Absolutely worst pizza place - avoid at all costs!!! I have ordered here countless times (my mistake) as it is my local pizza shop and EVERY SINGLE TIME I order, they get my order wrong. I ask for a specific pizza (normal pizza without cheese…. not very difficult) due to ANAPHYLACTIC reasons and every single time I ENSURE I check the pizza before I leave and low and behold it is always wrong. Luckily I never leave without checking and their response is “Oh I didn't see it says no cheese. No big deal I'll make another one". I have had my pizza be incorrectly made FOUR TIMES in one order to which there was no apology, just rolled eyes and a laugh. I am not too sure how it is funny when a paying customer has to wait for 1 pizza to be made correctly 4 times….?

Pizza is good but they don’t know how to manage a disappointed customer. Just ordered a pizza through Uber eats, selected to add chilli flakes, but there is no option to select chilli flakes on the side. Therefore, I used the options comments to the kitchen and wrote “Chilli flakes on the side please”. The pizza arrived with chilli on the top, as a result I had an unhappy wife and daughter. Called the restaurant to ask for a solution but they just said is not their problem because comments from Uber eats are not in their docket. There is no way I could know comments don’t work. if a had known I would have ordered something else. There are other pizza places with better service.

Decent gourmet pizza place. Been ordering from here for a few years now, the peri peri chicken pizza is delicious. If you order on the website you earn points too so you get a free garlic bread and pizza every so often (although it's only a small pizza so you still have to spend $4 to upgrade it to large size). A few times they delivered the wrong pizza and happily sent out the correct pizza, so overall pretty good service.

Absolutely the best store much better than Newport store. I ordered Bolognese and a cheesy garlic bread. Bolognese serving was much bigger than the Newport store which was excellent and the cheesy garlic bread was overloaded with cheese which was excellent. Unlike the Newport store which only has two pieces of cheese on it. Practically I will definitely be returning to the store okay best service are ever and if they say 20 minute wait I recommend that you actually wait best food ever

My son and I loved crust a few years ago. They now seem to have cut the ingredients by half and have no interest in making a tasty pizza. This isn't just one outlet. This is my experience across a number of stores. They were great. They are now a place to stay well away from. I'll never go back. 3 special occasions in a row with terrible pizza. Not average actually terrible

This place or head office takes no care nor responsibility in customer's food allergy. I am allergic to shellfish and had an allergy reaction after eating their peking duck and peri peri chicken pizza. I told them about it and I feel they did not take full responsibility of this. If they can cross contaminate shellfish with duck and chicken pizzas, then vegan pizzas may have traces of meat, and gluten free pizzas may have traces of gluten.

I was visiting my daughter this evening and we ordered pizza from the Lane Cove branch, The food arrived quite quickly but it was not great. Both of the pizza bases were quite burnt, and the topping on mine was quite sparse. We did not call to complain as we were extremely hungry - we should have taken photos.

Being a big fan of Crust, I was surprised of the quality of pizza I got delivered from Crust Lane Cove tonight. I ordered the vietnamese chilli chicken and garlic herb squares. Both were quite dry and could taste or feel the melted cheese at all Very poor quality! I recently moved to lane cove and I must say the previous time when I was moving I ordered from lane cove which was pretty good quality.

I have been ordering from this place for a number of years and tonight is about the worst experience you could have with a company. They took my order, my payment details...AND NEVER DELIVERED....I'd say that's tantamount to theft...if they needed the money they could have asked but to steal it this way is just not on...and I am concerned that this may not have been the first time.

This place has great pizza, and I have to say anytime I've ever had an issue with an order the manager has always without hesitation corrected the issue and for that reason I will continue to give this place 5 stars. The pizza is excellent though highly recommend. Praise to the delivery drivers too for always making sure the pizza is delivered in a timely manner.

Pre ordered prior to the busy Grand Final period and it was delivered right on time and with a smile. Loved both the Peri Peri and Moroccan Lamb, so tady and plenty of ingredients. Crust certainly dominates it's competitors when it comes to flavour.

Pathetic tonight guys. Never consistent….some nights good, other nights (like tonight) the pizzas rocked up cold and hard like cardboard and burnt….1.5 hour wait. Really shocking. Don’t know why we keep going back, think we would have learnt our lesson after 2 years ahahah. Not that hard to make pizzas is it??

They delivered the wrong order with missing items. Tried calling many many times but noone even bothers picking our phone. Very disappointed!

We Ordered veg supreme pizza first time from this outlet . Pizza arrived cold , not even loaded with toppings properly . Crust Franchise has set guidelines to make every pizza upto mark , they dont even follow half of them . This franchise owner needs to pay attention and train his staff . Total waste

When you order online for pick-up & select a time 60 min in the future, confirmed by your system. To arrive at agreed time to learn they haven't even started on your order yet. So you stand around in the covid queue you were hoping to avoid for another 15 minutes. Your excuse was "we are busy".

My friend had her pizza taken and thrown on her by someone on drugs who was wandering around the streets outside the shop and the staff replaced the pizza for no extra cost, gave us icecream and helped us clean our friend up. The most amazing customer service!

Amazing customer service! I needed to arrange a large delivery order to a special location and the manager went above and beyond with assisting me with queries and even liaising with another store and the company's head office to rectify an error in my order.

Terrible customer service.. We have ordered vegetarian pizza and have given specific instruction to use new cutter instead of ones used to cut non vegetarian. We had past experiences of using non vegetarian cutters to cut vegetarian pieces

One of our favourite pizza places. We love their peri-peri chicken, smokey BBQ jackfruit and capriocciosa. Crust is usually our go-to restaurant on weekends when we’re too lazy to cook.

I order 3 pizzas (2 margarita and 1 hawaian) tonight. One margarita with extra cheese, so the pizza was exact same as the other one and still paid for the extra I didn’t get.

Great tasting pizza. Sometimes the wait can be a little long but if you call ahead you can negate this. The selection of different menu items is great.

Take away pizza place, their pizza is very delicious and staff is friendly. If takeaway pizza is your thing, this is the place to go in Lane Cove.

Food is great, but they get the orders wrong all the time.. very frustrating. Overal would not get pizza from there unless everything is shut.
