Very very bad customer service the worst i have ever seen in hampstead , i went with my children, their shoes have some mud, the lady in the shop got very angry, ask us if we could clean it up or leave the shop. A shop that sell child shoes have no patient or understanding, Even i said sorry, if i could clean it up, she said please leave, she ll clean it up. It was before covid more then a years ago, i ll never visited this shop again. There might have some stuff have a very good customer service, it might not be far to said they are bot good, but my friend who have the same kind of experience in this shop.
Bad customer service. I am a first time mom and don’t know much about first baby shoes, as I was suggesting shoes the working lady was replying negatively as if I should be aware of all about shoes. Then she saw my little one’s shoes and said that her shoes aren’t good for her (spoiler: my baby just started walking and I put those shoes just to sit in the pram with to keep her feet warm) and after all she shouldn’t be commenting on my babies shoes in that bad manner! Go visit the shop if you want to lower down your self esteem in parenting otherwise, stay away from this store.
Awful customer service. Went in with my two year old, shop assistant didn’t even acknowledge us. I politely asked if, when she was free, she would measure our daughters feet. She didn’t even let me finish my sentence and snapped that she was with one. I said that I had specifically said when she was free. I left - I do not want someone like that anywhere near my toddler and I would not be parting with my hard earned cash there. Absolutely awful atmosphere. Go to the kids shoe shop in east Barnet village instead where you will be met with a smile and professionalism.
Terrible service! I visited with my baby and 7 year old who had (thanks to the pandemic) no memory of going to a shoe shop and was hence quite overwhelmed at all the colourful shoes. The service was poor and we were made to feel like a nuisance. The attendants had no patience with my kids and were unfriendly. I wrote to the shop after as I was so shocked at their treatment of us but didn’t get a reply. I certainly won’t be going back there!
Don't really know how to give service for customers. I already bought a shoe and came back after 4 days to try a different size. we felt like we were disturbing because the shoes wasn't good and And in the end, instead of trying a different shoe or a different size, we simply asked for a refund because it was not pleasant to stay there. A depressing children's store!! Good luck
shocking customer service from the older shop attendant. our child was crying in the shop due to the anxious of being measured however the older shop attendant was giving us face and wanting us to leave the shop immediately because she cried too loud. Sadly not many kids shops around and that shop keeper is working almost everyday. Owner should get rid of that shop keeper.
Monica was outstanding — very helpful in fitting my toddler for his first pair of shoes. She gave me lots of good advice on the type of socks to wear, how to check for a good shoe fit, and so on. I could swear my child is walking better now that he has the proper shoes!
Lovely child friendly shoe shop. Staff are super patient and know their stock. They measure the child's foot accurately. NB. No loo on site if your child needs to spend a penny, they send you over the road!!
Beautiful selection of shoes and Excellent service. Staff were very kind, patient and attentive to my anxious child. They were also very professional and honest with their fitting. Highly recommend
I was a bit reticent as the reviews are either brilliant or terrible - but I went yesterday with my 3 year old and found the shop and team lovely. I was given quick and straightforward advice.
Very poor customer service. I would have liked to support local shops, but due to our negative experience with the shop owner and staff, will no longer frequent.
Amazing staff who are very good with kids. Great customer service. Superb range of shoes for kids of all ages. The staff is very knowledgeable in shoe fitting.
friendliest childrens shoe shop I’ve ever been to, staff are very helpful. Every shoe is uniquely adorable and is fitted to the best of comfort.
