I used to go here. The staff is biased. They dont greet everyone. Sit and watch who they greet. I asked the “dentist” about how my 3 year old should brush. Top and bottom. Where the tongue rests also. He told me no. He looked me dead in my face and told me “he doesnt need to brush where the tongue rests”. Im not sure where he got his degree from. He also referred me to a place where they are experimenting on the elderly. The place he referred me to told me, without hesitation (after one xray), stated that i needed a root canal surgery. I got a second opinion from a dentist in orange county and that DENTIST gave me an mri and saw NO NEED for surgery. I knew then that this place was a joke and i stopped allowing them to play in my and my familys mouth. I wish i could remember the other place but i did file a grievance with both places since the elderly are more trusting. I wish this place would get shut down, its untrustworthy. Update since “dr” replied: i worked for the school district and my insurance was capable of sending me to a TRUSTWORTHY dentist in orange county, where they didnt attempt to charge me $250 for an mri (instead of insisting i needed a root canal based on an xray).

Dr. Alex is the best in the game! This is my second time around getting Invisalign ( after a bad experience with a different doctor nearby). My case was very difficult and complicated. I visited multiple offices for a consultation and most dr’s didn’t want to take on my case. I met with Dr. Alex and immediately knew he was the one to trust. He was unbelievably knowledgeable, professional, and charismatic. He set the proper expectations and followed through every step of the way. Fast forward 2 years later… I FINALLY have my DREAM smile! I can’t thank Dr. Alex, Liz, Alma and the rest of your team enough! I truly recommend his practice

I visit LA a few times a year because I really trust Dr Alex.I had a great experience from start to finish.I went in for a consultation for invisalign to being finished with it now, Dr. Alex and his staff always made me feel welcomed and cared for. The service has been ok. I have a lot of work needed and can be quite expensive. The Dr is always nice. Staff is ok as well it has change from when I first went there years back. I obviously new staff. Nothing special to be honest for me to stick to this office. My last appointment Dr was working on putting a crown but he kept complaining I didn’t have molars in the back and needed to put a post. He seemed kind of frustrated but that is why I’m there at the office to work on it little by little with his help. I understand his frustration but he shouldn’t accept this work if he didn’t want to work this type of cases.

Absolutely amazing staff. They are so welcoming. I had a ridiculous amount of dental work done. Multiple implants, crowns, a root canal, and bi annual cleanings. Dr. Alex is genuine, caring, and compassionate. He always looks out for my best interest and recommends cost effective and affordable treatments and solutions. His professionalism and expertise always exceed my expectations. All the hygienists and staff are also very caring, and compassionate. There are many different options and programs to help make payments more manageable. Not one bad thing to say here! Highly recommended.

Dr. Moradzadeh and his staff have been wonderful with my son who is disabled . Administration is always organized and responsive. Dental services are superior. Communication is always thorough. We have been coming to Dr. Alex for several years. My son always receives caring and understanding treatment. Over the years he has gotten much better at dealing with his treatment and I believe much of this is due to Dr. Alex and staff training and compasion. We will keep making the drive to the office even though it is a distance from our home.

Thank you Crystal Dental! This was the best experience at a dentist office I have ever had. I am a new patient and I brought my 4yo daughter in as well. From the kind front desk ladies, to the techs, to Dr. Alex, everyone was incredibly kind and gentle. I was really concerned about going to see the dentist because it had been a long time and my previous experiences were not good ones. Dr. Alex and his staff explained everything clearly to me and gave me several options for treatment.

I could not be more please with Dr. Alex and Dr. Aminpour. They completed extensive procedures on my dad including bone grafts, tooth extractions, multiple implants, crowns and a bridge. Everything went smooth without complications and his teeth look better than I imagined. My dads so happy! Needless to say I trust them both. Both doctors explain everything in perfect detail and continuously put me at ease. If you need some serious professional dental work they are your guys.

They are amazing here! Took my daughter in for an extraction and starting with the front desk, the ladies are nice, Liz was awesome, she kept my daughter calm and she was very empathetic while doing my daughter's cleaning. Went for a cleaning but instead of cleaning my teeth they referred and suggested unnecessary procedures costing several hundred dollars. Got my insurance covered cleaning elsewhere. This place is a money grab operation charging you hidden fees and getting referral fees for sending you to get unnecessary services done.

The dentist is such an awesome guy! He is very kind and informs people about their procedures and educates patients on how to take care of their teeth! The dental assistants are so approachable and super cool! I hate dentists, but this is the first dentist where I do not feel anxious at all! I would 100% recommend.

This place is fantastic. It's reasonably priced but you still get individualized attention. I've never had a dentist who does the entire cleaning himself. He spends at least 15 minutes with you, answering questions and giving feedback. Highly recommend!
