I brought 4 appliance from curry’s Wembley on the 15th may 2023 of which one of them being a free standing cooker (electric) flavel /beko. Ever since I have problem with the oven. At the beginning I thought maybe it the setting and etc however that was not the case. The oven does not cook evenly whether it baking or cooking. So on the 1st May I called curry’s and explain this problem to one of curry’s members who pass me on to someone else and like that I was pass on to 4 different member and had to explain myself to all those people without get any solution. Worst part was no one was communicating with each other therefore I had to explain the entire problem and purchase and address store code and etc with each person. Highly unprofessional behaviour. Anyways I spoke to Beko and explain to them the problem that the Hob and grill works perfectly fine but the oven does not cook evenly burning the top layer. They said they will send an engineer to check it I did explain to them that I do not think it anything electrical problem as the rest of cooker is working but it just the oven. But they said they will have to send out an engineer before making any decisions and if they can’t find any electrical fault then I will be charge £55. So the engineer came on 4th May and check, and said there is no electrical fault however he does not know why the oven is not baking evenly, and also mentioned that some ovens are not for baking, to which I do not agree, as I have not paid £419 for any display oven which I can not use. I call beko again and they told me since the engineer didn’t find any fault I have to paid £55. To which he only leave me with one option is that I pay that engineer and they will book me another engineer to come and check my cooker again, maybe they could find fault and again if they don’t find anything I will have to pay them £55. which I refused as I will only pay if my issues get sorted I am not crazy to keep throwing money to people as these big companies scamming and traumatising customers, as they clearly know the outcome of it. So when I didn’t agree to pay he told me to go back to curry’s as they can not do anything further. Coming to the main problem since 5th May I have been talking to curry’s and I have been pass on to so many member which I have lost count to. And explaining say problem again again. All this process is exhausting and each person tell me different thing. Then one of your which actually took time to understand what I’m saying has suggested that she will book and engineer from curry’s and they come and check and if they can’t fix the problem they will sign it as light off so I can get a replacement. However she was not able to book the engineer and ask me to go to the Wembley store and try to book it from there which is easier option. So I when on the 6th May and explain everything again to the customer service desk and he wrote email to someone to investigate and said will get back to me on 9th. However I have not heard anything back and I tried calling Wembley branch but not possible and called curry’s customer and same pattern repeated and no one know anything disputed of me tell them to check the details on the system and you would understand but they tell me there is nothing on the system. This is a joke such a big company and very under trained staff. As it been more than 2 weeks and I have no help or solutions whatsoever, honestly I have a feel they do this in purpose so the customer get so annoyed and just leave arguing and accept the rubbish that they have paid fortune for. Highly disappointed, at this rate I am not interested any further services beside getting a replacement or a return from curry’s as it been worse phase of my life dealing with curry’s.

I have brought 3 laptops over the last six months, two of the chargers are broken, went to the tech desk, to be told I must be forcing the charger in, I responded with, its a circle how can I be forcing it, I was told to try and straighten the pin myself, or buy a new charger, not happy with this. I requested to speak to a manager, The tech guy told me what he looked like and he was on the floor, so I went to find him and he also informed me that. I should just buy one because if he sends it off, I will be charged as chargers are not covered... ever!!! I tried to make him understand this is a problem with the charger, not the user's, but he didn't want to hear it, asked for his head office details, I sent four emails in a week with no response. I then went on their website and brought a refurbished charger for next day delivery, one week later after several emails chasing my purchase, to be told the reason was royal mail strikes , even though I could see it hadn't been dispatched. So reluctantly I went back to the store to get a charger, to be told they only do universal chargers, to the sum of £49, I said I just want the charger for my laptop, guess what they don't sell them anymore.. When I told the manager, clearly this is a manufacturer issue, he told me, if it was they would be withdrawn, how will they ever know, if they won't even take your details, very poor aftercare, after spendin £3k on laptops, I will never use this company again.

The good. Currys' prices are competitive and if you've a store that's local, the opportunity to get your hands on a kitchen appliances can't be replaced with an online purchase. So get in, get tactile with the white goods and quickly work out which features matter and so narrow down your choices. The bad. Don't expect the staff to be particularly well-informed or engaging. Their ability to add value over and above the list of features on the goods is limited. Better if you can convert the features (like Energy efficiency, capacity, manufacture's guarantee...) into benefits and conduct your own appraisal for short listings and selection. The ugly. You select a high quality item with a 5 year manufacturer's guarantee. The Currys staff then try and sell you the Currys' 5 year guarantee for £80 by telling you that the manufacture's parts and labor guarantee isn't as good as their engineers may not turn up for a month! Why exactly would you sell and promote a product with a longer-than-average guarantee only to trash it the instant a purchase is made? Maybe it's the commission incentive? Yeah, that's pretty much it. The sad bit is that if my parents had been there on their own they would've taken out the duplicate policy and been £80 poorer.

Worst case scenario Worst experience I ever had with curry and carphone. My phone delivered at Wembley curry store. They called me on Friday and said system is not working today so you can’t collect phone today. I said okay i will collect my phone on Sunday and it’s my partner’s birthday so I want to give this phone as a gift to her. When i arrived at store one staff just standing outside of store and said system not working you can’t buy anything but if you want you can go in and have a look. I bought one phone from here before as well and i went in store for 3 times cz they don’t know how to use online contract system. And it’s happened again. Called customer care and they just said can’t do anything right now !! I said you ruined my day and if i cancel my order now then they will charge me because phone delivered in store. How it can possible phone is in store and I can’t take it still i an paying for it. Worst service i have ever seen in my life. Staff is so rude never seen it before

I went to this currys because of a problem with my phone. It was faulty and didnt work whenever someone would call. I went and a young girl said i needed my id so i went home and 1 week later went back. There i was told to speak to a middle aged man called Shiva. From the moment i saw me because of my hijab he was unproffesional and rude. I told him that there was a problem with my phone and he said i was lying and that he cant exchange the phone. I told hm multiple times that its not always like this and he said i was lying. Because i was muslim he said this to me. No matter what i did he wouldnt listen. He instead of listening was on his phone chewing gum and ignoring me. THE workers do not care at all for customers. My daughter even explained to him yet he would not listen. I then asked for the manager and he said he couldnt do anything becuase he is not in charge of phones. Shiva should get fired. I am never going to this digusting Currys again. DO NOT GO HERE

First of all any reviews that are positive and with 3 or more stars are likely to be fake , any 1 star are the true review and I’m one of them , this store is runs by muppets they they have a manager name Stuart and he has no interest in his job and customers are nothing to him , they is another man in the back of the store customer service and returns his name is Mike and he is even worse he will hates customers he doesn’t like his job at all I think terrible person . Can’t believe run thieve stores with these muppets people spend lot of money with curry’s , any store you walk in you will get ignored by these muppets they don’t want to help or serve anyone they are just like display in the shop . Not spending money from these muppets

Poor customer service. Waiting for ages whilst staff talk amongst themselves. I thought I lost my laptop charger so I went to buy one just in case. I told them I might not need it. Staff then opened it up to check it was the right one. I was not informed that I would not be able to return it after this. They did this before I bought it. I then found my charger and attempted to return it. Told because ‘I’ opened it I couldn’t return it. Staff member was very rude and hostile. I honestly couldn’t believe his attitude. He told me I chose to buy it opened and he didn’t care. I complained on the website who apologised and told me I would hear from the store within 24 hours. I heard nothing.

It was almost closing time and the members of the stuff were bored . If you ask for help quite difficult. I was there to buy an automatic caffee machine. All the labels on the shelves display the fact that all the products come with 3 years warranty nut when I get to the till I've been told that is not true and in fact all the products come with one year manufacturing warranty. Some of the labels show that if you buy a caffee machine you get up to 150 free caffee pods but no member of the stuff can help me to find out how this offer actually work.

Visited this place this morning to purchase a dishwasher. Waited for over 45 minutes to be seen. When I was called by one of the staff to discuss about the dishwasher, the manager interrupted saying there are 7 people in queue waiting. Firstly I would like to say that the manager need to learn some manners and not interrupt while being served and Secondly there is nothing written in the store that one has to stay in queue to be served. I don’t think I would ever visit this place anymore as to how I was treated today.

purchased a laptop from Curry's, i must say that Mr Simon and Mr Mike were so helpful to us because being an international student it was difficult for us to choose a pocket friendly and to sort what all we needed Mr Simon explained each features he was so down to earth it was a pleasant meeting him and having a wonder full customer service provided by him . Mr Mike setted up my laptop and briefed all the information .

  • Dorota K

How many visits does it take to deliver, install and recycle a washing machine? Apparently 4... Seeing all the bad reviews here I'm less surprised now. Ludicrous service really, stuff lying just to get away, no real solutions and help. If only after all the trouble and waiting around for them it was at least installed properly... Good luck to you if you're reading this and planning on buying from them!

Currys is really beginning to show it’s age. I went in to look at some Ring products and was bitterly disappointed. Nothing is setup to test or see. They just have dummy plastic shells supersuper glued and wired to display tables. As you can’t really test anything other than TVs and laptops, for smaller items, you are essentially going to a warehouse to hand over your money without testing.

  • Jimmy Sandhu

Vimal was very helpful, we told him we Carly what and why we required a new TV for and the desk size where it will site, he went and got a measurement device and narrowed us down to 2 televisions , he explained the pros and cons of each clearly and we went with the Lg with extended warrantee as it made sense for £30 a year Ask for vimal if you want super helpful and knowledgable service

  • P N

Mike in repairs was amazing. The customer service at Currys is shameful, unhelpful, back chatting, don't care attitude, chip on their shoulder attitude and disrespectful. They haven't had any training so that makes a customer's experience even worse. Plus their repair prices to replace laptop parts are overpriced. I asked for a repair, not a new laptop. I am absolutely flaming

  • Connor Deeley

Shyam is an asset to this store. Collected my PC Saturday, and he brought it out promptly and I wasn't in store for long, unfortunately it was faulty, took it back in and he helped me again the day after with a full refund. Incredible customer service which is refreshing to see, especially after knowing myself how retail staff are treated. Good job

  • Tracey-Anne

I quite like the lay out of this store, some great products on sale and on offer too. I visited with my daughter where she had to exchange something. The member of staff at customer service was nice however, he left us waiting for quite a while whilst he dealt with another customer in between. Not what I expected. I will still return though, worth a visit

  • B. P

Bought an under the counter fridge yesterday and Jignesh provided amazing costumer service, and helped me load up the fridge in the car, which wasn't an easy task as I have a small car and it barely fit inside, but he helped me and we managed to load it up. Happy with the product as well, will be coming back here for any and all electrical appliances.

  • Walid Fakhouri

This places sells electronics and similar products. The temperature inside the store was satisfactory. The layout and organisation of products was adequate. The floor was really clean. There was no music playing inside, so you might feel bored. No second floor either, it’s only one floor! Ridiculous! I would visit other and bigger branches next time.

  • Paul Thomas

I like currys(love it) But why have they taken a third of certain stock off the shop floor All headphones are now replaced with pictures and some portable speakers now not on display I have bought loads of product from here after testing it Now some items you can't test before buying Headphone have a card with picture saying take to till

  • Vikrant Biswakarma

Its a big store but they were out of stock of all the products that I needed and the delivery dates were like after 2 weeks....with a hefty deliver fee. I went with a competitor who got everything delivered the next day with only a fraction of the delivery charge. Really needs some improvements on enchacing customer experience.

  • Ahmed Zaghou

I visit Currys Wembley Park store frequently and I have noticed and I happen to come across a staff member called Neil, who is very helpful, polite, and always goes out of his way to answer my queries and find items that are not on th shelf! Wanted to say thank you Neil for your dedication and great customer support service!

  • Anurag Sharma

Horrible experience. They cancelled my online order. When I asked if i can purchase in store, they said there is no internet. Evoucher balance will be refunded only after 5 days. Wait until then. They don’t care about customer’s need, and that is why some old system which does not even work. Rude staff.

  • Marta Gieracz Taieb

I went to Currys to buy TV, but unfortunately I left with nothing. Staff was unable to assist me with my purchase. The only one member of staff available was unable to answer my questions. The luck of knowledge about the products they sell, availability of products was shocking.

  • Anthony Ritch

It's okay. Basic array of electrical items. Not as well stocked as some of the biggest stores in London. It does have a reasonable but limited selection of domestic appliances, computers, etc. You'll be disappointed if you want a full on gadget browsing experience though.

  • Tom Saunders

Great customer service, Stuart the store manager was incredibly helpful in sorting out an issue I had with a duplicated order online. Greeted me as I came in and I was in and out within a few minutes, feeling a lot better about the situation.

  • Sus Alderbs

This is the 3rd time I go there and that branch got a person called Neil. I believe he was sort of a manger who don't do a dot, other than standing on the entry and walking around. I thought he was a security man. Same action and attitude

  • Queen Catalaya

Customer service is terrible and they are liars!!! My husband bought me a birthday gift and in store he was assured that I could open it at home and if I did not like it then we could return it. Now we are being told we cannot return it

  • Hazel Garcia

Ordered online. Item came on said date. This was followed by a customer telephone call asking if purchase had arrived on time and if I was happy with service. Discussed cheap monthly payments should goods fail can be fixed or replaced.

  • Naitik Prajapati

To be very honest, The Currys situated in wembley park is absolutely fine ..I specially thank to Mr mike as he solved my laptop problem eventhough I bought from south ruislip currys as they couldnt solve my problem Thank you Mike

  • Lance Williamson

Atrocious service both from floor staff and till. Staff were aimlessly wandering around with nothing to do yet when I asked for assistance the look I received told me I was interupting someone's vital daydream. Fix up or sign on!

  • ciobanu cezar

On website was shown that i can buy and collect my order in the same day...i waited more than one day and a half my order didn't arrive in the store i didn't get any email about cancelling or shipping problems.

  • A . L

Such a boring place, I drove 40 minutes in hope to find something in that shop. All you can see is washing machines, ovens, fridge freezer’s and small amount of TVs… ain’t worth the drive. Oh and expensive too!

  • Shahaana Baluck

Shoutout to the heroes of the day, Stuart and Sarah. They fixed my phone, which stubbornly froze just minutes before the weeknd concert, which had all our tickets on. A massive thank you to the both of them

  • Delyth B

Really badly run store; very few items in stock, staff seem to want to do as little work as possible and just keep passing customers around. I'd recommend to avoid and go to John Lewis (or order online!)

Makes 0 sense that a product ordered online can't be returned in person. I'm literally going there, saving Currys money on having to pay for return shipping.
