Ordered a charging cable online to collect same day from this store. I get the confirmation message saying that I can come and collect, so I leave the house and get to the store shortly afterwards. When I go to collect my cable, I get told that the one I had ordered and paid for online was not in stock. What an outrage! No form of communication was attempted prior to my arrival to let me know of this - and why did I get a confirmation message telling me to collect?! An absolute waste of my time, and fuel from the extra driving I had to do, as I ended up having to travel an extra hour to another Curry’s store to get it, as it was an urgent purchase, hence why I chose Curry’s to purchase from!!! I know for a FACT that I will not be shopping at this store again.

Curry's is a place where I go for the majority of my electrical goods, requirements and needs. They have a large selection of home appliances, mobiles and computers and gaming needs. They do have a price comparison policy, find it cheaper somewhere else and you prove it they match it, so no worries thinking you get it cheaper else where. The guys are friendly and try to help as well as well as they can. On my last occasion the person trying to help me was not knowledgeable at all on TV's , but I was more upset with her attitude than her knowledge. Thankfully, the manager came to my rescue and saved the day with he's knowledge and politeness and got the sale and my needs taken care of. Thank you Faysal

Absolutely disgusting service at this store. You have hundreds of electronic and a few people working at the store who are never available. By the time they approach you, honestly they know 0 knowledge about any electronic at their store. When I asked what is the difference between QLED and OLED the guy was mumbling absolutely garbage. Also, they have on display item that are not in the store which is ridiculous for example the A320 side stick. It has been on display for approximately 2 years and I am not exaggerating. I know I can get it from Amazon but pretty annoying to see the same item and never in stock.

The Worst Custumer Service Don't believe these shop after sales and Promotion Teams.. They will give some offers while purchasing and later they will not send those. I bought a laptop on black friday promotion and offered free subscription. When I collected the item they said they will send it by e-mail and after the said time frame expired I called them many time but each time they replied it will be next day.. But it is almost more than a month Nothing received.. I will never buy anything from them. If they offered anything, collect same time of delivery.. Pls Don't trust them!!!

Writing to appreciate Indu she might not even be aware that she helped me with the collection so smooth and it was done in 3 minutes. I arrived quite late almost closing time but Indu still welcomed me and helped me with the collection. I was a bit concerned as I travelled one hour to this place fearing things others mentioned on Google map might happen. Just want to say unfortunate things do happen but the staff I believe they are doing the best.

I give this 5 stars just for Claudia (senior manager). I had the pleasure of interacting with Claudia, and her acting was truly professional and outstanding. Claudia's kindness, support, and helpfulness exceeded my expectations. Her dedication to customer satisfaction reflects positively on the entire shopping experience. I highly commend Claudia for her exceptional service and leadership. I have not seen any manager like her before.

Incredibly incompetent staff. I came here to collect a phone bought online, and they made me wait for a long time (actually, I'm still here after 30 minutes), while they attend other customers. They told me to go to a part of the store and wait there, then they forgot about me. Then when I complained they couldn't care less. I get the impression they have something against customers who buy online. Never again!

I had the best experience at this branch of Currys a few months and this was all thanks to staff member Grace. My sister and I were looking for a fridge and Grace went above and beyond her role to help us find our perfect fridge. She was kind, caring and just a pleasure to talk to. Thank you Grace for all the help and P.S. we are enjoying our beverage centre very much!

Frank on the repair desk was incredibly helpful when I brough my laptop in - he spent a lot of time with me finding the details of my plan and going through the diagnostic tests before sending it off - really helpful!

Good place to shop for electronics and electrical goods. Shopping online doesn't have the same appeal, as physically seeing a product before you buy.
