health and all the attention is needed. So PLEASE check if your medication is correct before leaving the pharmacy.

Continuously needing to chase my elderly mothers repeat prescription every month. Phone constantly engaged or taken off the hook. Then being told “if we have them in stock we’ll send them out”…not a very good attitude to have towards an elderly person with a heart condition, who stresses and worries about having all her meds.

Amazing as always! Professional, caring, empathetic, very helpful. In isolation, with Covid, they helped when I needed most. Thank you very much to the pharmacist, the lovely ladies behind the counter and the drivers. Thank you very much for the help you have offered us at this difficult time, and every time we needed it.

Unfortunately our local pharmacy didn't stock our required item. As I didn't have a prescription I thought there maybe a problem ( I did have relevant info to access script). The prescription was issued quickly without a fuss. VERY IMPRESSED,a very busy pharmacy, very efficient. The medication was for my partner.

Absolutely shocking pharmacy asked to order cream for my toddler and a month on they say its not ready. Too many workers who do Absolutely nothing for customers. Staff always bringing their kids to work which is not convenient and some staff are rude. No one is organised or takes control so it one Absolute mess.

Super helpful pharmacy. I had an issue with my GP who sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy and crescent were very quickly able to sort it out while I was there. The staff are really friendly and seem to look after their customers really well! Thanks for your help today I really appreciate it. ☺️

Absolutely rubbish service. I have had to waite weeks if not sometimes months for my medication. Eveytime they claim they have not received my prescription from my GP. The Pharamcy is extremely disorganised, has no sense of responsibility to their patients and in my opinion very incompetent. AVOID.

Rubbish service. I have never had such a bad experience in my whole life. Stay away!!!! I have been waiting for more than 40 minutes now and they lost the paper I have written my name and DOB on it so they can pull out the prescription. What a nightmare. My kids are waiting in the car freezing.

Medication left on my letterbox, not for me, the driver obviously didn't read the address correctly. This is very irresponsible. I have tried many times to ring and let them know, phone either rings for ages or I get cut off, really disappointing.

Honestly cannot fault this pharmacy, they treat you with dignity and respect and are always considerate when discussing sensitive medical issues. Will not use another pharmacy now, 10/10. Thank you to everyone that works here!

Was the only customer at the time and yet had to wait 25 minutes for them just to tell me that they don't have the medication in stock. Joke that was last time I have gone there with my prescription.

Manager very unhelpful Always got an excuse why orders are late in being delivered .blames GP s mostly I’ve waited 9 days sometimes and am having to keep ringing them up to find out where it is

Shocking service! Collection in store takes no less than atleast 30 mins, and delivery… well 4 days later and still no medications for my children. Absolutely disgusting!
