Was going to use a storage company closer to my home, but their office was closed and they used remote management. Went to CubeSmart and Debbie was very informative, gave me a guided tour, and worked with me on the best rental for me. Dan later helped me get moved in. Our daughter attends the Univ of Tampa, and we needed a storage unit to store her belongings. I was very nervous since we are out of state. The staff there was amazing. I felt very comfortable leaving our belongings there. The monthly rate is doable for our budget. We will be returning in May 2024.

I've been scatterbrained and Debbie has been very understanding when scheduling the moving truck, she's been wonderful!! Dan was fantastic with getting me settled with the truck when I came into the store and helping get into the unit itself, everything is clean and secure highly recommended!!!
