2/5 stars. my husband and i booked massages. the location and facility is great, beautiful massage center, the receptionist was very friendly. asked for payment when we arrived, i am use to paying at the end of service so this was a red flag. my therapist was good, i went to a private room upstairs, it was quiet, room was nice, massage lasted for full hour. offered water or tea after massage. when meeting up with my husband he said his massage was way to hard, the therapist only did his back (he paid for full body massage). His therapist took him to a small room downstairs next to the bathroom with only a curtain, not a nice room. this massage was expensive so will try somewhere else next tine. after massage we told receptioniat that my husband only got a back massage, not full body but she did not seem to care. i guess it depends which therapist you get at this place.

Given the place a 2 star because the place has nice interior decor and it is clean. Can't possibly rate this any higher because the massage itself was below average. Paid $99 AUD for a remedial massage and I can honestly say that it was the worst remedial massage I've ever received. The masseuse clearly had no idea what she was doing and spent the majority of the time rubbing oil in circular motion on my back repeatedly. Wouldn't exactly call it a massage. When she did anything pressure point related she used her elbow, which was pretty painful on parts and I had to stop her at one point telling her it was too painful to continue. To top it off, the bare minimum privacy was respected from her behalf. I have had much more respectful experiences for remedial massages in many other places.

It was the worst massage I ever received, with no technique and no idea what I was doing. the girl missed a point and often tried to massage my bone, I complained twice. when it turned my neck hurt me. When I asked her to massage my neck where I have the most pain she said she did not know. I asked to stop and call someone else, she said she had no one else, when I came down the girl from the reception said she is over 4 years old doing massage and tried to justify without hearing my dissatisfaction. Then the two began to speak in their language disrespecting me once again. It was the worst $ 100 spent outside the time wastage. If you want to charge dearly you need to provide something of quality. I will definitely not be back. The girl name is Penny.

I came to this massage shop for the first time today and had a 60 minute remedial massage. The shop is conveniently located in the main street of Crows Nest. Once you step inside it’s a quiet and tranquil getaway from city life, perfect for a relaxing massage. The service was friendly and the masseuse was incredibly professional, focusing on the parts of my back that were sore. Overall the best massage experience I’ve had in sydney, so I’ll certainly be back again. The only tip is to book ahead, as I saw at least two or three people get turned away by reception due to no available appointments (despite me going mid-week in the middle of the day). Highly recommend

This feedback is to lodge a formal complaint against the woman managing reception at 2pm on the 19th jan 18. Absolutely rude behaviour, rolled her eyes when I asked about usual specials . Massive bad attitude she needs to be fired ! I was a regular there and never going back . When I confronted her about her behaviour asked me to shut up .. what customer service . If the owners are seeing this pls contact me . I will provide my details on your website. Some stupid woman earning a buck during holidays doesn’t deserve to be there.. costed the owners over 200 dollars as I was planning to have a massage for me and my daughter.

Out of the many Thai massage places my partner and I have tried, this is by far the best! Crows Nest Thai Massage and Spa is the go-to place for my partner and I. We've been here dozens of times, and have never had a bad experience. Each masseuse is skilled and has a great technique. Other places I've been to are very hit-and-miss, but here is always on point. The staff go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable and relaxed, and always ensure the pressure is good. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a high quality Thai massage experience.

I go there regularly and I love it. However, I had two massages recently that weren’t as good as before. I was in the very big room, it looks nice but extremely cold without heater. The masseuse’s hand was like ice on my body and she didn’t do a good job. I had remedial massage. She seemed not very experienced, she just touched my legs and head instead of a real massage. She also touched my spine today so I’m in pain now. All other masseuses were extremely good and hopefully I won’t have her next time!!!!!

I was really disappointed with my experience here. I almost asked her to stop. She yawned through the whole massage, and moved without in purpose pushing on my bones more than muscles. I got a head, neck and shoulders massage - head and neck massage were about two minutes each at the end and my face was uncomfortably pushed into the table the whole time. She was friendly and the room was very clean, other than that disappointing, wished I had asked her to stop 10 minutes in and gotten my money back.

Received a $15off voucher at the crows nest street festival Sunday the 16th October 2016. 7 days later called to book a massage but told that the voucher was only valid on the day of the street festival, which was not advised when received nor started on the 8 conditions noted on the voucher. Any place that wants to not honour their own voucher is a place that is cutting corners so I would steer clear. Ended up going to Cabana Siam and got a really good hour Massage that went for 10 min over.

I wouldn't call this a spa ..... A disposable bed cover? It's doesn't feel nice on your skin and it's not a cheap place. And even worst to use disposable towel for a facial....and how the facial end without the head massage? The therapist dosent seem like they are care about what they are doing good or bad . I will call this a lazy massage leave you with an unfinished feeling. Bad massage end up costing more than you think.

I'm 38 weeks pregnant and booked in for a FOOT massage only to walk in and be told that they don't massage pregnant people ? Is that a thing? even if its just a foot massage?! Anyway, disappointed as the reviews for this place are fantastic and it seems a bit silly to refuse a customer foot massage due to pregnancy (and not given a valid reason aside from "it's just something we don't do").

I went yesterday and had the Deep Tissue Oil Massage, the masseur who had me done was very professional, and hit the right spots, I felt my shoulder, which I asked her to concentrate on, so much better, particularly the morning after the massage. I also had one of the best sleeping night in ages, I confidently recommend those guys for your next massage, it is a well spent money.

I went to have a 60 mins remedial massage today. It erased every stresses that I received from work on Boxing Day. Bee was very great, at the end of massage she did a little facial massage, which helped to sooth and relax my face a lot. This experience just brought us back to Thailand again. It was a great experience and I will return to this shop again.

After having suspicions of later night opening times, pretty much confirmed. Popped in on a Tuesday night at 8:50, enquired about 15 min head/shoulder, get quite rudely told , noone available even though I could see that wasn't true. Now I remember why I only go to qualified practitioners. Funny how they don't do late night hours.

Amazing experience. The massage was excellent and the ladies were super professional and did a great job. Easy to call them up and make an appointment, and they called on the day to double check as well which was very nice. Wish they did more small packages for couples!

As someone who reviews massages for my blog, this is up there with the best. Relaxing from the get go, the place is spotless, they always deliver and I leave feeling like I'm floating on a cloud. Try the head, shoulder and neck with foot - 60mins for $60!

4th time here and reckon one the best Thai massage places in the area. Polite and friendly staff. Organic oil massage was good and the therapist really worked well on back shoulders and neck muscles. Happy with the service and recommend this place.

Got lucky with a walk-in half hour appt. My masseuse was lovely and did a wonderful job. He was attentive and explained things to me and was careful to adjust pressure. Thank you for your service!

Average massage with no proper sequence and flow. Not worth the 110$ price tag. Asked for stronger pressure but no luck!! Rooms are well decorated and isolated from road and noise.
