This salon only looks good but you get the same quality of service you get at your neighborhood salon. The owner mohamed elsoury and the workers are dishonest and not transparent at all. They tell you stuff and then change it and keep whispering to each other without telling you what’s going on. I walked in and talked to Mohamed Elsoury about the possibility of doing keratin and color the same day. I told him if you can’t do both then I care more about the color not the keratin. He waved to one of the workers to prepare for keratin and told me we will be doing highlights after. Half way through the treatment I asked the workers to please remind him that we still have to do the highlights. The worker came back and told me no not today because you have to come back tomorrow. I talked to Mohamed again and told him didn’t you promise? He rudely shouted at me that he has to go back home. I told him weren’t you the one to promise? He agreed to do it again and wait and asked his workers to finish quickly. When I finished the treatment I found out he left the salon without even telling me. When I asked the workers to check the material they will be using for the keratin, they showed me a bottle and said they will be using it on both my hair and my daughter’s hair. When my daughter was done I found out they used a different material on hair without even asking me. They treat you as if you don’t have the right to see what they will be using or how much of it. Dishonest, rude, disrespectful and overpriced without any real technical knowledge like other respectable hair salons

The worst place to die your hair take my advice don’t go there i went to dye my hair with mohamed el soury and told them that at reception and they entered me and found another one came and i told him no iwant el soury so he told me don’t worry he told him what to do and will el soury will continue with me so i said ok. Then the boy dyed my roots and at the step of bleaching I thought el soury will come and he didn’t come as he was dying the hair of another girl and the one who was bleaching my hair i am sure he don’t have any experience as he let the bleaching material at my hair for 2 hours and i was telling him it will affect my hair and he was answering no don’t worry we use a different material and it will not affect your hair. Of course he was laying as i noticed from second day i my hair is damaged and I didn’t even get the color i want on my hair or even close.

I visited this Salon 3 times following their Instagram page and ppl’s reviews to do a specific hair color with the owner Mohamed Elsoury, every time I go he tells me I am supervising one or another and he will do it for you, 3 times to adjust the color as I want with Mohamed and no luck. I went today to give myself and give them another chance called before I reached to check if he is there and available the guy n the phone told me no reservation, Mohamed is on his way. But when I reached there he called him and told me he is sleeping coming 2:00 pm while I was there 11:20, wait for him for 3 hrs?!!! Will never repeat this experience!

I was very excited at first about this salon opening up because it's clean and they were fast and efficient but as all the other places, when it got popular in the area they started double booking people and not caring about their customers. I waited for half an hour to do my nails and no one told me when I'll be doing them when I complained the lady told me you have to wait for another half an hour. So disappointment, the only reason I'd go back is because the stylist who cuts my hair does a great job.

Horrible place and worst experience. My daughters gel polish peeled after 4 days while travelling, she couldnt remove of course and at the same time they looked so cheap. The manager and all the staff are the most careless and rude staff i have ever seen anywhere and refused to even apologize or refund or complement in any way, they kept lying one after the other!! If you plan to go, dont!!

Definitely would not recommend a manicure (or what they call a pedicure in Cairo) at Curls in midtown mall. I wanted to clean up my cuticles and dead skin off my nails as I've been biting them. She did a rudimentary job cleaning up the top of the nails. There was so much skin left, it was a mess. And I'm bleeding from half my fingers. Just waiting to get infections on both hands

Too expensive with nothing special, a simple hair dye definitely isn't worth 1600 L.E especially when the color turn out to be uneven. I definitely won't be going back to that place & I don't recommend it to anyone, it's nothing like the Instagram posts they brag about!

I hated my hair I looked like an old lady. They are not professional In playing with colors they did very light ombree that looked almost white on my dark hair. My hair was not healthy afterwards that I had to cut it. I would never go back to this place.

Very proffissonal , mohamed is amazing , good staff , clean and well trained , but the one in the reception very rude and had attitude issues which made me decrease my rank to 3 stars while they desrve 5 with out him.

The worst experience, i asked for a curly hair and paid for a curly hair but i got a wavy one and didn't last even for an hour. My hair was too dry i donno what kind of shampoo and conditioner they are using
