Currys in Hanworth customer service is very very very bad. Specially Manager Naz don’t know how to speak to a customer’s. On 20th Nov 2023 Manager Naz she speaks very very rudely to me infront of other customers which i felt very offended & ashamed. Then she even told other employees not to deal with me. She was also signaling other employees not to deal with me. Orelse u can check Naz on CCTV footage between 18:26 - 18:34 camera which is facing front counter. I had just asked for a return of the product. And i also spoken to Curry’s customer service on the phone and customer service spoke to Naz & clearly told Her to do my refund but Manager Naz is refusing to do my refund. She kept me waiting for 3hrs standing at the counter. Also no other employees are helping me or asking me anyting until end of their shift Then while going home Omar agent who was on the desk telling me come and see Ali next day. When i came next day back Ali was not in. Then I met manager Naz and she told me Ali will come tomorrow. Then i came again the next day i finally met Store Manager Ali then he also said the same thing and he saw the camera which was not opened only the box was opened and i said i got the box same way and not sealed and thats why i said i opened it but i did not use the camera or anything. Since camera charger was not properly packed Ali said he cannot retuen the item and he kept on saying the same thing. I even told him that Naz Omar Rashik who were on the front desk did not entertain me nor told me anything about it but Ali just kept on changing the topic. So there were i left the store because it was no point of talking to anyone at Hanworth Currys Unit 2 Apex RP Twickenham Road Hanworth, TW13 6JH. And i still did not touch that camera it is still there. And i dont want to use it as i am not happy with it.

If your goal is to waste your time, go to this specific shop. I had to visit the shop 4 times and still they were not able to sell me a phone. Last time I visited was the cherry on top of the cake. I've been served by a guy who appeared to be one of the managers and describing him incompetent is a compliment. After 4h inside this shop, with this man who was trying to use a system which he was clearly not able to use and after calling multiple people for help (more managers and IT) guess what? He decided it was not possible for me to purchase a phone. The reason? We still haven't figured it out. So overall I suggest you do your own research and try to sort out your issues on Google instead of visiting this place where staff gets annoyed if you dare ask for help.

Not the service I expected after spending over 1k on a phone. A asian female assistant was persuading me to purchase a contract phone, despite my emphasis on needing an offline phone. She continued explaining how I would save £200+ on a contract phone rather than buying an offline Samsung S23 Ultra. The assistant realized I wasn't interested and proceeded to get the phone. Upon returning, she tried to sell me a fast charger plug and lead. I laughed, saying it's like buying a car without wheels. I walked to the till to pay and realized she's giving the fast charger for free. I thanked her for the service, but not once did she smile or thank me. I was handed my items over as if I were a mug.

I decided to visit the store in person as the last time l bought a dryer online l had ordered a really small one! A member of staff greeted me as l arrived, the store was quiet. I explained what l was looking for as l had a specific idea of what l wanted and so bought a washing machine and also a dryer. I decided to go for all the extras, re; insurance and yearly maintenance. My machines are going to arrive on Wednesday. But generally my experience of buying was a positive one, though l did spend quite a bit. Hopefully the investment will be worthwhile. I am sure l will update the experience of having the machines delivered and fitted.

Excellent customer service. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff all of whom were more than happy to give you all the time I needed to explain. Today I bought a Curry's own brand headphones which are excellent value for money and quality after returning a more expensive Sony set of headphones which were poor quality compared with Curry's own Goji headphones. I asked just one question that the staff member was unsure about they quickly found another person who was able to provide a comprehensive answer. Very good experience which is why I would recommend this store to anyone.

At the store, They input the delivery address wrongly in the system, and both their delivery man and customer service were rude and hung up the phone on my face. They are very polite while selling and receiving payments. But there is no post sale service at all! Finally, I sent an email to their CEO to solve the delivery issue, but again no response at all!

Never stocks anything. Went to purchase a monitor to make home working a little more comfortable. A vast array of monitors on display. Only two in stock - the cheap and nasty one and an enormous £500 one. I wasn't asking a lot - any old 27" monitor for less than £250. Should've had a decent choice for that amount. Instead I came away with the cheap 24" one.

Friendly staff, well knowledged and they have a lot of appliances and you can order online through them and they will help you. Free parking too and I believe it's for their customers and Wickes next door, I'm not sure for how long but I was there for an hour with no charge. You can simply ask them when you go there.

The lady working there didn't care at all of what I was asking her. I was told by another staff member to go back to the first lady I was trying to speak to. Both ended up telling me that the item I wanted to buy isn't in stock and can't be ordered either. Completely shut down by both staff members.

I went to pick up my orders today, and I was genuinely curious what the purpose of the reference number was. Without providing all relevant product information, including the make, they cannot assist. rebuff being served. Very unfriendly staff; they don't regard the customer.

Shocking experience! Dreadful customer service when trying to deal with a faulty product that was less than 3 months old. Raj did not care one bit, no eye contact, no interest in anything i was saying. I will not be visiting this store again. One star is far too generous.

From entering the store to having a new washing machine installed in my house took 48 hours. The staff were knowledgeable, professional and courteous both at the store and at the point of delivery and installation. Would definitely recommend and certainly use again.

Me and my partner went on Tuesday to buy a new cooker which was luckily in stock. Staff were incredible helpful and made the whole process very simple and straightforward. We brought a beko pro in black and silver electric and have to say I'm very impressed with it

I have often struggled with the service in Currys, but our last visit was surprisingly good. Very helpful assistant and bought a fridge/freezer! Although, we returned it within a day cause our fridge made a remarkable recovery. Good service during the return too!

I was served by a man today who initially helped me out who then transferred me to a lovely lady called Bev, who may I add is a credit to the store!! She was so lovely and friendly and really made my day. Thanks Bev!! I feel so much better now I've had a coffee!

Very helpful staff, we had to return our sons laptop for repair within the year of purchase, staff were very helpful and sent off the laptop and worked out the problem, it was repaired and returned within a week.
