I've been an Unlimited Club member ever since I moved to Indianapolis 3 years ago. Because of its close proximity to my still-current job and where I lived at the time, I joined the downtown Meridian St location. I've since moved and frequent the Lafayette Rd location with regular trips to Meridian St as my workplace hasn't changed. I wanted to thank and recognize 4 individuals at the two separate locations - CONNOR and JORDAN @ Lafayette Rd and ALEX and IAN @ Meridian St. Alex and Ian are always pleasant and professional no matter how busy the property is, how hot or cold the weather or the time of day or night. They are both always engaging in conversation while making sure I feel comfortable while on the property. And they have been that way since the very first day I signed up for my membership in 2020. You can just tell they enjoy what they do. Day in and day out, they seem to do a lot to keep the place running smoothly. Regarding Connor and Jordan - a month or so ago, I locked myself out of my car while using the vacuum. To boot, I had nothing on my person to help myself solve the problem because, yeah you guessed it, my phone and wallet were in there too. Obviously, I was beside myself but Connor and Jordan both stepped up to the plate to help me. They were both so gracious to use their personal cell phones to call around to locksmiths to help me find one who was able to provide service. When Jordan needed to do something or complete a task, Connor took his place. When Connor was needed somewhere on property, Jordan returned. Mind you, Lafayette Rd is always busy as sh*t and they could have just as easily given me and my situation any standard level of attention. But they didn't. They took the time out of their busy days and with genuine interest and concern, made sure me and my car were safe until the locksmith arrived. Crew Carwash is lucky to have these four individuals working for them. I've written more than one review where I've mentioned the high level of customer service provided by this company and those guys do nothing but raise the bar higher against their competition. Everytime that I stop in at this location it is a joke. The staff there are young adults and are not watching the flow of traffic, they are too busy on their phones or talking to each other instead of watching and handling any issues that may come up in the lines. The unlimited drive through on the far right does not scan your membership code so you may proceed and I had to go get an attendant after waiting in the unlimited line for 25 minutes for the vehicle in front of me to proceed which is not acceptable and then the attendant had the nerve to try and walk away after she did something to get the arm to go up to proceed. As I pulled up I requested that she not go anywhere because of the issue. It did not scan for me as well and I was letting her know she should notify her manager of the problem since she wanted to give me all kinds of excuses of people not paying their memberships, the scan bar is not in the proper location.etc... For one none of those issues pertain to me and it's unacceptable to not fix issues where the operation of a business runs successfully.

I had to delete my five star review to a 1 star, I thought that this place was a great place but as it turns out I got charged for a 3 months ultimate introduction price $34.99 do know this is the wrong pricing for first time Introduction. On the left of the picture is Lafayette Rd brochure on the right is Avon, Indiana brochure But then again out in Avon, Indiana they have a three months ultimate introduction price for $29.99 and this goes everywhere in Indiana so far I have called. So this location Lafayette Rd is either a scam or they have not updated their prices or this place is just a joke the person that charged me her name is "Karen" go figure, she was very quick and getting me the heck out of there and I don't know if it's cause the price is the wrong price and she just charge me more money monthly now I tried calling Lafayette Rd and they don't pick up bad service bad & needs help with management.

Car wash never fully did the job right. Gotta get out and wipe down each time or you'll have streaks. My old car wash didn't have this problem since they dried properly. Some vacuum machines don't work some do but aren't that great. Using card to pay for vacuum is a rip off because you'll get charged $5 instead of $2 and there's even one vacuum where if you try to stop it, it'll charge you more instead. They also charge whatever they want each month for monthly passes. One month I'm charged 35 the next month 55 which btw is wayyy too much for not even their highest membership tier. They're pretty packed lots of times so if you can't find a car slot after the wash you gotta find somewhere to wipe your windows since they're never dried off properly. Other than all that, friendly staff.

If you have a vehicle that you care about, this is the place for you! With the Unlimited plan, you can wash your vehicle as much as you want to! In the winter it is a good way to keep the road salt at bay. When it is warmer out they are a quick, easy spot for making your vehicle look it's best! I like that i drive down anytime they are open and get my car washed. I have the Unlimited plan so you don't have to get out of the car. Don't have to worry about how to pay because you get a monthly bill. They usually have specials so you might as well keep your car looking it's best

My barcode hasn't worked since I've had it (2 years now). Today was the first day someone offered a solution. Alex suggested we change the sticker and take off the one from another company. I told him, that's why he's the manager, he's solution oriented. LBS I never even thought to ask for another sticker as someone normally scans it manually so it's not necessarily an inconvenience for me. But that did make me realize how some employees (in any field at any company) don't seem to be solution oriented or even to think to work smarter and not harder some times.

This is the worst Crew I've been too. I was in the neighborhood picking some paperwork up for my employer and saw it. I have unlimited so dashed (or so I thought I was) in. This place was TOTALLY discombobulated! There was no true lines and the unlimited line was approximately 6-7 deep with no one moving. Seemed as if no one was in charge. Pick another location unless they've really picked up their organizational skills. Every other Crew from Allisonville Rd, Meridian St, both Avon locations I've always received impeccable service.

An extremely busy location after the major snow storm. As an Unlimited service user, our line moved extremely fast, considering the volume. When I approached the scanner, the "trouble" signal went off. Immediately one of the Crew members approached my vehicle. Inasmuch as I knew I have a new debit card, I had it ready to have my account updated. The Crew member scanned the new card; I was immediately allowed to proceed without delaying the flow, The update went without an unnecessary delay! Great system.

DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE. I went there over the weekend with my fiance's car and the carwash ripped off the bumper. Now instead of paying like they should, they're trying to tell me the bumper was loose prior to me getting there. That is the biggest lie I've ever heard. The car has been to several other carwashes and nothing has ever happened. I've been a loyal customer to them for years and they just lost some business!

If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a new car from Nissan right next door and they sent me two complementary washes that scracted and chipped my car that i have only had for 2 months. Submitted a claim with them and was assured it would be taken care of. It took for me to get a hold of them only to find out they wont accept responsibility for the damages. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!

The place has friendly faces & it makes washing your vehicle simple but effective. I do wish they would add an air compressor to use for free or at a fair price. Be surprised how many customers would take advantage of that so they don't get ripped off at the gas station air pumps plus it would make it more One Stop Shop & convenient. Definitely help show you guys care & probably receive a lot more five stars.

Most reviews here speak to the automatic car wash. We make use of this feature and are always satisfied. However, this location also has DIY carwash bays which work very well for vehicles you don't want in the automatic wash. The bays give you a whopping 10+ minutes of time for $5 charge and accepts credit card. If your cars aren't heavily soiled, you can get 2 cars washed off for one charge. A great deal!

This last wash February 28th was terrible. My whole hood had like a white film on it. Which means now I have more to do for a better cleaning. I will have to pay for a wash since I'm over 30 miles from a crew wash. West Lafayette road has always been the last one I want to use and now I will drive extra miles to go somewhere else. I will say the staff is great. 3 stars for Lafayette rd Indianapolis!

I wash my truck here once a week. My complaint is always the same. The person with the spray doesnt really spray the vehicle. I pay monthly for the unlimited ultimate wash and I still have to clean my grill and tailgate by hand once per month. It seems like they could do a better job of actually using that sprayer on more than just the front corner and windshield of a vehicle.

Love the unlimited wash club, automatically scans my windshield sticker. I can drive through quickly, even on a packed Saturday night! Very much worth it and even got an affordable price with their promotion! Take good care of your vehicle and it will last so much longer. Always friendly, efficient staff here too. Love that they have plenty of vacuum/cleaning stalls also.

I love coming here! the staff is so helpful!!! my membership had lapsed since I changed cards...I was actually just going to pay for one wash but he informed me of a special promo cutting my monthly fee -$10 ha win win plus there are times that they give free goodies like glass cleaners and rags I been using crew for over 6yrs have not had a bad experience with them

Everytime I go there I get ripped off. The car wash broke down and I was given a $9 car wash pass to come back later for a wash but when I did I was charged extra money. On top of that, I paid to vacuum my car and one of the hoses didn't work. I swear everytime I go there I have to stop what Im doing to report an issue. It's always something....I Miss "Mike's carwash"

Have visited this location many times. Great place to get you car washed. Like other Crew car wash locations in Indianapolis, no surprises or issues. Car was cleaned and shining after the wash. No damage to the exterior paint whatsoever. Self car wash bays looked clean and well-maintained. Staff I’ve interacted with so far have been very polite and professional.

I loved it when it was Mikes carwash and I still love it as Crew carwash. The service is always top notch and it's satisfaction guaranteed. My suv always looks fabulous and I'm always impressed with Crew carwash!!!!!!! Nice to know they have IMPD as security. On the really cold days though, it gets really slick on the lot and you must proceed with caution!

There are but two car wash locations in this area. Crew does a pretty good job getting a vehicle clean. I rated this location 3 out of 4 only because it would be nice if they would not rush a car through the drying phase. If there is a line behind you, prepare to zip right on through. On slower days you can definitely tell the difference in drying times.

I use to love crew car wash on west Lafayette rd. Had my entire rear bumper snatched off in the wash..brand new car. The Mgr at crew says it got caught under my rear bumper underneath! Not possible..if that were true then why was my license plate bent from the opposite side..Just flat out lied and WOULD NOT FIX IT..SAD NEVER GOING BACK.

Too many times I've used the self wash only to discover some sort of damage or malfunction in bay. Whether it's the card reader not working, spray gun leaking all over hand, trash/broken glass in bay, or spray selection that takes forever to switch (wasting time), it's really sad to see as the staff is at least attentive and nice.

So I can say that I have been to every crew car wash in the state of Indiana. For some reason everytime I visit no matter the location the clear coat bulb is always burned out. This was right across the street from Fazoli's the wash itself was 4 out of 5 . Very clean location I respect cleanliness

Had to go back two separate times because soap was still on the back of my car. Happens every time at this location. Guess I won't go there anymore I'll choose another location. Their service is good they're all very nice. I like the people , just don't like the machine that leaves soap on my car.

Good service and quality facilities. The price is a bit high (same as all Crew locations). This isn't the best of the Crew locations, but it's absolutely great anyway. Self wash does a good job as well (if you follow the instructions on the wall... Which will take more than the 10 minutes for $5)

I am pleased to be a recent unlimited member. I work various hours and I really appreciate the hours of available service especially in the evenings. Because I work throughout Indianapolis and surrounding areas, I also appreciate the convenience of having many locations.

Great price for the unlimited carwash. However, their spray your car before you go in is nothing like the experience at Prime. If you have a very dirty car and need a deep cleaning, prime is a better option for a few more dollars and is only a mile more down the street.

Great customer service and a nice job done on the vehicle too. The Crew Car Wash on Crawfordsville Road did a terrible job on my car a few days ago. My tires were cleaner on the treads than they were on the sidewalls. I will never go back to that one ever again.

Love it. Just wish they would slow the dryer process down a tad. I always have to dry my car because there is access water but other than that I'm staying with the membership I wish they would send out Perks and Deals for us members being so loyal.

Always come here to get my ride clean. They have remodeled some so now it's a quicker transition. Lot of space for drying if you wash the car yourself. Staff is cool... it can get a lil crowded at times but otherwise... I'm always on that place.

Ssood job!....but...with the weather as it is..the wait time was long. I know they are cramped for space but, seeings my monthly fee was jacked $10.00, you'd think they could put in another express lane. So, it wasn't so "express"!

After getting my car washed twice my car was still dirty. The second time I came in the lady had an attitude because my car was dirty from the first wash earlier that day.. The spoiler, the bumper, trunk gate, grill etc of my GX.

Excellent service for a good price. I go here often and service is quick and you leave with a sharp looking car. On your way out there are self service shop vacs to clean your car. (No gas stations on the street have them)

Honestly they do a good job, I lifted my truck a bit and they came out to measure it, to make sure that neither my truck nor their wash would get damaged during the wash. My truck always look good after I run it through.

Everything was working great. Will certainly be using this location often. Staff was working to get things clean even though it looked like several people had dumped trash bags of refuse in the busy self serve stalls.

Pay a little extra and get a better car wash. Not a new car, but I like to keep it looking nice. Its got 19" chrome rims. I'm always impressed with how nice my wheels and tires look after getting the pick-2 option.

After a failed attempt at a touchless wash, crew did a great job with an ultimate wash. In usually pretty picky about my car and car washes but crew seems to have the best equipment and also the best wash.

Quick and easy car wash, with random stuffed animals hanging around. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is also easy to find. The car air dryers are amazing! Pricing is also reasonable.

I have the ultimate unlimited package and for the second time got the wrong wash. I don't know if someone cut the line up ahead of me or not. Didn't feel like waiting the line to go through it again.

I have a membership there but lately I have noticed a few scratches on my car. One of my friends also mentioned the same. I go there twice a week most of the time . Has any one else had this issue ?

My favorite one out of all locations tends to get pretty busy but does the job and you're able to go again if it didnt do a great job the 1st time around. The upgrade was a bonus definitely needed.

It is very clean. Also workers are always energetic and have good customer service. The self wash area is perfect. The team leader in the morning is very helpful I will comeback because of her.

The lines were pretty long due to someone pulling into the Unlimited Club area once that got cleared up things moved decently. Everyone was friendly and all areas we were in were kept clean.

Got the pkg of 4 w/ 2 free. That little arm thing thats supposed to loosen the bug splatters did t work too well. Came home and removed the leftovers from the wash. Otherwise, it was great

Was 3 in unlimited. Somehow they let like 15 cars go before we even moved Lafayette road crew carwash sucks and I won't go back to that one even though I'm unlimited through Plainfield.

Staff was phenomenal, noticed some tar by my wheel and they did extra pre-cleaning to ensure it would come off (and it did!). Will go out of my way to use this location

Staff is always nice. Good customer service. Property is always clean. I always come here even with really long lines they make every effort to get you in and out.

Car wash was full to capacity, that turned into a traffic car jam. Only 1 entrance in and out which made it even more difficult. I will NOT be going back! PERIOD!

Had to run car through 2 times to still not clean. 2nd windshield wiper to get tore up . Put bags on your wipers or you will spend $60 replacing the blades.

The cool thing is not only $5 for 8 min but the detail air sprayer for detailing the small cracks that food, dust and dirt accumulate in. Reasonable

For $39.99 each month you can wash your car everyday and multiple times a day if you want. I kind of like that.
