Typical used car salesman stuff-- don't expect much after you hand over your cash. For one, I never got the items promised on my service due bill after 3 visits and many calls-- he kept saying "come back later, I'll order the parts today". Brake light didn't work, as was listed "GOOD" on the inspection sheet-- there goes $400... and this was promised to be fixed on the service due bill. Windshield wiper flew off on the highway the first time I used it. Took 6 weeks and multiple calls just to get my license plate bracket put on. All in all, the additional maintenance on car is costing much more than I expected, since the guy said he would take care of it. In addition, shortly after purchase I had similar problems to a poster below with the car completely turning off while I'm driving, or the dash going out while the car is turned on. I've been quoted potential fixes anywhere from $350 to $4000 for this issue, on a $6k car.

The guys here at Cyrus Auto Sales are absolutely great. They're friendly, sincere, honest, and more importantly for purchasers, knowledgable of their product(s). If you're in line to purchase a hybrid and particularly a Pruis, there's really nowhere else you should turn to. They'll educate as well as address your needs as a buyer and are completely down to earth during the entire process. They're building business relationships the right way through education and honesty and you really can't compare that to anything else out there in terms of 'used-car-shopping'. I'm loving my '05 Prius and I truly appreciate the deal they gave me. They also made sure I didn't leave unless ALL my questions and concerns were answered. Being someone new in town, and someone new to the country, I was pretty scared when buying something big like a car, not only is that I don't know much about cars, but also for being not familiar with the U.S. used car market. After doing online research for more than 2 months in while back in China, I decided to try my luck with Cyrus Auto Sales. Chris and Dan was very kind and patient, and I was surprised that Chris could speak fluent Mandarin. They walked me through everything, hooked me up with registration in their office and insurance and everything. The price was fair, not THE best deal, I mean if you spend a lot of time waiting and search for private sellers, but definitely among the best. If you want to own a used Prius, trust me, these people are probably the most honest dealers you could ever find.

The dealership is AWESOME. They are very honest, don't push you to buy, rather push you to make the best decision. I was considering shipping a Camry Hybrid from San Diego to Salt Lake City. They suggested against that, that I should drive it myself first and not take their word for it. They are very honest and trustworthy and want you to get the best car for your needs, not just sell you a car. Can't say enough nice things about these guys. Best dealership I've EVER dealt with.

I bought my car from Cyrus Auto almost a year ago and it's worked perfectly ever since! I need to get something worked on ( I spilt 3 gallons of water and dirt all over my hybrid battery) and he gave me the labor and new cells for a WAY more affordable price than any other shop or dealer I could find. probably the most honest dealership in San Diego County. They put a lot of personal care into getting the cars inspected by a dealership, making sure they'll run etc. Their prices vary but you can absolutely trust that you're getting your value. Especially with the hybrids

They are unprofessional and promise things and do not keep their promise. Normally a customer is suppose to get the register foe the purchased vechile in 2 weeks or so but it took over 3 months to recieve.
