On 11 August 2023 I was at Curry's Kensington branch in London W8. I have renewed my phone contract and bought a new phone.. when I went into the Branch, I was directed to a young lady named Natalie who was on her own to do the job that needed 3 people to deal with.. There were to many customer and she was on her own..l the rest of the stuff, mainly male, were all wondering around.. I usually get very upset if I was kept waiting more then max 20 minutes..However for the first time in my life, I patiently had waited 4 and 1/2 hours for my job to be finished. Because though she was under a lot of pressure, I see that Natalie was doing her best. I was amused by the lady 's effort and skill to do 3 job at once and making all the customer she dealled with happy .. Thank you Natalie

I want to give a big shoutout to Evans and Sunny from this Currys, who have been the absolute best . Evans advised me in the changing of my headphones which broke, he assisted me in the paperwork and order, and Sunny helped me for the pick up and warranty . I am not very versed in technology, and they both made me feel comfortable, and took the time to explain everything. I am grateful and had a nice customer experience . They are an asset to Currys, and should be considered for any advancement! Their customer service was impeccable, they were knowledgeable, honest, helpful, funny and courteous. I am very happy and thankful to have dealt with them , I can now listen to music even better than before thanks to them. Thank you Evans and Sunny!

Really annoyed here. Went in to find out more about a fit bit. Only to be met with someone who referred me to checkout to find out more there from the staff. I asked about it and only got plain standard answers back, when asking which one suggest he suggested the most expensive one, simple because “thats what i sell most”. He didn’t even take the time to walk over with me to the products, but rather stay behind the counter and tell me everything he know about 3 different products that i had no idea about. I asked to be referred to another staff and they then only could tell me the basics again, rest had to be looked up online and they didn’t have the product in stock, rather a pre owned one which is being sold for the same price. Shocking service.

The worst customer service I have ever received. I don't normally leave reviews but thought I should because of how shocking my experience here was. I came to the store midday Tuesday which is not a busy time yet was told to wait over 45 minutes to speak to a member of staff (which you have to do to buy anything!) The staff working on the floor were shouting and swearing at each other, ignoring customers and seemed generally clueless about the products they are selling. I was planning to spend over a grand on a new laptop but was put off by the rude and incompetent staff so ended up leaving. Don't waste your time going here I went to the Currys in Westfield and had a much better experience thanks to the helpful and knowledgable staff there.

I have been a customer ever since I was a child (for context, I am 23 now, so less of a child). One staff member that I would really like to express my gratitude for is Hector. Every time my mother and I visit the branch, for many years now, he never fails to greet us and asks about us. Hector is a very friendly staff member who makes funny Witty jokes, smiles a lot and gives us a fantastic experience, who would go above and beyond to help you out with purchasing tech, finance and returns and providing you with his extensive knowledge. In the hospitality sector, it is very rare to find people like Hector who continuously provide you with a welcoming vibe with an amazing experience.

Recently I bought washing machine and they deliver to my flat on time and they were very polite. Then I order vacuum cleaner and I collect from shop this was good experience aswell. Overall sometimes we can get problems with the service or too much waiting on the till sometimes they can't help maybe but stil I believe they are trying their best to serve every single one of us. Because the company rules are sharp and the workers only doing their job we shouldn't forget this. Thanks.

No service and I handed in an electronic for cash but they had no voucher. I called to see if I could get cash on my microwave and online they confirmed a £60 voucher. In store they had no clue and made me take it back. Seems no communication internally and company is in big trouble with customer service. I used to be a big Customer but no chance I’ll ever purchase from curry’s again. Sorry to see the company in such a bad state

Terrible, brattish staff, was there for about 35 minutes and got nowhere, spoke to 2 staff with a very unnecessarily hostile, aggressive attitude, overall an incredibly uncomfortable and juvenile atmosphere, creepy men doing their job terribly, odd and has put me right off Currys, happily there are alternatives.

Currys has potential, but the stores are old and full of boxes everywhere, which don't match the technology vibes that we go there to purchase. Plus, they don't have many options. At this specific unit, the sellers don't care about helping anyone. The website tho is awesome!

Service is very poor. You can wait forever for someone to come help with your selection. Phone section closes and opens whenever staff decides. Honestly it reminded me of my childhood in Soviet stores. We aren’t coming back, it’s useless

Love Currys. I love wandering around looking at latest technology. Somehow online just isn't the same. You can't see, touch, feel and hear the merchandise. You can't ask staff for advise etc. Long live Currys
