I used to come to this place after school when I went to Sir John A MacDonald. Which means I am a long time customer. I often would come here with my friends and hang out. Overall the experience has been good but there has been some major issues over the years. Me and a friend was reminiscing about a time she fainted in the restaurant. Trying to help, my friend I ask the staff for some water, the lady that helped me that day attempted to charge me while I was in the emergency of trying to resuscitate my friend. I thought this was terrible and inhumane. Since then I have been back a few times however I can see that the staff is still not that friendly and a bit slow. I just have mixed feelings overall about this place. Considering I have been a log time customer. I have opted into other places with more friendly staff like Gong Cha that is more central downtown. Also this is true I seen your rude and thoughtless comment. The attendant attempted to charge me 2 dollars when they could have gave me tap water. I’m going to make sure the girl that passed out there responds as well. Also her mom was there that day. She brought this up to me today as well as she was telling me she never leaves home without water bottles because this happen. Also it wouldn’t surprise me if you are the rude person that attempted to charged us while we were in this emergency to begin with.

They always deliver excellent products! I have never been disappointed. I only eat a few food options that are my favorite, but I have had countless bubble teas of all kinds here. I have been coming here for over 15 years. Hope they are always there. I go to other bubble tea places that are good for different reasons, but this place hits the spot. Service is simple, straightforward, but always friendly, and I have even walked in a minute before close. Still treated friendly. Love this place. I have literally sent over 50 customers here because I love this place. I miss hanging out and eating inside, playing a good board game. Times have changed due to Covid, but quality has not dropped at all. 10

The customer service! Every time I order, the staff is friendly, attentive, and always ready to answer any questions I have. A lot of selection when it comes to bubble tea. Milk tea, black tea, fruity teas, taro, bubblegum whatever you want. Much different than CoCos that seems to focus on coffee based bubble tea. Good snack and meal variety. They have rice bowl, nuggets, pasta dishes, different kinds of poutine. Decent quality food for different levels of hunger. Losses a star for price, the food is a bit too expensive for what you get, a tea and meal usually costs me almost 20$. Cash only also, which can be an inconvenience. Very casual atmosphere, you can make lots of noise without feeling rude, and there's a few board games they provide for you and your friends, though the selection is poor, bring your own. Though I wish they would put the drink mixer in the back, it is incredibly loud when it's busy.

I don't know why people give this place 5 start why there is no star icon I wish I have never went to this bubble tea place I take the kids to this place because my son birthday and he wants. Bubble tea, the service is horribles, my son spills some bubble tea and they make me clean up I'm willing to clean up, while I'm cleaning up the old man I think is the owner come up to me and said that is what I educate my kids making a mess, the blizzard is taste terrible, after we drinking there bubble tea we went home and all the kids have stomachache including me, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Horrible service and so rude little children can not go to this place I guess

I've been coming to this bubble tea spot since it opened. The food and drink are consistently delicious. They have a snack menu at reduced prices with a drink order. This place is cash only. There was seating and games to play pre-pandemic. This area and amenity are closed post-pandemic. My favourite is Taro + Strawberry Slush with tapioca or Taro Slush with green apple jelly.

I’ve always had a positive experience here, bubble tea is amazing, food is delicious, service is great, never have to wait too long even when it’s busy. The atmosphere is unique with the writing on the walls and all the board games they have for customers to play. One time I remember accidentally leaving my purse and one of the staff ran out to my vehicle and gave it back to me, that’s how much they pay attention, they were ready to clean our table right after we left and came out in the cold with no coat to give me my purse! All around a great place to hangout or even pick up food. 10/10 would recommend!

I stopped by D’s Café today to get something cool to drink on a hot day!! I absolutely love the Bubble Tea and Customer Service here. I ordered the Mango Milk with Tapioca and Banana and Strawberries My only con that I found about the location, is that they only accept Cash or E-Transfer. Overall, you should visit this place if you want some great Bubble Tea in Hamilton. I will definitely be back again… with cash.

I placed an order via skip and did not receive it, I understand this was unlikely the restaurants fault but I requested a refund but I did so in mistakenly the wrong way. A woman from the restaurant called me and proceeded to call me a liar because I requested the refund wrong. She then hung up on me. I was just confused but told I am a liar. I love it here. I've been going since high school (a good 7 years or so) and it's always been high quality service with a broad selection of bubble tea. You can customize your bubble tea for the amount of sugar you prefer and you can add flavoured balls, ice cream, whipped cream and more to your order. All the food items are delicious but my favourite is the curry poutine . The atmosphere is fun and great for friend groups, with board games available for customers to play with friends.

All I can say is this place is Okay. Pretty pricey for what you get. There have been good reviews of this place but I just don't get the hype bubble teas for over 5 to 9 for one. ( Pacific Mall in Markham you can get much better bubble tea and cheaper 2.50 to 4) I am sorry I know people love this place but for the cost the hype is just not worth it. For what it cost us to have a drink and some food you can go to milestones it will cost you the same.

I'm a white guy so it was pretty confusing trying to figure out what they offered, you need to know what the difference is between the types of drinks before you go. No atmosphere it's a take out place. Also they only take cash or e-transfer.

We have recently tried this place for the first time this past weekend as our daughter is getting into bubble tea.. since then we have returned 3 separate times to try different flavors as well as some of there food products. Everything we have tried has been incredible tasting and also price wise is fantastic. I would recommend this place to anyone willing to listen.

I have place order after order on skip the dishes with D's and yet they refused to accept my order. I'm not sure why but I'm pretty upset my first order was an hour ago and was cancelled as "they don't deliver at this time" when I check back their restaurant said they deliver at this time. I'm very disappointed. I will be going to Coco's in main street for now on

D's Cafe is very, if not one of the best Bubble Tea places in all of the GTA. Very friendly staff, excellent service, great food. One of the best places to go and, "kick it" with friends. One of my favourite things is making some creations on the chalk wall. Highly recommend this place if you're looking to try something new, and/or hang out with friends.

The staff are very nice, and the decor is nice yet needs more lighting. They should also add more menu items. I had the red bean bubble tea and the red been upset my stomach which has never happened before at other places. Over all, pretty cool place...they need to wash their board games though...especially the Blokus one, really sticky and gross...

I absolutely love d's cafe. They have such a big selection of bubble tea and little snacks as well. One con is that it is cash only. You can come in with your friends order and play board games while you are waiting for your food. They tend to get very busy between 5 and 7 on weekends. They have punch cards where you buy 9 bubble tea get one free.

Bubble tea tastes very bland, as tastes very water. I can tell that the owner does not have passion to make good bubble tea. Edit: You do not need to do an investigation for everything. It will not solve the problem, just make bubble tea thats not gross. DO NOT VISIT HERE, THE BUBBLE TEA IS GROSS, GO TO COCO BUBBLE TEA ON MAIN STREET

The place has an ok atmosphere, but the bubble tea is terrible. The pearls are always somewhat hard and chewy. If you want real bubble tea, go to Coco on Main Street or Gongcha. Once again the owner must do something about their horrific bubble tea. Edit: A bad review is not a person attack, just admit your bubble tea is garbage

This place is absolutely AMAZING!! I’ve been going here since 2012 and have been addicted ever since. Their bubble tea is so good! Love the different flavours, you don’t find them in other places. D's has really good food, lots of board games but nothing compared to a place that is known for their board games. Cash only, budget friendly, offers a card punch program and only a few parking spaces available. I'd recommend not going on a weekend day since high schoolers choose to gather here.

So delicious. I have never tried any thing like this before. I swear they used real lychee in the smoothy I got. Went back a couple days later I like it so much. The restaurant was very inviting and had free board games you can play. I say this is a nice meeting spot or first date spot.

Love this place, they are always quick and efficient. The prices are good and they offer $1, $2 & $3 options for adding on small appetizers with bubble tea orders. My favourite is the honey dew slush, but I recommend trying to Coconut milk tea with half sweetness :)

I've been going to this place for over five years, and I've told many people about it. Great selection of drinks and they're always adding new snacks. One qualm is that it's CASH ONLY! Still the best place for sitting, snacking, and enjoying a good Smurf bubble tea.

The waiting time is wayyyyy tooo longggg, we ordered three drinks and waited for almost 35 mins still haven't got it. People who came after even got their drinks before us. If you don't have the whole day to spend on waiting don't come.

I LOVE this cafe. The bubble tea is really great, as is the food, great for some light snacking. The atmosphere is very trendy and a cool place to relax with some friends, play board games, and have a good time.

I've come here many times. This is a very good boba place. They also have other small snacks. Be careful with bringing kids here, the walls inside normally have fun graffiti, but there can be swear words.

They said blue raspberry was smoothie but its literally a just a slurshy,and the strawberry smoothie tasted very very artificial, but the customer service was quite nice.

Great place for syrupy, iced, fruity beverages. The colourful comments on the chalk wall are always a delight. The staff tend me to very blank-faced and bleak and pretty much just say "hello".

My friend bought me there, small place but served good bubble tea with lots of choices. Noticed that they are voted best of bubble tea 2014, 2015 & 2016, a small gem on Hamilton downtown.

Great little dessert cafe they specialize in bubble tea but do have food too. The menu is different because you take a paper and write on it what want to order. It is cash only too fyi.

Some of the best bubble tea and poutine I've had around. Whenever I get bubble tea elsewhere it doesn't really compare up to D's. They all work with a smile and are very friendly. :)
