I recently purchased a fairly new, used car, and wanted to treat myself to that new car experience by getting it professionally cleaned, inside and out. After booking over the phone, upon arrival I was informed that I would have to pay for the Premium package (an additional $35, taking the total cost of my internal and external car wash to $105) because of bugs on the front of my vehicle. A bit of a costly addition, but I suppose fair enough. When I returned an hour and a half later, the entire boot section of my car was still covered in dog hair and dirt in the cracks. When I questioned this, I was told that dog hair costs an additional $50 or so. Regardless, the dog hair was also mixed in with dirt, dust, small rocks, etc. that were also conveniently ignored. On top of this, the attention to detail, particularly externally, was not evenly close to "premium". Note that there were still bugs on my headlights, windscreen, and surrounding areas, even after being charged an extra $35 specifically to remove them! When discussing these issues with a member of staff (owner?) I was given excuse after excuse as to why my Premium car wash service was not at all premium. The only reason that I have given 2 stars is because a lovely other member off staff took on the issues herself and did her best to rectify the situation. I therefore had to wait a further half hour before the job was completed. I still paid the full amount. I didn't argue any further over the price, I wanted to be done with it. Regardless, I will not be returning. Would not recommend this business, plenty of other places around that I plan to try for next time. (I've attached images of the rear compartment AFTER the clean)

I had a very bad experience today at this car wash. I took my Jeep today for car wash. The Asian guy asked for $155 and I agreed and asked him to do a good job. He asked me to prepay, I told him I would pay later when he finish. I went back there after 1.5 hours and found that car wasn’t clean properly. It wasn’t even vacuumed properly in places. Overall quality of job was ver poor. When I brought this to his attention, he got extremely rude and said “your people always complain”. He refused to even listen what I had to say and said just pay and leave. I am assuming he referred to my south Asian background to point that we complain. I found this to be very racist comments. When I refused, one of his staffs came out and asked me what’s wrong. I showed him why I wasn’t happy and showed him the problem areas. He agreed with me and said he would clean again. I waited there for another 15 minutes for them to finish the job. The staff then asked me to check again. At this point, I couldn’t even bothered as I was really upset abou his racist comments. I just paid and left. It’s not value for money and the car is still not cleaned properly. Avoid this place.

VERY RUDE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT GO THERE! When I arrived both owner and staff were sitting down with no work to do. I asked how much to clean the car and he wanted to charge me the van price but I have a small SUV. I pointed out that I have SUV, he said ok. I asked if it’s ok please not to use fragrance because I am asthmatic, and I asked to be careful with the boot liner as it is new and not very dirty, so I said there’s no need to take out and vacuum under it. That’s when the owner lost his temper and started raising his voice and saying I should go somewhere else because I have too many requests. I politely clarified thinking that he didn’t understand me, but he’s just an angry person. He got so mad he even had to take his jacket off and walk away yelling while I stood in shock. Just because I mentioned no fragrance and the boot is clean enough!? Missed out on a regular weekly customer with 2 cars. They have no idea how to run a business! No wonder there were no other customers there when I arrived.

RAMDOM PRICES Very bad attitude, ask to wash a sedan inside and out, the price is $75 as previous price was always $50. However, when I say too expensive and about to leave the boss told me :” you can wash yourself then”. I didn’t say anything aggressive on asking the price. Hope other people can see the true colour of this shop owner. I can understand price change or random whatever, but as a business owner you don’t have to say that to your customer. Shame on you.

서비스 편차가 어마무시 하네요. 지난번 갔을때는 엄청 깨끗하고 별 5개 서비스인데 이번세차는 별 1점 주기도 아까워요. 170불 내고 스팀에 유막제거+발수 했는데... 일반 타 체인점 세차랑 차이가 없어요. 대쉬보드에 먼지나 스팀 하시고 비닐 내비두시는거 세차 세제가 핸들에 남아서 끈적이는데 이건 천국과 지옥 체험 같네요. 유막제거도 이번에 처음이라 기대했는데 비내리는데 보니 그냥 깨끗해진 유리에요. 발수는 전혀 없네요. 마지막으로 양복을 가지런히 차 트렁크에 둬서 트렁크 청소 안하셔도 된다고 했는데 양복이 땅에 굴렀나 구겨진건 둘째치고 드라이 맡겨야되는 상황이네요. 맡기실때 오늘의 운세보고 맡기세요. 운나쁘면 돈날리고 기분도 나빠져요. 그래도 저는 이번거 포함 해도 평균치가 그래도 나쁘지 않아요. 하지만 이번 계기로 다시 방문 하고 싶지 않고 이제 더 이상 주위분들에게도 추천 해주기 어려워졌네요.

DO NOT COME TO THIS CAR WASH worst customer service, I left my car in there place for 40mins and don’t know why there is a fairly new scratches on the body of the car. However, they keep saying that scratches already there but it looks like the dust in the tower and then leave the mark on the body. The most important thing is, they attitude is bad like I own money to them especially the one looks like the boss a 50 - 60 years around Korean guy.

Not recommend this place if you want your car gets fully cleaned interior&exterior +special care service, maybe it’d be ok for general quick clean for under $100 but I won’t even use cheaper services either. I’ve paid over $300, they did really poor jobs and I can’t even tell what the full service is. It was completely wasting money and time.

I paid $80, and was in a hurry to leave, then I found out whatIi got is nth cleaned in the interior, obviously no vacuumed. Windows are all still with water spot. They did do some wax on the body as I feel. But with this price, I would expect much more. I probably wont be coming back, and not recommending to my friends.

I just moved to the area and dropped car in for a clean after moving. These guys were friendly & professional and my car looked amazing when I picked it up, I just went for a walk and a beer at the pub and it was done when I came back. Happy to recommend and will be using again. Cheers team …

I recently visited a car wash after a camping trip, and I was amazed at how well they cleaned the inside of my messy car. The service was outstanding, i was impressed by the excellent service and friendly staff. They did a fantastic job cleaning my car, and I highly recommend them.

My first time here, got an exterior car wash and was very impressed with the results. Alex cleaned my car very thoroughly and was kind enough to give my interior a quick clean for free. Would definitely recommend, good quality for the price you pay.

This is under new management with name XTREAM CAR CARE. Got my car interior cleaning including steam cleaning, and external wash. The price was competitive and car was thoroughly cleaned inside and out with a smile. Will use again.
