Clean and efficient and I’m usually satisfied with the proposed service. But I had a very experience with the woman working there. I came to dry some bed clothing and waited there. When she saw me, the woman stared at me in a way that made me feel uncomfortable, then she asked me very aggressively if every thing was ok. When I took my stuff before leaving, she came quickly from the back and it was obvious it was to check what I was doing. I believe she thought I was going to steal something; maybe because I looked amused to the toys that were in the other drier. (?) I don’t know why my behavior was suspicious and it made me feel very bad to be treated like that. It’s a pity. I’ll have to find another laundry.

My duvets were returned in a clean state. However, I noticed that the bill seemed more expensive than the initial quote. When I inquired about the increase, two employees became mad, claiming they had never encountered such dirty duvet. They also accused me of being rude for simply asking why there was a price difference, and they stated they never wanted to see me again, asserting that I had made everything difficult and caused problems. In the end, I paid the bill as per their request to retrieve my duvets. No intention of returning to their service as they had hoped.

Prima wasserette, er is van alles te eten, drinken, lezen. Je kunt binnen en buiten zitten en ik vind het wel gezellig ingericht met een zithoek. Wasmanden, wasmiddel en wasverzachter aanwezig. Ik zou meer gebruik maken van de wasserette als ik kon instellen hoeveel toeren er gecentrifugeerd moet worden. Dit ivm de donzen dekbed die op 60 graden moet tegen huisstofmijt, maar niet gecentrifugeerd mag worden

Stayed in an AirBnB without a washing machine. Hadn't used a launderette in years. Came here and the staff were incredible! Walked us through the process and we're super nice. I managed to leave my bag here by mistake when I left as my clothes were being cleaned. The staff locked it safe in a locker for me. Long story short - easy to use launderette with super friendly staff. Full recommended.

Waar een wasserette selfservice voor bedoeld is. Genoeg wasmachines en drogers een mooie grote opvouwtafel. Prima zitgedeelte om op je was te wachten met gratis WiFi. Was hier en daar wel rommelig maar zag er schoon uit. Al met al 4/5 sterren. Waarom geen 5 dan? Geen sanitair mogelijkheden, was er wel maar ivm verkeerd gebruik ervan afgesloten.

Un très bon service. Une employée de la laverie s'est très bien occupé de nous et nous a aidés à utiliser les machines car nous ne parlions pas le néerlandais. Elle a fait l'effort de nous parler en anglais. Et pour parfaire ce service elle nous a offert deux cafés et un chocolat chaud. Merci.

The people at Cyberwash were so helpful. We were clueless and don't speak Dutch, but they helped us work out the machines, recommended the ice creams from the shop opposite and let us take a couple of chairs outside into the sunshine. Clean clothes and top service. Thank you x

Good machines,a lot of facilities,nice tables,sofas,chairs, there is free wi-fi as well...just good to know you can only pay by cash so make sure you bring your cash/coins with you. There are no options for pin/phone. Not a bad thing,just good to know

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam, had nog geen idee hoe het systeem werkte en de mevrouw legte zowel de wasmachine als de droger even uit. De meneer die af en toe langsloopt is ook altijd zeer vriendelijk en gezellig.

Very straight forward...machines worked well, you can buy soap/dryer sheets on site, and staff member present was helpful. Location is clean and well lit.

Half the machines are broken… and have been broken for months. I don’t know why the owner does not attempt to repair them or have them repaired..
