We made an order for an extra-large plant-based beef pizza, Crust Camberwell. When the order arrived, it was a large one instead of extra-large, so I rang to realize the reason, and I was told this is the size this type of pizza comes with. It occurred when I paid 29 bucks for the pizza itself. This money is certainly for an extra-large size, not a regular one. This is not acceptable. Sth, which makes it worse, they did not even mention the point when ordering. We had company, and I got so embarrassed for ordering such a meal. Although the size was not wrong, it tasted good. And it lengthened 45 mins to be delivered( one completed half if soccer between Arsenal and Manchester United)

Best Pizza Ever Best pizza in the area! Awesome Crust Pizza in Camberwell with great tasting and fresh ingredients. I had the truffle beef Rossini pizza which really tasted like truffle, along with Buffalo Mozzarella, Truffle Aioli and wild mushrooms. Could have been the best pizza of my life!!! My wife had the pepperoni Pizza, which he also loved. The kids had awesome kid-sized ham and cheese pizzas. All of our pizza boxes were completely empty at the end of this great meal!

The pizzas at this place are great but the service is just poor. They always go to the wrong address every time we order online. Then when they finally come to our address the pizzas are cold and we have to heat them up in the oven. Their excuse was that their manager put in the wrong address but this happens every time we order pizza and when we order pizza online it asks for our address so they shouldn't be putting the wrong address in. It ruins the whole experience.

Pesto chicken club pizza didnt have the avocados as described or depicted in the menu picture(also attached). You can find 2, 1cm pieces in the picture if you carefully look for it. Pizza otherwise...just ok. Carbonara....DRY..BLAND and burnt. You can see a few burnt strand of sphaggetis in the picture. Overall a real dissapointed experience. Should have checked the ratings before ordering. 2 stars just coz of the pizza else would bave been a 1.

Recently I got pizzas delivered to my house. The customer service over the phone was good the staff was kind and took their time to explain what ingredients go on the pizzas. The pizzas were delivered before time and were hot. An awesome joint would definitely order from here again. Vegetarian options: I feel they have a good option in Vegan and Vegetarian pizzas and sides.

Awful flavour I made the mistake of ordering the Tandoori Mushroom pizza. It was advertised as "mushroom magic", but the only magic for me was how they managed to make the mushrooms disappear.. it was topped with so few mushrooms that they provided no flavour at all. Instead the overwhelming flavour was of uncooked union, occasionally overwhelmed by raw chilli. I will be avoiding this shop in future.

The most recent update to their ordering system is superb. Better layout, easier read. I have ordered from Crust Camberwell many times and rarely get disappointed. My only criticism is that it feels like the pizza doesn't reach us fast enough, they're always *just* warm and therefore the base becomes floppy. There're so many choices, you can never get bored

Being a vegan this shop is the best option for fulfilling my pizza cravings! Been ordering for last 6 months never been disappointed once. So my Vegan folks this is the place for us! Specially the Vegan Moroccan Lamb. And also they deliver HOT pizzas on time 11/20

Very disappointed with the product. Not hot, ingredients are old, made in 5 minutes. We all had vomiting sensation after eating a piece of the pizza. wasted $24. Dominos $5 pizza is 100% better than this. They should shut down the shop if they can't provide quality food. Horrible experience. Will never ever buy from this shop.... Pathetic.

The Camberwell store do great vegan pizzas, not stingy on toppings like some other stores, service is friendly but still some improvements to make, like closing early when you still have a pizza to pickup and taking an extra 15 minutes to make a pizza than they said. But overall still worth it. The jackfruit pizza is amazing.

Delicious pizzas and sides. We think the chicken pesto club is particularly tasty. Staff are friendly and helpful, overall going to crust camberwell is a good experience. Parking along Burke Rd is free after six but it can be awkward to find one of those are taken. Crust is slightly on the expensive side for pizza

My favourite pizza in Melbourne! The crust is fresh baked and thin. You can get the traditional toppings or one of many interesting combinations they have on their menu. My favorites are probably the BBQ Chicken and Vietnamese Chilli Chicken. The ingredients are fresh and overall it is a finely crafted pizza.

They need to pay more attention to customer's pizza modifications. Several times when I have ordered wholemeal I got white instead (but yet still charged for the modification and pizza box stamped with "wholemeal" ) . Same for other ingredient changes such as "extra tomatoes". Otherwise good.

I’ve always been a customer to the shop in fitzroy and they make the nicest Quattro Salumi pizza very tasty and generous topping. I tried it today from Camberwell and it’s the least I can say horrible, barely any topping and tasteless. Definitely won’t be using that store again!!!

The peri-peri pizza is great during a movie night at home and their online ordering system is the best I have seen for ordering pizza fast when you have too much to do. Very worth checking out this relatively new Australian pizza chain from Annandale, NSW.

Absolutely appalling customer service - very rude staff when my order disappeared. The young lady working there treated me with disrespect, inferring I was trying to steal a pizza! Despite my sour grapes, pizza tasted good. Will not be returning though.

I know it's a franchise, but this is still a pretty well run Crust. Orders for 'asap' are usually ready in around 7-15 mins so it's worth getting in quite promptly for pickup if you don't want your pizza sitting on the oven roof for a while.

We ordered a large pizza, it cost over $30 and what we received is a pizza about the size of my hand. Absolute rip off. It’s certainly not a large size.

The last few months, pizzas and sides have been delivered cold and pizzas barely have any toppings on them. I've been ordering from here for years but the last 4 orders have been awful so I cant justify giving any more chances

Crust Camberwell is no good, I used to order Crust pizza all the time from the Armadale store, but since moving to the Camberwell delivery zone, I've had nothing but bad pizza

Not the cheapest pizzas but certainly very good pizzas. Quick service and generous, tasty toppings. 9 times out of 10 in Camberwell I'll get a Crust pizza.

Pizza is abit on the pricier side but generally better quality than Dominos. Always consistent here and a fast online orders.
