UPDATE: After 7 months of going to this gym 4 days a week, I'm updating my review to reduce my rating to 3 stars for the following reasons in order of severity: 1. Temperature is now way too high at 72 degrees and confirmed by staff. This is terrible - higher temps lead to less exertion in your workout and thus a worse workout, period. They're often used to fool people into believing they're losing weight when in fact it's just water weight. Or because the staff feels cold just sitting around... Nothing worse than being drenched in sweat after lifting a collective 3 tons in a squat drop set and feeling HOT air blasting on you. I'm sorry but if you can't tolerate any temps 60 or above, you're not working out hard enough. 2. Weightlifting seems be an afterthought with an odd layout that's too small relative to all the other rooms that remain empty most of the time, too many machines and not enough free weights. Dumbbells and plates are all over the place and never organized, and there dearth of smaller 5 and 10lb plates. Every gym needs a power rack as the most valuable piece of weightlifting equipment. This place has a "freedom rack" which is the worst piece of equipment as it prevents development of critical stabilizer muscles and it actually more dangerous when misaligned guide bars cause the barbell to get stuck during movement which this one suffers from even after I reported it. 3. Too many people violate gym rules and general etiquette by not re-racking or even unloading plates, not replacing dumbbells, leaving towels everywhere and monopolizing limited squat equipment for too long. Not really the fault of the gym as enforcing this is tough without chasing patrons away, but by not organizing plates and dumbbells everyday, it's worse. Maybe idle staff feeling too cold should do this and end up warmer, resolving two issues at once There are lots of positives like the hours, cleanliness and the trainers seem legit, though I've never employed a trainer - these ones just aren't complete douchbags like nearly all others. But the temperature issue is a deal breaker and if it isn't changed, I'll probably be quitting next month because it brings far worse results AND more discomfort in my workouts This gym is outstanding. As a brand new, multi-million dollar flagship location, it's 28,000 sq ft of brand new free weights, weightlifting equipment, cardio equipment, spinning, yoga, crossfit and even a saunain the locker room. The place is immaculate in cleanliness with even the towels smelling fresh! Owing to it's newness and slightly higher dues than NYSC, it's quite empty even during peak hours and those that go are good about toweling off machines and replacing weights. And perhaps most importantly, the gym is kept cool (68-69 degrees) which is really important for me. After only 2 days of free passes it was a no brainer to drop NYSC and go with Crunch and I couldn't be happier!

Came in the gym through a recommendation from a friend, he gave me a voucher for a 3 day pass. Came in was greeted by a lady who her name slips my mind. Probably the manager, she showed me around told me how I need personal training classes which I had no interest in, as things progress I ask her if I can just work out and see the gym for myself by myself. Off I went, for my first work out I sat down about to play a song on my soundcloud. No wifi connection no cellular service no music means no work out lol that's just how I always workout with music. This is where it went down hill from their. Went to go speak to the guy at the front desk asked about the wifi. He said sorry you need to be a member to access the wifi. Asked if he can do anything to help out in the situation he said he couldnt. At that point I felt like I wanted to leave. My motivation was shot and as a last resort I asked the guy who was standing next to the register if he can help me out and sign in for me on my phone to use the wifi, offered to pay him. Guy was very rude and said let's not have this conversation. Guy saw I was Jewish since I had a Yamurka on my head and replied to me, "Oh that's what all YOU guys are good for is bargaining right." What a remark, at that moment I told that guy good luck and felt very angry to the piont I wanted to bash this guys head in with the computer monitor that was on the desk. Went downstairs did 2 sets of a work out to let of some steam and after went complained to that same lady manager what occurred and told her how I felt and how unprofessional that scenario turned out and I had to experience an anti Jewish Remark. The guy at the counter saw the whole thing and didn't say a word, I have a barbershop around the corner on Maiden lane and i do not tolerate any prejudice of any kind and if I were to ever have something like that happen in my place of business I would kick the guy right out. I hope the management sees this review and shows it to that ignorant guy who slurred the prejudice slur. So to conclude, don't push private training even after saying no, get wifi for everyone especially since you guys have no service at all in the gym, and last and biggest thing is to call out ignorant jerk offs from harassing potential clients. Other than that gym looks ok, sauna doesn't work "yet", and not so crowed.

As a busy professional working in the bustling Financial District, finding the time and the right place to keep up with my fitness routine has always been a challenge. Thankfully, I discovered Crunch Fit Wall Street a few months ago, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked through the door, the welcoming atmosphere and enthusiastic staff members made me feel right at home. The club's interior is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with top-notch equipment that caters to a wide range of fitness levels and goals. From strength training to cardio machines, to dedicated areas for yoga, Pilates, and HIIT, there's something for everyone. Crunch Fit Wall Street offers a diverse array of group classes, which is perfect for those who need a little extra motivation or who want to try something new. The highly qualified and passionate instructors always keep things fresh and challenging, making each class a fantastic workout. The club also provides excellent amenities, such as spacious locker rooms with private showers, and even a smoothie bar where I can refuel with a delicious post-workout treat. The staff members have always been friendly, approachable, and helpful, making sure I have everything I need for a great workout. Being a member of Crunch Fit Wall Street has not only helped me to stay committed to my fitness journey, but has also allowed me to become a part of a supportive and energetic community. If you're looking for a world-class fitness facility in the heart of the Financial District, I wholeheartedly recommend giving Crunch Fit Wall Street a try!

This review is purely in the context of covid and opening day 9/2/20 at Fidi & not the Crunch chain in general which is inconsistent at best. This really was a masterclass for many businesses, the mayor and governor. A combination of temperature checks at arrival, verified hvac improvements , increased sanitization, mandatory face masks and verified reduced capacity brilliantly achieved through checking out through the crunch app. But most importantly members who unwaveringly follow the rules. Did it suck lifting heavy weights or cardio masked - yes. Uncomfortable but not that bad. Far less uncomfortable than running masked outdoors in summer heat. How or why this took so long to implement is a testament to the incompetence of our government. This could easily be applied to indoor dining, schools, movie theaters, bars etc. I had an amazing workout, felt completely safe and look forward to being able to continue. All of the major things I was looking for are in place. To members that are unwilling to comply please stay home. Many of us are eager to get back to "normal". Kudos to Crunch Fidi staff! Truly exemplary and keep up the good work!

I used to train it up to 19th and 23rd Street locations, but been going to FiDi more often. Have been here times when packed and at times had it to myself. Has a lot more types of equipment than other Crunch locations (i.e. rockers, free weights, hammer strength/life fitness) all at once and the group fitness studios laid out well. Despite being in the basement, it has a great to work out in. If you don't like people, though, avoid peak hours or you will find yourself cramped. The locker room, at least the men's, could use better feng shui--not really conducive to a lot of guys changing at once during peak time, but really only thing I would call out for improvement. I get that the poor/bad reviewers feel disrespected; I've never seen it from staff. Maybe one or two members being disrespectful to others, but they get shamed into playing nice. Get the feeling a lot of people here are big fish and don't put up with petty BS. Definitely recommended.

Decent gym, horrible customer service. I tried to get a refund because they charged me for the month of Sept. I asked for my refund within 24 hours of seeing the fee hit my account and I had no idea my account had been unfrozen (it had been frozen because I don't know, we're in a global pandemic). Management would not refund me after multiple emails back and forth. Like really? We're in a pandemic and your gym is open at limited capacity and I responded on the same day of getting charged. Incredible lack of character and empathy for any business, let alone to a loyal customer. I used to love this gym to the point of recruiting colleagues and friends, but now I am turned off to the entire Crunch franchise. Here's the kicker: I asked for a refund and membership cancellation last week. Today, I got an annual membership fee charged to my credit card. The takeaway? Lack of character AND incompetence. Take your money elsewhere.

  • Scott Bowen

Their customer service is a bit poor. They are only reactive, NOT proactive. Recently, they circulate an email to all members about opening on Sept 2nd. They state fees, etc will be reinstated in language that is not easy to understand. I reached out to them via phone and email four days ago to discuss my specific membership details to confirm understanding. Crickets...I expect some delays but they have had PLENTY of time to prepare. If you are not a current member, DON’T DO IT! Make them have to take more time to step it up and get their sh&$ together. They need to be really wanting your business. COVID makes for hard times but also, improved creativity. Once the firm announced reopening, they should have had customer service ready and waiting for clients, but no, they are taking the cheapest route so it will be even more chaos the week of opening.

  • James Wohler

Do not join this gym. They are unethical and should not be trusted. Are the instructors good, yes. I joined in 2001 and enjoyed their services for 20 years until Covid hit then they charged me for a number of months when I couldn’t use the gym, then they raised my rates more than they were supposed to. When they left 25 Broadway in 2008 I believe it was they moved in the middle of the night and left their creditors out to dry. I should have known that this relationship would end with something similar with me. I cancelled my membership in February and they charged me in March again for one last payment. I never agreed to this and they just don’t care. I have filed with the BBB. Their rule was instituted well after I joined. Pick another gym their corporate people are just not worth the eventual pain they will cause you.

Want to start 2020 right? Skip this location. Gyms can be intimidating and the last thing you want to worry is about the bad energy around you. The lady at the front desk is one of the rudest, most unhelpful person I’ve encountered. I’ve interacted 2 times with her, both times have been incredibly unpleasant, and uncomfortable. To the point that I chose not to go to this location anymore to avoid her. Instead go to Crunch Tribeca where the customer service is OUTSTANDING, and you’ll feel welcomed and not judged. The girl in the early morning shift at this location seems to be in a great mood, no matter how early it is. The trainers are super helpful, the location and equipment is amazing and it feels like you’re surrounded by friends with the same goal: to feel better and get stronger.

  • jay kahn-sager

Been going here for several months and I love it. It's never crowded, there's a proper squat rack, the other clients are friendly, and the staff is killer. It's great if you're fairly introverted but also you get lots of positive feedback. I've only had one conflict where a trainer was rude to me because of my size, but after I complained, the head trainer (Steve is a champ) immediately resolved it and texted me to let me know that he supported me and it wouldn't happen again. Staff have been beyond cool. I would kill for one more squat rack (we really don't need two Smith machines, seriously) and I wish the class selection during the day was better but that's probably a function of how not busy it is during work hours. Otherwise, no complaints.

  • Christine H

New gym with well functioning machines and clean locker room amenities. The crowd isn't bad most of the time, I would even say it's still relatively quiet compared to other gyms I've been to at similar peak times. One thing about this place for me is the operation hours on weekends. I work on weekends and find the 6pm closing unforgiving. I understand that it's probably because FiDi is pretty dead on weekends, but it just sucks to have to rush to get out. Another thing is that my boyfriend (who is a power lifter) joined the gym with me at the same time but quit just a month later because he feels the weight lifting equipment is just not enough and good for him. I'm staying for now but have not yet develop loyalty towards this place.

I really wish the app let me sign up for classes at least 1-2week in advance. I can only sign up within 24hours before the class start. It is very discouraging because when I use to go to Orange Theory I was able to sign at least 2 weeks in advance for the 6am classes but with crunch I can't do that and I go to the gym way less. When I know I have a class in the morning, it makes me sleep earlier and plan ahead. Otherwise the gym is super clean, not crowded, has good amount of equipments, affordable, great sauna, towels everywhere and have a very friendly staff. Although they can really improve their music playlist. Super outdated not for work out. Orange theory had such good music playlists. Crunch can definitely improve that.

  • Scott Trinh

The gym and staff are top notch here. It is busy, but also spacious enough so it never feels as crowded as some of the other locations I've visited. The other gym-goers are courteous and there is a good mix of people at all levels of fitness. I want to especially call out the trainer I have worked with at this location, Richard King. Richard has been indispensable in my journey to becoming the most fit and capable I've ever been, and I credit him with connecting me to a path to achieve my fitness goals in a way that really resonates with me. Major kudos to him for his knowledge, passion, scheduling, and professionalism during our time together, and I look forward to having a chance to work with him again soon! Thanks Richard!

  • Carly Smith

I have tried for A MONTH to cancel this membership and there has been no help. I've emailed billing, the help email address and the crunchms at least 8 times in the past 4 weeks and crickets. it can not be this hard to cancel a membership. oh and then after getting an email saying accounts are frozen they charge my me my usual membership a few days after that, and recently another 50 dollars. I have NO income and they continue to charge me even though i've been very vocal about wanting this to end and getting a refund. DON'T DO IT. they've proven they are incapable of doing a simple task. i've left messages, tried to contact individuals and i'm getting nowhere. go somewhere else; they're actual thieves.

  • Jeremy Smith

It's a good, fairly spacious (for nyc) facility. Negatives are: - the hours are pretty bad - it closes at 4pm on Sunday, 7pm Sat, and 10pm. These are the worst hours of any crunch in NYC by far - most stay open until at least the early evening on the weekend and 11pm on weekdays. This is particularly tough for me who likes working out later and avoiding the crowds. - they only have one squat rack. For anyone lifting, this is really the single most important piece of equipment. Thankfully it's not often too crowded. - locker rooms are a little dank. The positives are: + generally good equipment and machine selection + fairly spacious for nyc + equipment appears to get fixed when broken

  • Katherine Galvan

I used a guest pass to try this gym out because I was considering getting a membership since it is very close to my job. I had a good workout and naturally I had a couple of questions about the membership. Tara who’s the GM there was supposed to meet with me to discuss a membership. Meeting with Tara was an unpleasant experience. She approached me with a bad attitude and when it came down to answering simple questions, which are not clear through reading the website, she rolled her eyes and answered annoyed. Is this not part of her job? My $20/month gym membership has great customer service and cleanliness so I’ll be staying there. The sauna isn’t even up and working at this place.

  • Philip Von Mueffling

This gym completely changed the way I worked out. It's a state of the art facility with all the equipment and free weights that any gym goer would need for a fantastic workout. The locker rooms are clean and well taken care of, and there is an entire area for calisthenics. What really changes the game for me was working with Will, a personal trainer at crunch. Will was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and dedicated. He put time and effort into creating a personal workout regime for me, and then walked me thru each exercise. With each exercise he gave me little tips on form, core engagement, or how many reps I should be doing. Would highly recommend will, and crunch overall.

  • Stewart Bertrand

From one certified gym rat to another this place is awesome. Staff are very professional, courteous, respectable, from my experience. Machines are cleaned round the clock. I counted more than enough, showers, clean towels, lotion, shampoo, conditioner did I mention those were free. If you don't like "FREE" we'll you may reading this review anytime you feel like. It's accessible by train and or bus. 4/5 train to wall street and or Fulton street. There is a HOT SPA holds about 5-8 humans at a time. They have antigravity Yoga, Spinn and a host of other classes. They have an area just for calisthenics. Lots of lockers, trainers on site,

  • David Smith

I am at Crunch 3-4 times a week usually. The environment is great and they have everything you need. Machines, trx training, bars, boxes, bikes, treds, olypticals,... everything. But there are a few flaws which are as follows: - Typically, a good 1/4 of the tredmills are down. [Update: all new tredmills now, no longer an issue] - Mens locker room is full of locks on the lockers (most of them probably haven't been used in awhile) so this makes it difficult to find a spot to lock up your things. [Update: they have removed many old locks, no longer an issue] All in all, I like this spot, especially since it is half the price of NYSC.

  • James Phillips

It's a great gym: plenty of cardio and weight machines, so no wait time even during peak hours. The free weight area is also spacious, and they have dumbbells which go from 5lbs to 120 lbs. This is true of any Crunch, but there are TONS of group classes to meet your schedule and fitness agenda. The trainers are knowledgeable and friendly, as well as the cleaning crew and front desk staff. The bathroom amenities were surprisingly nice; the shampoo and conditioner they provide are actually really high quality and I'm a stickler about that. Steam room, too. Oh, and plenty of free towels.

  • Elton Paintsil

Quite possibly the worst gym I have ever worked out at. The lack of equipment is astonishing. The entire facility has 2 bench presses and only 1 platform for deadlifting and squatting. Yet there is about 100 treadmills and 15 stair masters. You will never wait for the treadmill but you will wait a minimum of 10 minutes for a bench. There is a turf area where you can deadlift and squat however the setup in that area is very congested. The 15 personal trainers take up 75% of the space. I would strongly advise finding literally any other gym besides Crunch. They are all terrible.

  • Stephanie Sanchez

THE WORST in dealing with membership issues. Paid for membership under false advertising. Tried to resolve the issue multiple times, but of course, a manager is never actually "present", unless you want to become a member of course. I played email tag with the manager for almost a month now and still have no resolution. I have requested her to call me MULTIPLE times, but she insists on hiding behind emails. I was happier at my $20 a month gym. Besides you would think they would fix all the broken lockers in the women's room, or at least get a working water fountain.

  • Bradley Phelps

Wow, I was super impressed with this location! (Note - I am a ClassPass member, so I was visiting). Check in was a breeze and friendly, the gym is downstairs with efficient elevators or stairs. The space is pretty expansive and not too cramped when I visited mid-day on a weekday. I used the locker room facilities, the showers were extremely clean and modern, doors covered the entire frame and locked from the side. Complimentary towel use, as well as bath products, hairdryers, etc. It may not be as “boujee” as equinox, but it’s a very very very great option.

  • John McFadden

Stopped by to workout at Crunch on 90 John Street. I found the club to be clean, very well equipped and friendly employees working the front desk area. It exceeded my expectations and I would recommend it as a great place to workout. Plenty of machines, not too crowded and all new free weights. In particular I would like to acknowledge Wendy Lee who was working the front desk. She made the paperwork (to get in) easy and painless and her enthusiasm for her job was apparent. Again, I would definitely recommend Crunch to friends and family.

  • Hayden Le

Appears to be one of the newer and larger Crunch Fitness buildings in Manhattan. Facility included the standard Crunch resources such as ample wipes around the gym to clean down equipment and shower amenities (towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, etc) Why I took off a star: I've visited most of the Crunch Fitnesses in Manhattan and have found them to have generally respectful gymgoers and staff members. However, at Crunch FiDi, a janitor member wolf whistled at me as I walked out of the locker room

  • Elyanna Blaser-Gould

WORST COMPANY PRACTICES. DECEPTIVE. This review isn't for a particular location but for the Crunch company itself. I've been going through the worst experience with trying to cancel my membership, being told that it's been cancelled and then still being charged. And now they're refusing to give me a refund. I feel like I've been outright robbed by a big giant corporation and I can't do anything about it and I never expected such SHADY BEHAVIOR from a huge company like Crunch. Very disconcerting.

  • Nora Zdonowski

I typically hate going to gyms, however this gym is different. The vibes are immaculate, all of the equipment is clean and organized, the classes have great tempo and instructors, and don’t even get my started on the front desk staff. Everyone is a star there but I need to talk about the icon and legend himself, Ronnie, he makes coming into the gym a welcoming and fun experience! Never lasted at a gym for more than 2 months and this one has had me for 5… that is all I needed to say. Goodbye.

  • Joe Woodard

Have been going to this location for almost a year now. The space is great compared with most gyms and always clean. Staff and trainers are very friendly and always helpful. If you're interested in personal training would highly recommend them here. I trained with Kami and couldn't have had a better experience - she's also a certified powerlifting coach and is great at teaching correct form and technique on any barbell movement (she'll save your back and joints!).

  • J G

Customer Service nightmare: I went to check out the facility cleanliness given it's Covid19. I was upfront and told them not looking for a commitment since not sure of work location plus I do barre and Pilates reformer. The guy in in the front desk started mocking me and didn't know what Barre is. The lady who gave the tour made a joke if I am just touring gyms or will actually sign up. Tribeca location much more professional. Worth the walk. Avoid FiDi

  • Dominick Coppola

I was in town on military business but needed to get prepared for my annual fitness test. Coach Carmine graciously rearranged his schedule and squeezed me in and took the time and attention to help me improve my scores for the test. The training area is the finest I’ve seen anywhere. I will not go anywhere else anytime I’m in town. Thank you for your support of service members and thank you for helping me get my best score ever.

  • H S

Even the staff admit it's one of the oldest looking/feeling Crunch gym. Indeed it's in need of much renovations in the locker room. The staff are okay, not particularly friendly or helpful but the instructors for the classes are great. The classes are fun and diverse. During lunch, the gym is pretty empty so it's great for me. I truly wish they would renovate the locker rooms and offer towels IN the locker rooms as well.

  • McKenna

The gym is great but the WiFi is terrible. For about a month now there has been no internet connect downstairs (even when connected to WiFi) which makes texting, listening to music, or following workout videos pretty much impossible. This was never an issue before so I’m not sure what’s going on. It’s also pretty crowded most mornings and nights. I often have to wait for gym equipment to open up.

  • Mihaela

False advertising. Free 3-day Gym pass advertised on Google Maps app comes with restrictions not indicated anywhere during sign up. The confirmation email doesn't mention anywhere that the promotion is only for prospective members. I hope no one else wastes their time trying to get to a Crunch location only to be told after they take all your information that you have to pay to enter.

  • Nazar Aljassar

Solid gym although management needs to rethink their capital allocation strategy. There’s no reason to have only 2 barbell benches and 1 squat rack / deadlift platform in a gym that often gets very busy. At the same there, there are dozens of unoccupied machines. Please rationalize the equipment with lower utilization and replace with what’s actually in demand to reduce wait times.

  • Allan Charlie B

Large gym with everything from cardio machines to a great selection of weights. Clean towels are everywhere for users and there are stations with cleaning sprays to wipe down the equipment. The changing room and showers were very clean and you’ll need to bring your own lock. The gym staff are on point and so friendly, special mention to Dani, Steve and Andy who all helped me.

  • Kristin Mikie Sword

Good gym with new, clean amenities and group fitness classes. Staff is very nice and helpful. They also offer some great deals on memberships and are one of the better gym deals in the neighborhood. Only downside I found was their classes (which was my main motivation for joining a gym) were either early in the morning or early evening, which were difficult for me to make.

  • Robert Preston

Good gym and relatively new to the financial district. As a former member of Equinox, the classes are not as great but if you are not a class person, the equipment here is more than sufficient for your needs. Also, you need your own lock. This is an affordable gym as compared to Equinox at a good price. Highly reccommend if you are not a class buff.

  • Yeepan Penny Zhu

Worst customer service in the world. I signed up for a personal training session and was told only eight minutes prior to the start of the session that no one would be coming. Who comes to a gym to be stood up?! And after I complained, the response I got was a half hearted apology and basically a "what do you want from us?" Never coming here again.

  • Joseph A

This Crunch FiDi location is no different than the John Street location in terms of having problems opening on time. They state they open at 5AM during the weekdays, but that varies depending on what time they actually choose to open. It is now 5:52AM and they have yet to open. If you work out early in the morning, avoid this gym!

  • Cheryl S.

This gym is clean and the staff is constantly cleaning. Supplies are available and easily accessible to you to wipe equipment after workout. Clean towels are available for use. They offer classes for those who like a more structured workout like me. Located in the Financial District and close to the Fulton Street subway station.

  • Jasmine Williams

This gym is great. I went there for sweatshed ripped. Class was tough but in a good way. I'm feeling it now. The gym is huge. It's clean. I went on a rainy Sunday morning so not a lot of people. If I lived closer I would be there frequently. I'm guessing thar the niceness of this gym is due to its location. Worth checking out.

  • Andy Pic

Great location, clean and new . I got signed up by Frank who made everything effortless and even suggested the trainer I should use. It’s because of Frank and his amazing personality that I am back at Crunch after almost 20 yrs. I’ve tried the other gyms in the area and this is by far the best in both quality and price .

  • Derek Chin

This gym has really friendly staff. They always greet their members upon arrival and make you feel welcome. They are constantly cleaning as well. My biggest complaint is how crowded it gets during prime gym times (before 9am and after 5pm). If you want a gym in FiDi that won’t cost you $200+, this is your best option.

  • Patty Boutin

I love this gym so much! I have tried many Crunches in my life but this one is so clean, it has so much equipment and the vibes are the best. I can’t believe there’s a sauna here! At such a great price! Shoutout to my favorite team members Ron, Janiqua, Gio, Jaime. So happy to have this FiDi oasis:)

  • Clarissa Silva

This is a great gym if you're looking for many group training classes, several floors of machines (so you'll not be waiting for machines) and a clean environment. It was surprisingly not crowded during lunch hour. It offers a great selection of strength training and intense group training classes.

  • Lisa H

There is no WiFi for Classpassers meanwhile their entire workout space is on the basement with no service. You feel as though you’re working out in a dungeon. Additionally, this is the least welcoming Crunch location in the NYC area. The women at the front desk are rude and unfriendly.

  • Larry Goldberg

So a homeless guy just walks right in passes the front desk front Dess personnel doesn’t even say anything to him goes downstairs uses the bathroom and takes a shower in the locker room. I’m sorry I’m not going to be paying $80 a month to be sharing a locker room with homeless people.

  • lolita baker

Excellent classes, allows you to reserve your classes in advance, clean facility , each and every staff members great you with a smile. And if you come across with any issues they are willing to listen. I have been going to this gym since October of 2021 and I just love it,

  • DJ FLASH MILANO'S FINEST

I spent my weeks in this gym and all the employees were very friendly. A special thank to RON always helpful and very professional. There was all the equipment you could imagine, it was very clean and spacious. I had a great workouts there during my trip to New York city!

  • Mark Rubin

All the aerobic equipment needs to be replaced due to poor functionality, especially the ellipticals. Many of the weight machines need to be fixed or replaced. This is most unfortunate. I am a new member and did I not know beforehand. Often locker room is not very clean.

  • Nilsa Rodriguez

Amazing Space! they keep this place tip top. it is new taboot but they are staying on top of it which is awesome. I had a trainer family member come with me here and he was so impressed he is joining personally, even though he works for another gym. Awesome location

Awful sales team. They wouldn't refund my membership fee when they moved across town. Seriously if you decide to move, you should refund the clients who can no longer make your new location because I didn't agree to that when I joined. Basic decency missing.

  • Gulshat T

The music in women’s locker room is so loud, the all feeling you get it’s to leave the place as soon as possible…normally it has to make you feel relaxed after the sauna/shower but it’s giving me a club vibe… spoke with receptionist about it - no luck …

  • Adrian

There is something always wrong at this gym. Hasn't been any hot water for over a week in the middle of winter! No other email updates with expectations for when things will be fixed. This gym costs way too much monthly to have this level of service

  • Jake Goodman

Really nice gym. It’s underground so a bit dark but it’s their flagship location. They’ve got a few areas within the gym so a ton of space and you rarely have to wait for equipment. Locker rooms and showers are clean, and all the staff is friendly.

  • Lorrayne Vieira-Sullivan (Lola)

I love this gym so much! It has everything you need, it’s huge, super clean, never packed, and staff are very friendly. I did a few months of personal training and it was really good. This photo was taken at 4:30pm today. It obviously does

  • Michael Valmas

A truly great signature Crunch club - better than the Crunch at west 54th Street & Broadway and much better than the one at 83rd Street & Amsterdam. The FiDi men's locker room has a much more spacious feel to it; as does the men's sauna.

  • Raoul B

Nice facility, but strangely, the gym is cleaned during peak hours, instead of when the gym is closed, as a result, the noise of the vacuum, the vacuum cords, the wet floors, and the detergent smells, are both hazardous and unpleasant.

  • Shirley Q.

Be aware! They kept charging your account even if you called in to cancel. And your personal training class will expire soon if you didn’t use them up, I regret for entering into this gym at all. Should rather use ClassPass instead.

  • Sebastian Morris

Not all Crunches are made the same. I really appreciate how clean and tidy the FiDi location is. There’s also plenty of space to do your thing outside of “rush hour” and sweat shed is great if you can get a spot. Thanks team FiDi!

  • John Rho

This is a great gym. The layout is a bit odd because it’s underground, but there’s a good variety of equipment. The staff are friendly and responsive, and the place overall has a clean and calm atmosphere (especially for a gym).

  • Stephen M

It's definitely cleaner than the park slope crunch. It's usually too busy to get a decent workout in with personal trainers m ok monopolizing the prime areas. A wait in line for the sauna which is in the bathroom was grim.

  • James Ramsey

The gyms space is well-maintained and not too crowded (for NYC), but the real stand-out is the front desk. They are consistently easy to work with, friendly, and helpful. Easy to sign up and easy to cancel when needed.

  • Helga N

So happy I discovered this place. So many different areas to work out and all the latest equipment you need. Super well kept. I went during the 4tb of July holiday so it was quiet. Hoping its like that all the time.

  • Lisa Smelova

LOVE THIS GYM. Best of Crunch, at least in NYC - 1)it's humongous 2)really great machines 3) lots of weights stacked up 4)super clean! 5) everything is always in stock (towels, soap, tissues) 6)Great personnel

  • Kat Chang

Andy, Joe, Jamie, Ron. You are my rock. I feel encouraged and empowered every time I walk through the door. This is the sort of community one could only ever pray for. Thank you for everything that you do.

  • Greg DeRosso

Friendly staff and it's always clean. It's getting a little more crowded now that people are coming back to the office, so beware of machine hogs that are busy scrolling instagram instead of working out.

  • Martin Schmidt

Amazing gym for visitors. Day pass:35 $ Week pass:70$ Gym have really good equipment . Wifi is super strong as gym is in basement. Towels , shower gel , hairdryer, mouthwash all included. Plus sauna .

  • alla bevzenko

Great space. I'm all about group fitness. The studio is very spacious. Women's locker room is clean, with shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, shower stalls as well as plenty towels and blow dryers.

  • StevesOutlook

This location very spacious clean locker rooms good equipment and I like their cardio machines not all gyms have the same type of ellipticals and treadmills but the elliptical here I like very much

  • Konstantine

Not maintained. The bicep curl machine has been broken for weeks. Also the men's bathroom is falling apart. Today I tried to hang my towel on the hook and it fell off the wall and hit me.

  • Peter S

The entrance is at Nassau St, not Broadway. Very large Crunch, nice, clean, clean dumbbells, machines in good shape. Large and thick towels, no steam, but dry sauna. Friendly staff.

  • Mariah

Ron at the front desk is LITERALLY the best. The facilities and machines are great and the location is excellent, but Ron is so nice and one of the best parts about this placs

  • Sara Quiroz

This place is huge! It is ok, not my favorite crunch location. But they do have a good variety of classes and plenty of space so it doesn't feel crowded even when busy.

  • David Vaughan

Spacious facility with friendly staff and instructors. I've been a member for about seven months now. The equipment is well-maintained and the showers are always clean

  • Digvijay Kakade

If you are stopping by for the holidays crunch fitness is the best gym to go.But I really wanna thank Steve for his knowledge about the gym.he was also very kind!!

  • jinpeng zhang

already been here about 5 months since moved in NYC this year. I always enjoy here n love to see all the staff. Overall, it’s an absolutely great experience!!

  • James Huayta

Commission based. They only care about sales. Don’t care about the people who just go to the gym to workout by themselves. Is impossible to cancel membership.

  • Raptor Dzuricsko

gym is okay, trainers are nice. Customer service did me wrong re: covid. In the past they've been disrespectful to people on guest passes they've provided.

  • Stephanie Mendez

disappointing given price point and location. machines are outdated. lockers are beaten up. staff is friendly and gym is generally clean.

  • Canada Fleur

Love this gym even though the wifi goes off when in the basement. Great classes, love the staff...they are always polite and friendly

  • E C

My favorite Crunch. Plenty of classes throughout the day. Nice staff, great instructors. Full sized towels. Clean. Well ventilated.

  • Esther Pena

Great Gym. Nice trainers and very good range of weights. Only wish that more classes started around 5:30 PM instead of around 6pm

  • Johansen Yanto

Just visited New York for a short period and they provided a great service to cater for what I needed! Great place to train too.

  • Patrick

Nice facility, but excessive fees, incl enrollment fee, processing fee and annual fee to pay for "equipment upkeep." Get real.

  • Vicky Jadhav

Gym is so nice , species , good ambience . Mr.Steve was really helpful with Great knowledge about the gym . Thank you Steve.

  • Andrew Ge

Great gym with nice staff. Clean and well-organized and one of my favorite gyms to work out at while I'm in NYC.

  • Caitlin Stammen

Best gym ever. everyone is honestly so kind. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Shoutout Ronald at the fidi location!

  • Jason Miller

Very nice facility and it has everything you need in a gym. They've made very good use of the space also.

  • Elevated 4lyfe

Location is never too crowded. Great service. Everyone is focused on their workouts. Love this location!

  • Thomas Hernandez

Always love my visit, the space is clean and well maintained. Great value for the membership cost!

  • Ken A.

Way Overpriced! There's a Planet Fitness right down the street that needs some loving. Only $9.99

  • Lexy McCauley

Brand new gym with a very spacious layout. The equipment and locker rooms are very nice, too!

  • Paul Lu

This is the best gym in the area. Good equipment, great trainers, great classes, great staff.

  • Anil Chitrapu

Great space, lots of equipment and usually not too crowded. Also has Woodway treadmills!

  • xiang yi li

great. Mgt. Really helpful. I would like 2 b they r loyal members. Even 300 per month .

  • jorge Collado

Best gym around wall street, staff is real helpful they keep everything nice and clean.

  • Thomas

Good equipment and great trainers. Great place to break a sweat before or after work.

  • Marco

A very clean gym with friendly employees. Functional area and a large strength area.
