This place used to be amazing when they did the hand wash and I even drove from far to go exclusively there, but now that it has become automated it’s all gone downhill which is a shame. I was talked into some 10 washes outside and 5 outside/inside cleans that cost me a lot which I was actually quite happy to do, however, I was away for 3 months overseas and got quite ill upon my return with over a month stay in hospital. They have since changed the setup to be automated by a machine now which I absolutely do not want as it’s a $200k+ sports car, and told me that what I paid for has expired and is no longer honoured - even though I had already paid for it! Such a shame. The cleaning guys were always friendly and polite. Sometimes they would forget to tyre shine or wipe the water off from inside the doors but always did it once I pointed it out. I don’t see the problem if it’s something that has already been paid for. Safe to say I won’t be going back again..

Had terrible wash experience here. Washed my mates car at higher price and came out with dirty rims. Still spider webs under the wipers and mirrors still present (despite asking them nicely before hand ) Car is wet and just left in the sun to dry. Details not been taken care of. I initially thought they were just bias to us, because we look like two young students and barely knows how to drive (which is not true). Then I saw this mustang gt 15’ came out of the wash barely wiped. And just left in the hot midday sun to dry off. They purposely drove the car in to the sun. THEY LEFT THE CAR IN DRIVE AND SWITED IT OFF BEFORE PASSING IT BACK TO US. My mate then asked them to touch up the rims. They came back with towels and sprays but barely made a difference.

Do NOT have your car washed at Crystal Car Wash Kingsford. I took my car there recently to be washed. Albeit an old car, I look after it and know every scratch and dent it has on it. When my car was ready, I noted small chips of paint around the car that did not exist previously. When I mentioned this to the 'manager' of the business, I was told they must have been there before and went on to point out 'my car was old'. A fellow worker back him up. I insisted the damage was done by their drive through car wash, perhaps due to unmaintained old bristles. I can never prove this is the case, but I know their machine damaged my car. Avoid this car wash at all costs.

Initially poor customer service, wash and vacuum from two young boys. May be they though we are not fit to use their service. Return to car wash and spoke to Manager Ugesh, He fixed the problem and did a good work (5 star) in the car I guess, the staffs do the best but due to poor mannerism of certain staffs, the communication is broken. This leads to poor reputation of the business. Hope the business gets some good workers soon. It’s in a high potential area, better worth it.

"Minimum 1 hour" - that's what the attendant told me was the wait time for my car to be washed and dried - a service that used to take 15-20 minutes. There are 5 attendants all working on 1 car - why are they not better managed to work each on 1 car and move it more quickly through the process?? I asked if someone could be put onto my car to dry it so I could leave and the manager was rude. Really Do not recommend, I certainly won't be back.

They didn't wash my car's thoroughly. After the $55 exterior-interior wash, I can still see spider web on my lights and mirrors. There are still dirts and twigs and leaves in my car floor that are clearly visible and loose enough it can easily be vacuumed. The dashboard was not thoroughy wiped either, I can still see dust and stains here and there. For the price I paid, the cleaning performance was quite lazy.

Went here the other week and got the cheapest option of the exterior + interior clean. They did an incredible job, with at least 3 guys all working on it at the same time. The cafe wasn’t great by any stretch but there was a comfy couch to sit on whilst I waited, and the quality of the service made up for it easily! So speedy, and my car hasn’t been this clean inside for years

Paid $89 for interior and exterior. Exterior was fine. But interior job was awful. Sand still remained on floor, and side of seats, aircon vents still dusty, which were the areas I asked them to focus on for me. Really disappointed. Especially after paying $89. Staff were friendly, but just god awful cleaning job. You can do better at a servo with gold coins.

Use to be so great here but has gone downhill badly in service and quality. $55 now to have a machine wash your car followed by an average vacuum and dry. Coffee shops gone and forget about manors or friendliness I asked a staff member how long my car will be and he replied “what?” Don’t bother!

Prepaid for car washes. Was never given a proper invoice or when it expired. 12 months to use it at a time when gift vouchers are now 36 months. Lost two car washes credit and they couldn’t care less. Sent an email to query 3 days ago through through their website with no response.

Very average results for a $150 clean and polish. They didn't try and polish out the marks from bird droppings or dead bugs on the front bumper. Other light marks that you would expect a polish to remove, were still in place. I don't think there is any motivation to do a good job.

Atleast just wash my car properly, only one half of the entire cars panels cleaned. The rest has swirl marks across the entire vehicle. I won't come back for fixing scratches if that's what you're trying to play at. Don't waste peoples money or time. You will never succeed in life

Please don’t waste people time and money, either clarify or don’t put the description as mentioned with the price, i choose a $55 one but nothing especially( did just vacuum and body was by $55) as mentioned as it is. The mirrors looks horrible after an hr. Totally disappointed.

I need a full detail for the car before selling it, and the team at Crystal Car Wash Kingsford absolutely nailed it. The car is like new, inside and out, money well spent - wish I did it earlier for myself …

Wish I had taken a before and after. They did an amazing job on a car that was thoroughly dirty outside and in (plant moving and beach escapades). Thanks so much for the level of time and effort spent.

Dont waste your money. I took my Subaru Forester in a while ago & it came back with cobwebs externally, completely missed vacuum areas, grit still well visible. Staff werent particularly friendly also.

$80 to clean a hyundai iload way overpriced, one star for the smart arse attitude when I questioned the amount, Budget Carwash Botany Rd Mascot $49 go figure …

Hand car wash but never put shop on car just put water and wipe with the clothes and done and really bad customer service if I can do less then one star I will
