I was hit by a car as a pedestrian.. My family Dr. Suggested that I go to massage therapy.. Edris who works here has been A great help to my recovery.. You should ask for him by name.. Not only is he a really nice person but his hands work magic. I would not be as mobile as I am of it was not for him. Thank you Edris
I am a physician and have had all the services at this center - massage, physio and acupuncture - for myself, my family and friends, and many of my patients have also benefitted. They are just FANTASTIC: great location and set up, very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!
I had appointments with Winnie Chan for my right leg pain, numbness, lower back pain and pain right on one of my spines that was persisting for three months. Unbelievable! She is amazing. After the first section, I started to improve, and in one week, I became fine. Thank you, Winnie.
Great friendly staff, clean facility, full complement of gym equipment, and helpful, practical advice from Winnie the physiotherapist. I guarantee the complainers reviewing this clinic complain about everything just to have something to do with their sad lives. Great clinic.
Saw Janet for the first time today. She was AWESOME!! She completely understood my pain and had a plan right away. It was a very efficient appointment. I feel like we completed more in one session than what could have taken 2 or 3. Going back in a week!!
15 min shorter than I paid for. Did not work on me like RMTs in the past, felt like an average massage, and was told to try vorterra to help with the pain. I'm a fit 29 yr old woman, the shoulder pain I woke up with should not be so difficult to correct.
I came here twice for the same injury, and had Jon as my physiotherapist. The first time was unimpressive, and the second time was completely unacceptable. I literally felt forgotten about numerous times, as I was quintuple booked. He would
Iv been Louise for knee and foot pain. The knee injury has been going on for months but the IM is very helpful in letting me continue the majority of regular activity with minor pain. The other issue I had was with plantar fasciitis which
My friend had a total knee replacement and had to meet certain benchmarks before seeing the surgeon. During the 4th week of physio she realized that the goals were not being met and she was very discouraged and disappointed. I advised her
I've been going here for a mva injuries, and my overall experience was great. the front desk staff were friendly. John was the physio treating me for passive and active rehab. He is very knowledgeable; for initial assessment he was very
Returned for my second visit because they accepted my msp and i only had to pay a smaller portion. And i loved the dr that helped me the first time. Unfortunately they didnt accept my insurance again even though they had the same file i
Louise has been very effective in managing my hip arthritis and I've been able to avoid hip replacement surgery and now off my anti inflammatories for over 1 year. Using IMS / medical acupuncture, she knows the trigger areas that effect
Louise is one of the best medical practitioners I have ever met. She is skilled, kind, and gifted; the operative word being, gifted. She has a deep sense of the muscular system and confident strategy towards addressing the problem. It
On year 5 of litigation because Louise falsified a full return to work to make her books look good. Do not go here for anything carrying legal weight they could truly *ruin* your life. Also they don’t seem to do much to help except to
I had a physio appointment with Louise. Literally within 60 seconds of meeting me she had "diagnosed" my problem completely. Within 3 minutes of meeting her she had determined that I would need at least 6 sessions with her in total.
I went for what I felt like was a torn muscle and for some reason they put me with an acupuncturist...Needless to say, it didn't help, probably got worse, and cost a lot.
Winnie has played an essential role in my physiotherapy and recovery. The receptionists and all staff are awesome, highly recommend cross roads !
5/5: Yes to Edris for RMT. Recommended for those looking for deep tissue. Really good experience every time I've come. Edris is attentive.
Only went once as the PT kindly informed me that their clinic is not the right type for my condition (scoliosis)
My experience with John Perone at Crossroads Physiotherapy was nothing short of excellent.
Nice place for massage and they do direct billing.
Winnie is exceptional!
