On Saturday 2nd December 2023 I bought a Currys Essentials Black & White C20FHW20 Fan Heater in store. Cold weather had set in and I lived locally so I thought it was a quick and convenient purchase. The heater died on 12th January 2024 – 40 days later. The light still came on but the fan didn’t spin and no heat came out of it. On returning it to Currys I was directed by the manager to stand in a queue to process a replacement. After 30 minutes the queue still hadn’t moved and I still had 4 people in front of me. This means that it would have taken me at least another 2 hours to get a refund processed for a heater that cost me £24. It's a shame really because there were numerous other staff on the shop floor doing nothing but twiddling their thumbs, just only a few people on the Customer Service section. On returning to the main tills the manager again directed me back to the queue. When I told him that I wasn’t going to stand in a queue for 2 hours for something that cost £24 he told me that the only option then was for me to purchase another as a replacement and took great pleasure in charging me again for a rubbish product. My strong advise is NOT TO SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH CURRYS. Amazon will get a product to you the next day and you don’t risk loosing hours of your life to an inept antiquated system. If they carry on like this I am sure they will be out of business soon anyway. Any warranty you might have had will be worthless accordingly… Just my 10 cents...
I purchased a television online to collect the order from the brixton store, when I arrived to collect an employee was being very disrespectful to the other employee an Indian lady. this guy who was very disrespectful to the Indian lady after I waited for 20 minutes came to serve me I told him that I didn't want to be served by him because you can't look at a person's face and smile when he is acting inelegant with a person who could be his mother I asked to be attended to by another employee And then he started shouting at me. there was one more employee and the Indian lady who were very respectful and tried to help me and the other customers who were there. As for the television I bought at Currys, it's very good, five star quality, but because of an employee. Unfortunately, I would think twice before collecting any product from this store if that employee still continues to work.

The customer server is good; depending on which of the staff you speak with. The store is clean and well organized. The pricing is also very affordable and they have excellent payment options.
There was a staff member who dismissed my mum's question and left her. It was a yes or no question. She would have known if she just listened. I understand she might have been busy due to the low number of staff but there were about 5 other customers including us and they were all browsing.

False advertising. I paid 199 pounds for this smart watch in the end. Even if the price in the shop looks different. Sorry from you guys, is not enough. That’s Currys in Brixton.
Shop assistants don't assist. Very rude. I can understand bad days but a minimum is required. People playing with their phones and minding their own business. Very well done.
It’s a definitely a place I’d like to visit again. The staff were very friendly, well informed and happy to help. One particular made my crack my ribs while laughing!
I love shopping at currys. Customers services, excellent. Buy and pay later, discount sales too.
