The lady at the counter was not polite. She was impatient and rude. The gentleman at the counter was a touch unprofessional, claiming to the lady, that looking up my order was too taxing for his brain. Then he asked for her help, reminding her that she didn't want to assist me because she is apparently busy. Where as when I arrived they appeared to be having a leisurely conversation. They were not listening to me at all. The lady said without a receipt they cannot help, also reminding me that it is the end of the day. I explained three times, whilst they kept me standing at the counter on crutches that I struggled to find the shop. Westfield is huge. They was no acknowledgement from them. Infact the lady was fobbing me off. I showed them the letter on my phone in regards to what I wanted done. Still they were of no help, but my phone did go round a bit. There were no gloves, no sanitisers. Then the gentleman called over someone. I had to explain myself again and this time he looked deeper at the letter and asked to see my items. I showed him, he said what I needed done could be done there, the person to do it had unfortunately left for the day. My phone passed through three pairs of strange hands whilst there. When I got it back I took out tissue from my packet of tissues and my hand sanitiser, then gave my phone a very good clean, before sanitising my own hands.

I had the worst experience in Curry’s Westfield London! When I got in no one approached me although I went in with the intention to buy. After waiting around for aproximately an hour, someone was able to give me some information about the products and make the transaction. However, after I was waiting for a week I have not received any call from them. I had to physically go to the store 2 during that week just to find out 5 days later that the order was not processed and someone else will have to do it again. After one of the staff members processed my order i had to wait for another week for 2/3 of my products to arrive. Of course no one called me this time either and every time i was trying to call the Westfield London store no one replied. When I asked the one of the staff members as to why no one ever replies she told me that they just dont. Three weeks later and I am still waiting for my desktop unit. When I last went to the shop they told they had received one in stock but they dont know how to check if it was mine (manager included). I had to go to that shop aproximatelly 6 time just to be treated with complacency and disrespect. Please avoid at all costs and spend your money elsewhere where you are respected.

It took me 4 visits to the store in Westfield to finally resolve my wall mount installation. The customer service telephone line which is based in South Africa are completely useless and could not help anything. I had about 3 visits from various installation teams all because no one could book the correct installation. So after visiting the store 4 times I finally got the correct wall mount installation, but then they did not want to give me a full refund on the wall mount I was sold, which I never should have been told to buy in the first place, as the Samsung frame already comes with its own wall mount! but none of the staff at Curry’s seem to know that! So of course after I have the tv and wall mount sitting in my living room for a few weeks waiting for the correct installation they did not want to refund my wall mount , but after finally explaining my installation experience from hell for the 100th time I finally got my refund. Was all of this worth it ??? No!!! Please go to John Lewis or elsewhere and if you are buying the Samsung frame tv please note that it comes with its own wall mount.

Today my husband and I went to buy a camera in this store and after trying to get hold of some one to help us figure out the right camera for 10 minutes, we managed to get hold of Mr. Nawaz (I think). We told him our budget (i.e. around 500-600 pounds) and requirement of a dslr camera but he started showing us digital camera worth 150 pounds. When I asked him to show us Sony alpha, his words were "but your budget wont allow it". Mind it, the Sony alpha camera was about 450 pounds. He was reluctant to show us right camera, was trying to insult us by not showing us the right camera (by pretending that we can't afford?) and had no knowledge on technical details. Anyway we ended up buying a Canon M50 from John Lewis which was double the original price we intended for (because of great customer service). But honestly I am never stepping inside any of the branch for this store. Horrible experience! Kindly train your staff in basic manners (and may be some learnings on racism as well!)

We checked online if the laptop we wanted was available in the shop. We came to the shop, checked the price, asked the shop assistant and the laptop was £299 and in stock. We went to the tilt and the manager of the shop Shabbar (or similar name) started offering us warranty. We said we don't want one but he insisted. After a several No he then dropped it and said that since it's the last item left they need to charge us another £60 for a backup. We said we didn't want that, so he said he can't sell it to us. We asked why does it say it's in stock for £299 if they sell it for £359? But he kept on insisting that the price is correct and if we want it without the backup we need to wait a few hours for them to difragment it. Then what's the point in showing it online? We waisted 2 hours coming to the shop and paying money for the parking. Would not recommended.

Worst experience I have ever had as a customer. I ordered a phone to be collected from the store. I received a confirmation email that the order had been processed, but never a follow up email when it arrived at the store. I called multiple times over the week with no answer. As the store closed as of Tier 4 Lockdown, I enquired about picking the phone up from the store. The customer service team said this was fine, upon coming to the store, they said this was not possible. The manager at the store gave me a 'customer service' number to redeliver the phone to my house. I must have called this number 10 times to get it delivered to my address, which they couldn't do. In addition to this I have started to receive cold calls from someone claiming to be from CarPhone Warehouse with a great deal of my personal information, asking for my bank details.

Bought a Nintendo switch from them initially. BIG MISTAKE.When purchasing the device, the sales consultant was being passive aggressive. I realised that the device had some overheating issue which occurred after a few minutes. I took it back to the store and explained the issue to the store manager who said he will test it out, not 2 minutes later he returned saying it’s fine even though I did tell him it occurs after several minutes. He lied and said he tested it for 10 minutes which was a lie. He then started the become verbally aggressive so I get scared and left the store. I then called Curry’s to report the matter who finally got it resolved. I’m not sure why people who work in retail act like this towards people. Just be careful when going to this store

Very disappointed - Trade-In I have just arrived at the local store and been told different advice to what I was told online. I was planning on trading in my Xbox One. I was told to bring in my warranty sticker and also the controller (which wasn’t mentioned previously or in the receipt email I was given). I have spent £10 in total on parking and petrol to get here, I am not impressed, especially as I have changed my plans to day in order to come in. I will decide what to do next, but this is a very poor customer experience! To top it all off, there were around 15 people working on the floor, for 5 customers at a time. Only 1 of those 15 was assisting with trade ins & returns.

We purchased a laptop from David and his superb team. We had a somewhat complicated set of circumstances and came across; David, Sim and Rahima who was only two weeks into the job. David leads the store and has created a fantastic atmosphere and clearly a fun place to work. The staff are knowledgeable. Sim is a good salesperson and upsold us extra virus protection. Not because he had a sales speech, but because he clearly believes in his product. We left with a product we wanted, extras that we will benefit from, a great and memorable customer service experience, and a smile on our faces. Thank you to David and your excellent team.

i had the best experience at westfields curry when talking to Jaz! he was incredibly sweet and humble, very kind too - my partner and i struggled to find him a reasonably priced laptop that suited his needs but Jaz ensured that he aided us in figuring out the best option for him. he directed us to multiple laptops within our price range and throughly explained their benefits and downfalls which helped us secure our minds on the final option. with his help, we were able to confidently get the perfect laptop! thank you so much Jaz, and to those who go to currys, please do look out and speak to Jaz, you won’t be disappointed!

Yesterday I bought a JVC headset at the store. The seller signed a paper saying that he gave me a free guarantee. And this morning I went to look at my bank statement and noticed that the purchase price was different. At the store they claimed it was the value of the headset and I was wrong. I went to check where the headphones were and the value was 29.99 as I imagined and the seller claimed that the value was not up to date and took the tag to update. I went back to the cashier and said that I was not wrong and that they did not update the price. I just received a sorry. Be careful when buying anything at this store.

Never buy a phone from Carphone warehouse. Their admin and customer service system is so complicated and full of fault that I gave up and cancelled my order. One day you get your order confirmed and the day after that you get messages about your order being cancelled. I called them and asked about the cancellation notification and they said the order was fine. Again I got another cancellation message and I called again and they said the order was fine. Then after the third cancellation message I decided to cancel the order and get my money back. They have very awful procedures in place. Thumbs down big time.

  • Dominic Clifford

Store is very nice, clean and well set out, staff are friendly and happy to help although some seemed as if they where a little lost. Was disappointed with the TV section, I feel it needs an update or the settings on the TVs to be changed as they quite discoloured compared to those in other shops. Staff said it was due to the style of TVs however to a trained eye you can tell the screens are worn out especially when looking at the difference between a new TV just put on display and an older ome. Would recommend looking at different shops to view the TV quality and then coming back to make a purchase.

  • Jon Garvin

It seems increfibly hard to actually purchase anything here. You have to first find the item you want on display and then get a member of staff to go and find whether the product is available. In my case the speaker I requested wasn't available so we had to ho through the process with similar products several times. Then when we found one that wad in stock the lady who was helping me had to physically find which cabinet it was in. Then once this had been confirmed another member of staff with a key had to be found. Then you can join the queue to pay, this process took 40 minutes.

  • Suzanne Iwai

My daughter was using a gift card towards purchasing a washing machine. She's very pregnant. They brought her a chair do she's was comfortable throughout the process. Products well laid out with space to browse, read information, ask questions. Entry level to digital for TVs or phones. Not a problem. Selection is assisted by knowledgeable staff. On a budget, you'll be treated the same as a person continually upgrading. Store not too bright or overwhelming. Only criticism was no seats for non pregnant people amongst the displays for elderly or disabled.

  • Maria Valdivia

I had the bad luck of spilling tea on my laptop and it broke completely. I took it to the repair center at Westfield and they told me that it would be check first to proceed with the repair or not. It turned out that it could and the cost was acceptable for the price of the laptop. The additional cost paid for the diagnostic was actually worth it. I used to pay for a repair insurance at Curry's, but spillage is not covered, then I decided to cancel it, therefore I wouldn't recommend this additional insurance on top of the guarantee.

I have been SCAMMED! I bought a phone here in store 2 days ago after clearly reading on Currys website that you can return an item for a refund if faulty or you change your mind. I would have NEVER bought the phone otherwise! Even though the phone was in its exact original condition as bought, they refused to accept a return just because I bought it in store and apparently the refund policy only applies to online orders!? What an absolute disgrace. If this doesn't get resolved I will make a claim through my bank! This is WRONG!!!

  • Mariangela Tupputi

How to waste your time? Then this is the perfect shop. The staff is really lazy and I advise you not to trust what they say. They refused to sell me a smart TV, telling me it wasn't available in the store simply because it was half an hour before the store closed. The staff told me it would be available after a week. I ordered the same smart TV online the next day and magically it was available in this same store. I went back and picked up the TV, wasting a lot of time. My smart tv is good but the staff is really ridiculous.

  • Catherine Hsu

Terrible customer service. Spent 4h in total first waiting for someone who could sell phones to arrive, then trying unsuccessfully to get the order processed, then being told I couldn't have the product, I should go home and they would cancel my order. The order was then not cancelled and have spent another further 3h on the phone to various people trying to cancel the order. I have been told to return to the shop for the third time on the weekend. DO NOT order anything from this store. Your time is too valuable.

  • Lucy Pic

Do not buy from them. Hope my bad experience will help someone. I bought an item online selected to collect it there I went to collect it last Saturday, the sale assistant told me that she could not give it to me because I was late to collect so the order was cancelled so she told me they would had refunded me. I was ok with that but unfortunately that never happened. the item resulted collected and it was not. I left the shop with nothing in my hand. So I do not have money not even the item. They stole me

I recently bought a Samsung smart TV from westfield Curry's in December. They charged me £200 for installation. Then the technician came and charged me £200 for the installation. I paid through bank and he advised me to get a pay back from the store. I talked 3 times to the shop manager face to face for the pay back. The sent me to a labirent of nowhere. I talked to Curry's main office and the they said I get back my money from the shop. No success to get my money. I never trust Curry's. Do not trust them.

  • yiannis vlastaris (john ov3rblast)

We brought our laptop to be seen by the tech team because of problems, unfortunately we had to go to another store because there wasn't any team or members to help us, while we had all the documentation and receipts for the purchase. We have been asked to go to another store because the technical team usually comes after two oc clock, which wasn't pointed out in the on line site. Before you go or visit for any problem with your purchase give them a call to be sure if they can assist you.

  • Shane Kelly

I had to SHOUT at them to stop harassing me after they literally FOLLOWED ME around the store, trying to pitch broadband. In the end I had to snap at him "Do you want me to shop or do you want me to leave?". He continued to try to engage, so I left as I had already bought the cable I came in for and was so freaked out by this guy. The rest of the staff there are extremely disorganised. I had to wait for 5 minutes for them to find the key to take the security lock off the £10 cable.

  • Ruby Pantig

The sales representative that assisted me was called WAFA was so RUDE! Told me to shut up and called me STUPID. When I was trying to pick up an item that I ordered online but she was giving me a different item. The manager called MELIKA was unhelpful and didn't even bother to intervene and help the situation. That was the most TRAUMATIC experience that I had considered I was buying from them which was incorrectly entered on the system. Thats an unacceptable way to treat a customer!

  • Barry Cohen

Saw the free computer diagnose offer they have. I went to the store. Their diagnose "It's broken. You need to pay £60 to know how to fix it". I showed them the offer online and asked to talk to the manager. He offered to reimburse me if I don't want it to be fixed, once we know if we need to change some parts. I found it fair and told him if he can put it in writing I am ok with it. He said he couldn't. I went to a big brand store for security, obviously you cannot trust them.

  • Pietro Pelliccioni

Went in to have a look at sport headphone. The store was very tidy considered the busy time of the year. I was assisted by Saimun (I hope I've got his name right), a young man that was at the till just by the headphone section. I must say Saimun has been incredibly polite, very helpful and with good knowledge of what I was looking for. I've ended up buying a pair of headphones, I haven't tried them yet, but overall I'm happy with the experience at the store.

  • Meir Cohen

Go to somewhere else, do not waste you time in here. It's a big and busy store but unfortunately the customer service doesn't exist. I was standing in line to the till half an hour just because from 5 tills just one is working. They never answer the phone and when they do a guy name David just told me I'm going to check your order and will call you back and you guess right he never called again. I cancelled my order and learned my lesson.

  • Amit Ginni Patpatia (Dycerius)

They sell a lot of stuff that is falsly advertised by the company. Sony and fitbit in this case. By the time you realize your unhappy with it you spent 300 pounds without good return policies. You can only return it if its really broken and in orginal package. Return policies are important and they have terrible ones. You are better off buying in places that ensures you are happy with what you buy and don't limit that for you.

  • Nicholas Hervey

As with the two or three other Currys stores I have used, it was excellent with professional and helpful staff who provide great customer service. However, this particular store has a Manager called Melika who takes customer service to another level. She is very professional, very knowledgeable, has a lovely personality and superb people skills unlike many in the retail trade today. She is a credit to the company.

  • Kevin Malone

I went to this store on 28/10/22 to collect an item I had ordered on Currys website only to find out the wrong item was delivered. Which was a disappointment. But the staff and especially the store manager I am sorry I can't name check him done everything they could to resolve the problem and I was very happy with the excellent service I received. Instead of the usual phob off. So a big thank you to all the staff

  • zunaira faiz

I received outstanding customer service from J at Currys. His impeccable politeness, extensive knowledge, remarkable patience, and unwavering professionalism made my experience truly exceptional. J dedicated over 45 minutes to assist me, and I am sincerely grateful. Without a doubt, he stands out as the most professional salesperson I've ever had the pleasure of being served by.

  • Ninoshka Carvalho

We went to buy a laptop day ago, the guy named jaz was so helpful, friendly and gave us good opinion knowledge on what is the best for us. There was a problem while purchasing our item but jaz spent 2 hours with us and tried to help us in all ways he could. Thank you so much jaz. I love curry’s as I buy a lot from there and their workers are always the best and very helpful.

  • David Mckeown

Really friendly and informative. I went to buy a laptop. Didn't get it as they didn't have the stock. Could be down to the whole covid situation but I wanted the guy to try and sell me something else. He didn't which cost the company 6 or 7 hundred quid. So they have most of the equipment they just need to do better at steering the buyer to other products they do have.

  • Mohamed Ilyas

The manager (Bushra) at Westfield White City Currys was amazing. Her customer service was top notch, very smiley & bubbly Woman, with a great personality & Smile She is a great asset to currys as a whole. You need more manages/team members like her. I will definitely be recommending her to family/friends. You deserve to be promoted higher up in the hierarchy.

  • Brian Dias

Great service, normally wouldn't say this about Curry's but the young ladies I met late in the day to purchase a mobile phone helped enormously - shop not easy to find - Australian built/owned Westfield needs distinct floor walkers to direct customers in the right direction- the few electronic shop finders available at Westfield are slow and often busy

  • Keep335

One of the best Store in UK but heart of London keep very bad impression. Before entering the store front entrance was so bad. I would like to grab laptop but wouldn’t feel like. Staff was staying in group shapes and talking each others. Some of them i seen very friendly and helpful. As they asking for if I need any help. Really disappointed.

  • Ed

Had a click and collect order to pick up during my lunch break (I work locally). Despite the store being rather busy a staff member greeted me and assisted me with the pick up. When I initially walked in store I was sure I wouldn't be able to get back to work on time, so I was truly surprised by the efficiency and helpfulness of the staff.

  • Jesse Faulkhead

The product I purchased died after 4 weeks, was replaced and died again whilst away on holidays. Declined a refund as it is out of the 30 day initial purchase period even though it’s been replaced once recently. Fobbed off by the manager. Told to contact Fitbit instead. Awful service Go to Kensington and see them instead, much more helpful

  • Gary Austin

Staff were experienced and happy to share their knowledge. It's worth visiting to see the different qualities of tv screens but know what you want and your budget as it easy to get carried away when you are standing in front of the equipment. 4 stars as its a bit disorganised between the showroom floor, paying and collecting your items.

  • Georgios Sigalas

Visited subject shop to purchase a few electronic devices. We spent about two hrs in store before buying the goods. Mr Nadeem was very helpful, answering our questions and always smiley. During collection, Mr Dave was amazing, delivering the products to us with a big smile. A BIG thank you to the Currys team in Westfield, White City.

  • Aerial Studios

For such a big name in a key location in this shopping centre the shelfs are bare with very little products on display, if i didnt know walking in this shop i woukd think they are closing down? - staff are very helpfull but even going in for a look you will come out empty handed and there is very little to buy here,

  • Mike Rich

Very poor customer service, I tried to order a fridge but was told the item is unavailable for delivery, when I got home I went to Currys website and found the item was available and its being delivered next week. Westfield shepherd's Bush store staff need training to operate their own ordering system.

  • Egil Hagen

Lots of label and stock problems. Wrong items in the wrong places. Labels not up to date. Picked up, went to buy and suddenly it was £40 more. When challenged all I got was a shrug and a "sorry mate". Be aware of incorrect prices and stock, you might get a surprise. Needless to say I walked out...

  • Carla Suarez

There are good products and of great truth and prices, but a guy from the staff treated us very bad.I asked him to help me connect the Bluetooth with my phone since I am an elderly person and I don't know about technology, and he replied that it was not his job.

  • Noel Cherfan

Nice place for electronics shoppers. Many well known brands are available from mobile phones, tablets, laptops, PCs, TV and PC screens, speakers, cameras, a fair selection of mini drones and their accessories, smart watches and different electronic accessories.

  • Asmaa Kreyker

This shop is very bad, the customer service there is absolutely horrible. I ordered a specific phone and ordered delivery to my house for £5, but when the driver arrived I received a phone I didn't order so I had to drive back to the shop and ask for a refund.

Beautiful temple, the gopuram. Lord Murugan looks so divine. This is an excellent temple, Divinity all through. So many gods and beautiful vigrahams. Divinity. Feels like in Tamil Nadu. MURUGAN is called Lord of Tamil Nadu, Tamil kadavul. Muruga !!! …

  • K Mark

A great Currys PC World, lots of stock, accessible for all customers, knowledgeable & friendly staff! Big thank you to the staff- especially Kay! He should get a bonus! I finally got the camera we need for a White City community project- at a great price!!

  • Gary Chantler

Staff helpfulness was zero. Was going to drop 3-5 hundred pounds for a new TV today. Very incompetent staff, not knowing what to do or give you the customer the attention and help you need. Left it and walked out. Bought a new TV from John Lewis instead

  • Prabir Purkayastha

Well stocked & good display of products. Staff is courteous, well informed & efficient. But they need to increase staff strength as long waiting time to get serviced is very frustrating. Also availability of store products should ideally be displayed.

  • Jekaterina Kos

Outstanding customer service! Had an issue with my gift vouchers. Carlos, the manager, spent ~20 mins with me, but have managed to resolve the issue! So grateful! Have NEVER EVER met a store manager before who would care about its customers that much.

  • Rage Reaver

Large spacious store with not alot there. Staff just stood around and didn't approach you to ask if you needed any help. I needed help to drop a few hundred on some headphones and a pc, but they don't need money. I'll shop online instead from now on.

  • Neil

Great branch of Currys. Well organised shop with friendly and helpful staff. Excellent range of items, daughter was buying headphones and staff very helpful didn't push more expensive choices. Made to feel a valued customer. Would recommend. …

  • Shivani Rajan

Great customer service from an employee named Jaz. Jaz was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He suggested alternatives to what I needed when things weren't in stock and made my experience at Currys efficient and successful. Many thanks to Jaz

  • D. Matthew Dukes

Such a fast easy check out. Wish America had such stores for electronics. In America, in Atlanta if you have two people in line it takes like 30 minutes to turn me money. Had like 20 in line here, took ten minutes. Keep up the great with guys!

  • Олег Доброхотов

Awful service. Staff is useless. A speaker on display didn't work. I asked for help and the guy came and said "it doesn't work, I don't know why". Given that I had exactly the same experience in the other store, it was my last time at Currys.

  • Joyce Boateng

I am just coming from this curry’s and there is a black tall man that works there ( I think he is one of the managers) and he was very very rude to me. He didn’t even allow me to explain my situation, he started accusing me of stealing and

I needed help with my computer. I pay a monthly fee for support and from the central I’ve been ask to take the computer to the nearest store to have it repaired. One of the customer service member was helping me when the supervisor arrived

One star because 0 isn’t possible . My experience with Currys was nothing short of abysmal. I took my broken laptop, originally purchased at Currys, for a screen repair. They assured me of a two-week repair timeline with regular updates.

Very very honest advice. Not trying to sell the highest priced item, but listened and then advised. Therefore for my following two electronics purchases, i came back to this store. Bald guy with glasses was particularly helpful

Went to their Westfield branch to change my laptop and exchange my old. Helpful, friendly staff and the whole process was convenient and stress free. Shout out to Bes and Malika on the staff team who were both great

  • Nikola Stojanovic

Today at around 10:00 I came to Curry's Shepherd's Bush Westfield to get a new sim card because I lost my previous one, customer service lady Sana was very helpful and she helped me solve the issue. Great service!!!

  • Paula Troncoso

They staff don't have any idea about products, I was looking for a laptop they said we don't have it, and then after walking around I found it! Also they don't give you information about returns, Guarantee..etc...

  • クリステア ・ジョージ

Don't ever use gift cards for click and collect. You need to tell them the giftcard Number, as if someone who would have stole the giftcard wouldn't have already had the Number. Nonsense of service.

  • Param Singh

Got a great deal on a trade in macbook. But the queuing and billing system needs to improve. It's quite understaffed at times. Also, the mobile networks don't work there while waiting in the queues.

  • S T

It's a funny experience. It's like the stuff is there. Trying to help you. But some how I'm convinced they want you out the shop. They don't wanna sell you. They want you to go online and purchase.

  • Bill Richman

Just a big techie toy store. Didn't really see anything you can't get elsewhere. Wandered through, avoiding eye contact with bored-looking employees, and left. Very sterile and expensive.

  • Kaushal Kishore

Techy people must visit here. Lot of options of laptop, mobiles, watch available here. Only they are behind in VR handsets. They should display VR handset in dedicated area with demo.

  • jdmmi

Customer service is not great, as with all Currys they prefer to stand around chatting to each other in groups and ignoring customers. Selection isn't wide. But decent store I guess

  • Neha Rani

Firoz staff of this store was really helpful, he helped me to select good laptop. He was really polite and have good skills to deal with customers. Thanks to him for helping me.

  • Gavin Wilkinson

Welcomed in and asked what I was after. Told they have the item at the cashier's. Waited in line for several minutes, only one person serving despite a lot wandering the floor.

  • Predrag Antti

I've bought a chromebook and the sales guy kept offering me the Currys good for nothing insurance. I had to say three times that I didn't want it. Please, listen to customers.

  • Noel A.

Travelled all the way here to find a store the size of a corner shop. It has no stock, and buying appliances is all about seeing the product. No need ever to go back here.

  • steve chalke

Rude staff, more interested in painting there nails or talking about holidays with each other. Store felt dirty, lables curled up or missing. Not a pleasant place to shop.

  • Rejoice Jacob
