Click and collect is still disorganised. Turn up and follow the website instructions to say you're there and find your Number 1 in the queue. Wait ten minutes in an empty shop until an assistant goes to see where your item is. Another five minutes pass and she goes to check again and five minutes later your item comes out.

I was looking for a new laptop and came away with everything I needed. I was served by Savy who was very knowledgeable, patient and super helpful in finding me the right laptop. He spent a good 30 minutes with me, answered all the questions I had and seemed like he genuinely wanted to help. Would highly recommend.

Went to get some ink cartridges for my computer printer. Staff were very helpful and showed me where all the inks were. Unfortunately they didn't have individual colours (I wanted yellow), so I had to buy a full pack. Saves me another trip later
