Absolutely amazing. He replaced the cubic zirconia stone on my engagement ring with a real Moissanite stone which he let me pick out myself. He was soo nice and professional and very empathetic. He also resized it to a perfect fit so now I can wear it everyday and can’t wait to show everyone! Also helped us with the price too. So so soo happy and grateful

I have gone to Cyrus Jewellery twice in the last 18 months to get two rings resized. They are incredibly efficient and friendly. They were able to resize both rings with 0 noticeable markings within a few days. They always charge a fair price. Both times the rings came back cleaner and looking better than when I first got them! I would highly recommend.
