Low quality of flowers - wilt within 2-3 days. Received a bouquet for Valentine’s Day, on Friday most of the flowers were wilted and the bouquet looked pathetic. Mind you, I change water and cut the stems daily on all the bouquets I get. Contacted the business and were told this is normal. Picture attached, you be the judge. This is not the first time I’ve experienced a quality issue at this place - assumed that previous bouquets were purchased OTC and not called in, thought may be they sat at the store for too long and “aged”. This arrangement was ordered in, so no excuse there. The store is adorable otherwise; my go-to for greeting cards and gifts (including potted plants). Will avoid buying flowers in the future.

Crestwood Flowers prepared a spectacular array of bouquets and table arrangements for our recent wedding. I didn’t want any roses, I wanted a French country style bouquet with multiple flowers, colors, and various textures. They did an extraordinary job! We received multiple compliments on the design and choices of all the various flowers and greenery, and how lovely the full bouquets were, as well as the table arrangements, and the additional flowers for the dessert table. I only wish the flowers would last forever because they were all so marvelously crafted and stunningly beautiful. I had been a customer of another shop I was delighted with, but they closed down so I was forced to find another. Not an easy task, but then I remember that I used to walk by this shop when I lived in the area. Boy, am I glad I did! Their professional attitude and attention to detail was vey much appreciated by not only me, but the entire family.the prices were comparable to other shops, but the customer service was way beyond the others. Will definitely use this shop again.

I honestly hate to even post this after reading these reviews but our order was anything but great. My husband got them delivered for myself and his mom on Valentine’s. He spent $100 for carnations, daisys, two hydrangeas and 3 roses. They were delivered Saturday and the one bouquet is already dead? We were anything but pleased and the flowers we get delivered to people in Manhattan from DILLONS look and last better than these do for half the price.

Ordered flowers from Crestwood for my sig other's birthday. I selected the 'Designer's Choice' option where I let the florists put their skills to use. My requests were my fiance loves Sunflowers and bright, jewel tone colors. I am incredibly pleased with the end result. Ordering was easy, delivery was prompt and the floral arrangement is beautiful. Absolutely excellent customer service. I ordered by phone and Lora (I think this was her name) helped me pick the perfect arrangement for my family member in the hospital. The arrangement was fabulous!! She told me the hydrangeas were lovely right now and they were. The price point was great, recieved so much for my money. Then delivery!! It was fast as lightning!! Ordered flowers from Crestwood for my lady's B-day. 1. Super nice lady on the phone. Professional, efficient, but also friendly and helpful. 2. Nice arrangement. Good varieties and prices. She said they smell amazing and loves them. 3. Delivered same day within 2 hours. I realize this won't always be the case depending on how busy they are etc., but 2 hours from my call to her doorstep was impressive. 100% would order through them again.

I have gotten many cards from Crestwood - they are so cute. But today I went in to get flowers for my girlfriend. I have never put together a bouquet before, and the woman who helped me was so sweet, patient, and thorough. She asked what colors she liked and if she would like a gardeny feel, and it just turned out so beautiful. I haven't even given them to my girlfriend yet, but I know she will love them!

My boyfriend sends me flowers to work about every other week. They are always beautiful and breathtaking when they arrive. The flowers are so fresh they last about a week or so and give off a pleasant aroma that flows through the entire office of my job. My boyfriend also says that after he calls them I typically have my flowers about an hour later and he loves that.
