I ordered and paid for a pizza online. When I arrived at the shop at 11.15am, it was closed. The opening hours on the door were different to what the website said (4pm vs 11am). I tried to call them and also sent an email right away. No one picked up the phone and no one replied to my email. I went back home. I called them again at 4pm to enquire about my order. I was told they must have opened the shop after I left. I asked for a fresh pizza (and not the one from this morning) to which they agreed. However, they clearly did not prepare a new one but only reheated the one from the morning (I could tell from how the pizza looked like - dried out toppings and pizza base that wasn't fresh and crusty, which is surely due to staying in the box for hours). The meat on the pizza tasted funky (as it was left unrefrigerated for hours I assume), so I had to throw the pizza away as I didn't want to get food poisoning. Waste of money and my time.

Ordered and paid for a pizza from their website for dinner, I then went to pick up my order and the store was closed. The sign out the front and the website both said the store was meant to be open for another hour. I called up the next day to ask if they could send me my order as I had already paid for it and was no longer able to pick it up. They took a while but they did finally agree to send a driver with my order. The drive is only around 20minuets but the driver they sent took over 50 minutes to deliver my food. Cold pizza <

I waited for 45minutes for our pizzas to be delivered when estimated time was 20-30 minutes. I then got a message from the Uber driver saying Crust Kew cancelled my order. I then called the shop who stated they tried to call me to tell me they had no ham. You read right…no ham!!! They did not try to call me either as I was watching the uber eats app the whole time on my phone keeping an eye on the order…..no call came through. Poor driver must have been annoyed too. Very Poor business skills, horrendous communication and hungry children.

Twice now I've ordered pizzas from crust. The peking duck pizza. The first time over the phone. I asked for no chilli, it came with chilli. Fortunately, I was able to pick it off. The second order for the same pizza, I did online. This time, I requested 'no chilli', the pizza had no chilli this time. The pizza itself was,like the other one, very nice. The dessert pizza was also very tasty. Very satisfied with price and taste. Highly recommend that you join the VIPP....VERY IMPORTANT PIZZA PERSON....'club' which Crust has entitling you to free delivery.

Crust made a mix up with our order, we rang to let them know and see if they could rectify, the response was no not tonight. I heard them having a conversation saying they had an order in our street and the response from the boss was bad luck, tell them no. If this is the response from the boss what standard is that setting for the staff. The quality of the food was also poor and I don’t think we will eat here again, businesses like this don’t last long. Try someone else over this place.

Ordered on line and when I arrived they had run out of pasta. How do you run out of pasta or continue to advertise it’s available??? The poor guy behind working there alone could only fulfill half of my order which isn’t ideal.... how do you go home with only half the items you ordered??? Nothing to do with the staff but the place is just poorly managed probably from the top down. Just an overpriced Dominos in regards to quality

There was just one person to make all the food. You have to wait a lot. The Korean chicken wings were not Korean chicken!!

Change in management in my opinion to the worst. I often order periperi pizza on a Friday night. The last couple of periperi orders were pretty average, substandard and not enjoyable. Tonights order is particularly disappointing. Chicken tasted old and too shredded. Not much on the pizza. Although I live close to Crust Kew, will order from a different Crust pizza in future. Would not recommend this place.

Genuinely the worst pizza I have ever eaten in my life. Crust was never a great pizza but were previously ok if convenient. This pizza was worse than frozen options from the supermarket. We also ordered a salad, there’s no way the leaves were within the use by date.

Absolute rubbish. The app did not work so I called to order. I was then told it was a $5 delivery fee. I explained the reason why I was calling was because the app was not working. I was then told again that it is working. No it is not working!! After using them for many years, never again. If you don't care for my business, expect me to tell many others of my experience.

Shocking service. Ordered pizzas for their delivery driver to take them to the same street in a different suburb on the other side of the city. Delivery driver pleaded with me to not call store to get fresh pizza which is ridiculous . Called and did get fresh pizza, however this experience has been shocking. This is the last time I’ll shop with crust.

Grrrr :( Our bottle of lemonade was not included with our order and the delivery driver was quite rude about it. He could not have cared less that he had forgotten it, and made no effort to resolve the issue. We won't be ordering from here again if it's that difficult for them to follow a simple order.

Friendly team, Mr.Shubham took my order over the phone, I ordered 8 pizzas on Sunday , excellent taste fast delivery, driver seemed very professional, Mr.Aman, he found my unit without hesitation, usually delivery guys struggle because my unit is kinda tricky to find because it's at rear kinda hidden behind driveway.

Excellent service, I told them it was my birthday and they gave me free bite sized brownies! Totally made my day and the food itself was delicious as always. Thank you for making my birthday a special one

The Good: Fast service, brought pizzas out to the car instead of me waiting inside, friendly staff, diverse menu, gluten free options. The Bad: Nearly $50 for two gluten free pizzas is quite steep, however the quality is there. Would recommend. Will be ordering Crust again in the future.

Probably the best pizza experience in town. There’s this tiny little girl/ woman - that makes the best Pizza . It’s like an an obsession with perfection as far as she is concerned. I have never had a bad experience ever here when she has made pizzas for me. Highly recommended!

Terrible service. I ordered a pizza online and it took 2 HOURS and multiple phone calls to get them to even deliver it, and to top that off it came to me cold and stiff as cardboard. It was also quite overpriced, not even considering the bad service.

Ordered a pizza for delivery to our hotel on Sunday evening . The pizza with requests was delivered steaming hot, within 20 mins to our door . Pizza was superb! The base was excellent. Best pizza I've had in Melbourne. Definitely coming again!

Quite hit or miss with crust pizza kew, sometimes its quick fresh delicious pizza. sometimes it can take over an hour or the order is slightly wrong. the pizza's good when it's right, which is more often than wrong.

Great pizza. If you want to order a pizza for delivery this is far superior to Dominos, Pizza Hut, Colombo's etc. Only downside of this particular branch is that the opening hours are a bit short on some days.

Tasty and quality! My daughter favourite is Margherita and my husband favourite pizza is Morocan lamb. We did order the same type of pizza from another franchises too but Crust pizzas are simply the best.

Had takeaway pizza's from here a few times now. Great flavour on the pizza's and kids pizza with apple juice is good value. Easy to order off the website and we eat them at one of the many local parks.

Stop accepting orders while you are closed you psychos. Like wasting people's time don't you?
