POV saya sebagai tim yang menyelenggarakan event di sini. One of the worst and weirdest service ever! - Banquet inisial V sangat slow response, dan koordinasinya sangat buruk. Hari H jg tidak hadir di tempat dan tidak ada delegasi ke yang on duty. Bikin invoice aja lama. Jadi banyak yg miss deh. Yg kena ya kliennya juga jadinya. Ya tim kami juga kena!! - Kebijakan resto juga aneh. H-2 uda pesen makanan dan katanya bisa revisi. Hari H tiba2 bilang ga bisa cancel apapun dan harus capai minimum revenue (which is ok) TAPI GA BOLEH TAKEAWAY. Lah? Trus jadi harus dipaksa pesen makanan on the spot trus buang2 aja gitu depan anda? Wadefak. Kita bawa kotak sendiri pun ga boleh takeaway. Is this 18th century or what? Mentang2 namanya "heritage"??? - Proses loading ribet. Bahkan kami gak diinfo hari H masih ada acara sampe lunch time. Ujung2nya nyusahin vendor2 yang mau masuk. Wasting so much time and resources Gosh sangat banyak sih hal2 fundamental yang harus dibahas, dari sisi teknis untuk penyelenggaraan event. Tapi ya boro2 ya. Mau ngurus invoice pembayaran aja slow response WKWK Just enjoy this place as a regular customer, as you will rate them from the F&B quality and interior design

Lokasi resto berada di Hotel Grand City Hall, di seberang Lapangan Merdeka, lokasi yang sangat strategis karena berapa di pusat kota Medan dan mudah untuk dikunjungi. Dan tentu saja banyak pilihan varian makanan dan minuman. Tapi yang disayangkan adalah saat tim kami mengadakan event di resto ini, banyak hal-hal yang cukup membuat tim kami kecewa dengan resto ini dan sangat disayangkan kita sampai harus black list resto ini karena hal-hal berikut; - Tim banquet yang tidak profesional (slow response, koordinasi buruk, kurang bertanggung jawab) - Kebijakan resto yang cukup aneh (f&b-nya tidak boleh take away, even kita sudah bawa kotak take away sendiri pun tetap tidak boleh di take away tanpa alasan) - Miss info miss info dan miss info yang ujung-ujungnya nyusahin tim kita Tolong pihak manajemen resto bisa lebih selektif pilih timnya, sayang venuenya udah bagus tapi pelayanannya sangat buruk dan semoga bisa membantu untuk tim event organizer lain atau pihak manapun yang berencana menyelenggarakan event di resto ini

Actually, this is my first breakfast buffet for this trip and for yesterday, I just too tired to get up and missed my other opportunity to explore breakfast buffets in this Medan city. I was attracted by its appearance at the first time of course last year. But this is the first time, I really stepped inside and have the breakfast buffets is this place which really is the heritage place. The real hotel is at the back of it, it is a stand alone just in front of the hotel and there is a connection walk. And this venue has been used for the one of the the breakfast places. However I definitely will choose this one to have breakfast. In a way, the space, the chairs and the tables, the walls, are very authentic and classic, especially with the background music of 60ths and 70ths. To talk about the breakfast, textually they take some part of their full breakfast to here which means, I don't see many of choices, and they even has to get the fried eggs from the main dinning room on the upper level. I would say the food serve was just okay but the actual atmosphere is certainly outstanding than others.

Not a bad place to dine in. Food taste good and the ambience is decent. Although, I had a rather unpleasant experience when reserving a table here. I called earlier to make sure there’s a table available. They answered in English so I also spoke in English. The thing is, they never asked my name. I thought they will know about my table when I came. They didn’t. They thought I was someone else and took me to an unreserved table. When I asked about my earlier reservation, they said they thought I’m a different person because I spoke English on the phone. Apparently, they didn’t think I can speak English. Fortunately we can move to the reserved table. While the food is decent, it took about 30 minutes until our orders served. I do think the management and staff can do better. Nevertheless, I think the place worth a visit and I think I will revisit it soon as it is located very strategically.

Gedung ini awalnya dibangun untukDe Javasche Bank(sekarangBank Indonesia), lalu dibeli oleh pemerintah kotaMedan.Loncengnya disumbangkan olehRumah Tjong A Fiepada tahun 1913.Gedung Balai Kota ini kini menjadi bagian dari kompleks hotel dan perkantoran Grand Aston City Hall Medan, dan kini difungsikan sebagairestoran.

Good place for coffee time. Those who want to try Sumatera's coffee try here. Gayo, sidikalang, etc were on their menu. Ladies will enjoy the nuance because it's so homey, quite, and comfy. The price here is surprisingly not costly. Rather than go to mall or crowded coffee shop, if you need a space for some "me time", try here.

The beautiful old town hall, now part of the Grand Aston Hotel, was regrettably excessively renovated and is now a sterile place with not much character anymore. The menu with its pictures there resembles a cheap restaurant – the prices certainly don't.

Tadi siang saya makan bertiga di d'Heritage. Resto nya keren dan makanan nya juga mantap. Hanya satu hal yg sangat mengecewakan, ditemukan 1 ekor lalat di dalam minuman kopi susu saya. Sungguh menjijikkan. Bgmn standar resto ini ?

Lokasi berada di hotel grand city hall ex aston hotel. Pas depan lapangan merdeka. Tempatnya legend & bau2 heritage. Cocok buat ketemuan dengan keluarga, relasi bisnis & teman2. Makanan & minuman lumayan variasi.

One of the iconic colonial heritage structure located around the zero kilometres of Medan City. It was an official city hall of Medan in the past which then became a lounge cafe. Nice ambience though.

Nasi gorengnya tdk enak dan uda dingin sewaktu dihidangkan. Dan jus guavanya bkn dari buah asli melainkan dari buavita. Sungguh mengecewakan.

Beautiful heritage building. Great coffee. Nice place for tea time. The traditional dessert is a dissapointment.
