I would give 2.5 stars, but that's not an option. PROS 1) Came out quickly after a wind storm 2) Roof looks like it should when done 3) Added roof vents where needed 4) Customer service rep was pleasant and seemed to care 5) They gave us free leaf guards when everything described in cons below was brought to their attention (although, should I have to bring these to their attention for them to care?) CONS 1) They came to tarp the roof for $1400. $2100 if they did it the day before, and $600 the next week. Larceny. Should not take advantage of people in need, and the price should be the same regardless. Good thing for insurance. 2) We were told they would call us is a few weeks to pick the colour of shingles, and roof would be installed within 4 weeks. After 5 weeks not hearing anything, we called to ask when they would do the roof. They said "any time, we are just waiting on you to pick the shingles colour". What? wait? You said you'd call us to pick. Either way, they came to do the roof within the week, so 6 weeks after original date 3) We asked several times for them to take pictures of the roof damage before redoing it. Despite promises on three occassions (inspection, tarping, then install) we never had any photos taken by their crew. 4) Upon installion, we had not approved a new skylight and asked them to call of a new one was needed if the old one was damaged. They did not call, yet installed the new skylight anyways and then charged us for it. Good thing for insurance, and a good insurance company. 5) They left the place a mess. I will be taking nails out of my feet for years in my back lawn....and that is after picking up at least 150 nails. Pictures only do part justice. We had them come back to clean up a few days later with a magnet, and we still cleaned up 200+ nails after that. Overall, since customer service seems good, I am going to assume my 25 year warranty will be taken care of. However I would suggest that the owners of this company take more pride in their hiring and/or training of their crews to ensure there are no issues on install. The mess was the biggest one for us.

Its been a week since DAngelo Roofing came and re-shingled my roof. My house was built around 1860 and needs a little TLC here and there, the roof was probably due a couple of years ago. Apart from some disjoint when coordinating things between the radio station and the roofing company, when it came to installation, it went impressively smooth. I'll be honest, they brought an army of polite, courteous, eager and friendly roofers, back-office, front office, marketing and promotion people. The tear-down of the old shingles and Installation of the new GAF roofing system with extra vents, new and improved flashing etc. took barely 2 hours, highly impressive. The clean up crew circumnavigated the property a few times, collecting shingles, nails, shingle grit, empty caulk tubes and any garbage as thoroughly as they could. The roof not only looks great but come the following Monday, the torrential downpours we experienced reinforced the quality and performance of a good roof. All round talented, professional and experienced. DAngelo Roofing comes highly recommended in my opinion and you'll be very pleased with outcome. Disclosure: I won this DAngelo Roofing new roof in a local radio station competition however I'm under no obligation to provide reviews.

My experience with D’Angelo was great from the very beginning. My roof literally collapsed and the emergency service they provided exceeded my expectations. The project manager Michael has been an exceptional leader and completed my projects on time without excuses or additional costs. Michael would explain the project to me and the costs associated and I knew that figure would not change in the middle or the end of the project. D’Angelo is not an economical option/solution however one understands from the start that the project will be done properly by professionals. The same faces came to work each day and they were polite, well groomed, patient, knowledgeable of their trade and of the project at hand. I enjoyed seeing actual trade people with years of experience transform my home. Any trainees on site were well supervised and taught by licensed professionals. Michael was exceptionally adept in delegating his crews and providing me with the best service. I cannot begin to recommend Michael as he is an asset to any project. I highly recommend D’Angelo and Michael.

My experience with D'Angelo and Sons was altogether positive. From my initial contact with Taylor, we were set up with an appointment with Josh two days later who gave us a full overview of what was needed and the cost. We had two other estimates and found D'Angelo to be comparable in price for the work that needed to be done. They estimated the project would start within 2-3 weeks dependent on weather and their projected timeline was accurate. Jenn was our project manager and she maintain a high level of communication with us throughout the project to ensure that we were aware of what was happening. From first contact with the company to the completion of the project, there was a high level of communication and transparency in the work they were doing. It's been almost 8 weeks since the project was complete and we've been through several significant weather events without issue. I appreciated the level of customer service that was provided by Taylor, Josh and Jenn (and roofing team) and their level of communication throughout the project.

Only quality work done by D'Angelo roofing! I've had the pleasure of working for Niagara Roofmasters which is owned by D'Angelo and sons for the past year as a shingler/laborer! My roofing crew is one of the best in the company and a good part of that is because of our project manager Ryan Toth! Ryan makes sure we get our work done with the upmost quality. His 20+ years of experience has made him very knowledgeable and proficient when it comes to quality roofing! Ryan is always looking out for the homeowners making sure that their roof is finished properly, and any concerns that the homeowners may have ryan takes care of it! Working under Ryan's leadership has improved the quality of not only me but all members of the roofing crews under his command, and has made working for Niagara Roofmasters/ D'Angelo roofing a better experience overall! I must say that as a homeowner if you get Ryan Toth as your project manager then rest assured your job is being done by the best!

I needed several windows replaced, a new side door, all siding/soffits/eaves/flashing replaced on the house, and the gables re-sided on my garage. D'Angelo's pricing was competitive - add to which, windows and doors are manufactured locally and working with a single service provider to coordinate all the activity rather than try to do that myself was really convenient. Megan was my project manager - always responsive and took great care of me. Devin led the window and door installation, Kyle led all the siding/soffit/flashing replacement and Rich led the eaves replacement. They were all - as were the guys on their crews - a pleasure to have around the house. Excellent quality work, they took the time to answer my questions and to help me understand how to maintain things after they were done. It was a fairly big investment (at least by my standards), but I feel I got excellent value for what I paid. They'll be my first call when it's time for roofing.

Brand new eavestroughs, they look great!!! Very professional from the first phone call to the free in home quote to the actual job being done! Our eaves were old, literally falling off our house. The two guys sent out to replace them were extremely efficient, obviously good at what they do.Our house is located on a busy street, very close to next door neighbours (on both sides), I thought it might be a two day job (as I have seen neighbours having their homes done... which seemed to take days?!) They were understanding, got the job done and did a great job cleaning up once they were finished (which was greatly appreciated.) Thank you for all your hard work, it looks amazing! I hired D’Angelo & Sons (Hamilton Office) to replace my roof which was leaking. I had two other quotes from other competitors but decided to go with D’Angelo & Sons due to their great reviews, their lifetime and workmanship warranty. Jeremie the sales manager was patient, professional and answered many of my concerns. Jennifer the project manager was onsite and kept me informed on the progress. The crew arrived early and completed the job by 5:00 pm. The property was swept for nails and left clean and tidy. My roof looks great. We had work done on our roof and and eavesdropping. The work was very good. As far as communication with the office and project managers the service was 100% terrible. Our work was completed at the end of August 2023. It is now the end of October 2023 and we still haven’t had a final walk through and upon many requests we’ve attempted to make our final payment to no avail. We’ve called on more than one occasion to try and attempt to pay our final bill and as of today Oct /25/23 it still hasn’t been completed. This is absolutely unacceptable. Once again the work was great but the process of finalizing payment was/is terrible

They were super quick responding for my request for a quote, the salesman was behind on the day of my quote but called well before my quote time to let me know and ask if that still worked for me. He was professional and a pleasure to work with. They fit us in quickly and on the day of instal the foreman of the crew assessed again what we were having done and found a way to save us over $1000 on the quoted work. They were on top of getting us a new final bill and just a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Thank you to Tom, Chris and Michael Rathbone. We will definitely be using you in the future.

This company is a bunch of scam artists. They will over quote you on things and then ask for even more money when it comes to actually doing the job. In my most recent situation with them they left damage on my property and insisted to me that it wasn't their fault which it would be impossible to be anyone else's. Then they will run circles in trying to tell you these "fixes" they have, basically offering hush money in order for you to get out of their way. I would recommend to anyone to stay clear from this company and tell everyone you know who is even thinking of using their services to stay away.

David Vandenberg was a great Sales Person and able to guide us with our project. He offered us good products and choices. We were very happy with his professionalism and experience. He understood our budget and worked with it. He was patient regarding all our questions and took time to explain his answers. We had a massive project on our 3 storey 130year old Victorian Home. Roof replacement, siding, windows, soffits, fascia, eavestrough and other cladding and capping as required. These guys all went above and beyond my expectations! From David who did the initial assessment and quote, to Chris and Brad managing the project with a personal touch, and especially Frosty who did the installation and even did some impromptu landscaping for me, removing two large bushes I didn't want anymore!
